Absolutely horrible location that will nickle and dime you on Amazon returns that are prepaid and cost the customer nothing. The owner is a scam and theif! Absolutely pathetic! Avoid this location at all cost.

Location is helpful and has friendly outgoing staff. I have every package redirected here to hold instead of being delivered to my home. My only complaint is that they could be open later.

Stephanie was very helpful when I called. She exhibited great customer service skills such as offering her name, asking if she could place me on hold when necessary, and validating my concerns. Due to another UPS employees error I ended up having to request to speak to a manager. I received a call back promptly from Chelsea who was both friendly and professional. She quickly recognized the issue and made it right. I will update my review to 5 stars when my package is recieved by the receipent :)

Worst Ups place i have ever been too. The lady in front desk is very rude she dont care about anything or her job. Have your mail and belongings mailed in a different matter. I have never seen such a lazy place.
