This is a family owned business, and everyone was friendly. Ive had little need for body shop repair, so cant compare cost or experience with other shops. I do, however, feel they were reasonable... and they did a good job.

As far as the car goes, its back together and running but the actual time it took to recieve my car was a little lengthy, im sure anyone going through this eighth insurance can identify! Their staff was friendly enough and atleast picked up every time I called about my vehicle however the process of getting to that point was annoying to say the least. Main problem was the promises made to pacify my issue instead of giving a solid date when things could be done. Otherwise Still driving the car so the work atleast seems solid.

Owner claims cracked since day 1, yet purchased a new spitter! Photos and email are proof I contacted him 3 months ago about this issue. I encourage the company to contradict my claim by posting their email response to me. Seller used parts, billing for new. Better Business Bureau claim tomorrow. 3 month wait is long enough. Peter you choose to post my name on a google review no problem (where proof was documented). You admitted the crack in the splitter since day one. This review was to to attach photos to verify the work.

Repainted front bumper & SUPPOSEDLY installed a new $500 carbon fiber splitter. Numerous calls & emails went unanswered ( new splitter supposedly did not come with hardware, manufacture denies that) And new carbon fiber splitter has cracks since day of install. POOR COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE for a business

A year ago Pete painted my Mustang and I took it home to reassemble it. I just got it done and took it back for the final buff out. It looks FANTASTIC ! I used to work with Pete and knew him to be a stand up guy and a true perfectionist, that is why I took my car to his shop, and I could not be happier. He also got it done exactly when promised, which is very rare in the body shop business.This will not be the last job I take to Cape Collision Center, highly recommended.

I took my wifes car here for rear bumper repair price was very fair the car looks new again and Peter, the owner is a nice man to talk to. I recommend anyone with a problem to go to Cape Collision.

Peter over sprayed my entire brand new Ram 6.7. They left my brand new truck outside the spray booth where they had their exhaust hose without any catch can just spraying overspray over my truck for two day. Then tried every trick in the book to hide it from us. I Even had me pick it up at 9 p.m. at night and had my truck parked in the dark thats how shady this guy is. Then he tells me Florida law mandates I give him a chance to fix it after I showed him a 10k estiestimat from Dodge. I agreed to let him fix it as he promised it would be like new. Them he sends me pictures of him burning through my paint trying go get his overspray off. No big deal he says he will fix that also. Also had him install brand new bushwacker fender flairs. Big mistake!!!! After Petter did his work fixing his overspray damage and burning through my paint & putting on the flairs I took my truck to have it wrapped. The wrap feel right off the truck due to excessive over spay exact spot Peter burned through the pain. What worse the fender flairs he installed where put on wrong says Bushwacker themselves and also the place doing my wrap. The rubber guard was installed totally wrong. This guy is a joke!!! I trusted him with my baby and it cost me a 10k paint job. 6500 wrap having to be taken off put back on after being painted correct Plus the 2500 I spent on lawyer fees this far. I suggest if you have a nice vehicle use someone other than this guy. He even stayed the under my truck as a favor. That favor cost me overspray all over my top gun lift. This truck was intended to show off our business name and listening to Peter was our biggest mistake.

*Updated May 2021* - Another fantastic experience at Cape Collision! My rear bumper had a little disagreement with my garage door so stopped by Cape Collision to see about getting the tiny ding in the paint touched up and even though it was a busy Friday in the shop, they got it fixed for me right on the spot. Looks great and Im extremely happy - only place Id consider taking my car when I do dumb things I need Pete to fix!Very happy with my experience at Cape Collision Center! I recently locked my keys in my car – d’oh! – and the roadside assistance company BMW sent to help me get inside my X5 had difficulty getting the door open and in their efforts to open the driver’s side door, they bent the door frame and it no longer closed properly. I took it to Cape Collision to get a repair estimate and the owner, Pete, was absolutely wonderful – I didn’t have an appointment but he stopped what he was doing and looked at my car right away and much to my surprised delight, fixed it right then while I waited. It’s obvious that Pete cares about making things right for his customers, and while I hope not to need his services for a very long time I will definitely return if I’m ever in need of any type of damage repair to my vehicles down the road. Highly recommend Cape Collision Center!
