Sallie was absolutely amazing. She was patient and took the time to make sure I got all the help I needed to be set up for success and have my needs met. The units and building are very clean. The policies and options fit all my needs and were reasonably priced. Very happy with the whole experience thus far, 100% recommend!

Michelle is very knowledgeable and will get you into a storage unit that suits your needs. That kind of service is hard to come by these days! Do yourself a favor and go and check them out. The best experience - hands down! I had a storage unit in Merritt Island and was interested in moving my stuff closer beach side. This facility is brand new- so its very clean! The entrances are passcoded and are conveniently located for move in/ out.The ladies at the front desk were absolutely the most friendly people- gave me a tour of different sized storage options bc I wasn’t quite sure what I needed and were just so welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and so glad I came to this facility. 100% recommend.

The girls were absolutely fantastic!! I made a reservation ahead of time and after seeing the units decided to go with something bigger and it was absolutely hassle-free, they made sure my new unit was close to a door and verified that my code for the doors worked before I left so there would be no surprises later on. Everything from insurance to if I encounter any issues in the future were thoroughly explained. Highly recommend this location just on the customer service alone!!

This brand new facility is great. All units are in a climate controlled building. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Life Storage - Cape Canaveral.

IDK if its policy or the people. I appreciate the fact they hold the doors open remotely when you have more than 1 trip! Ive never had any other storage place do that.
