These guys were amazing. They were in constant communication and were very detailed with the write up of the work I needed done. I went in thinking I only needed brake pads, but explained all the work they needed to do for my car to be street safe. This was expected after driving over 80k miles with one brake service in the four years I had it. Once I approved the quote, they had it done that day! I did drop it off the day before but I am usually expecting two day turn around on something as extensive. He even explained the next service I would need to start planning for to keep my car in tip top shape. Very friendly, profession and did a top job on my car!! Very honest also!!

I just moved to the area from another state. Check engine light popped on... ugh. I was recommended to come here by a friend and so glad they did! Initially I was told I might be waiting awhile but within 30 mins they told me the issue. The waiting area was clean and comfy with a tv, fish tank and fresh coffee and water. I was shown where they gave me discounts and the cost was THANKFULLY less than anticipated. Less than an hour later I was on the road also with an oil change. Super nice people! I’ve found my mechanics!!!

I am so not use to such quick service. One thing about the Cape industrial park is the abundance of Auto repair shops. Some of the mechanics are not bad and their prices are okay. You have to go through several to find one. I wont give the name of the last one. The problem is that your vehicle would be tied up for weeks. I saw them putting their friends cars/toys ahead of mine time and time again. Leading Edge let me bring in my own parts and got my car done very quickly at the right price. My son found this place and told me about it. He got the same great service as well. I will be returning as I have 3 older vehicles that I want to keep on the road for as long as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to deal with professionalism and courteousness for a change 😁

We own many vehicles, 11 to be exact, and have taken each one to Leading Edge for major repairs to normal routine maintenance. There hasnt been one breakdown that they havent repaired for me. Electronics, fuel systems, radiators, exhaust manifolds, tune ups, oil changes, door hinges, air conditioning, and other bothersome repairs. Each one happily tackled by the Leading Edge team. They keep you informed on costs and time needed for the repairs and certainly deliver on their promises. I went to a local dealership to have some work done on my car. They told me I had a bad AC compressor and it would be $1400.00. I had work on my car through Leading Edge previously and was very impressed so I took my car back to them. They diagnosed the problem and it ended up being a high pressure switch. My visit was just to diagnose but they said it was a simple fix and they would just repair. My dog and so waited and after the part was delivered they installed and I was on my way. My bill???? $158.00. Just a little bit of a difference? They will continue tobe my repair shop. I trust them completely

I first took my wifes Acura to Leading Edge Auto Care for a wheel alignment. The tires were properly aligned and the cost was fair. Two to three weeks later, a check engine light came-on in my Audi. I went yesterday for front brake pads and rotors, got a good deal for 269, afterwards I was told the back brakes and rotors have around 10 percent life on them, Came to meineke on del prado to be told that the brakes and rotors are like new. Leading edge is out for the money and that’s that. If you want honesty, meineke is the one !

I just moved to Cape Coral from NY & my Mercedes started leaking transmission fluid. Not knowing anything about the area, I decided to check the reviews for someone capable of diagnosing and fixing the issue. The reviews led me to Leading Edge &I am so glad they did! I came in for an oil change David the mechanic mentioned a major oil leak which proves this shop does a true inspection as in the past I’ve been to other shops in the last few months and no one mentioned this to me! I recently Visited this location for a checkup on my AC unit and although the people were very nice, I now know I made the right decision to get a second opinion. I was quoted 1028.27 for a whole New AC Unit, because my Ac was only blowing warm Air. After the shocking quote that I received, I decided to go elsewhere. As I was leaving, the guy here who quoted me that huge amount said, oh we can do a cheaper version. I was like, why did I not get the cheaper quote from the get go? Anyway, I went elsewhere, and so glad that I did. It turns out, my AC unit only needed an Expansion Valve and the cost was 265.00. Thanks to the new place, I now have great AC again and they the new place, has a new Customer. Leading Edge Your AC man is not Knowledgeable.

Had an engine replaced. The guys were helpful and very nice, their work well I will explain. New engine has oil leak took it back they tested and said fixed. Next next I kept hearing a sound when I started my truck. So I checked my starter 1 bolt was hand tight, the other bolt wasnt threaded at all. Just sitting loose. Thank goodness I caught before too much damage. ***** Update ***** received a call from Cliff very apologetic. He explained how about the new engine and the leak that they warranty for 3 years and they take their customers and their reputation very seriously. We spoke about the starter issue and again was very apologetic he spoke to me about what was said to the mechanic who worked on my truck and wants to make everything right. I myself being in an industry where things happen I understand that sometimes things fall through the cracks. They have called me 2ce to follow up and Im just waiting on a day that I am free to bring my truck in for a check up.So I will say when you want someone that really cares about its customers this proves a point. Yes there was an issue, but with most things especially mechanical it happens. They didnt try to push the blame on anything else. Thats what I call integrity, and someone I will absolutely visit, refer and use myself.

Horrible service went in for one problem got the estimate then called me two days later with another problem. Fine. Got my car and there was smoke coming out, took it in again, got that problem fixed and was told the part that was installed was defective. Got my car again and I hear sounds in the engine and took it in again. Now they say that the engine is bad and gave me the car back with a additional problem where it has a code for airbags and now they do not have a certified tech to work on the car anymore, so basically it’s my problem. Please do not take your car there. Very dishonest, horrible service, bad mechanics.

Rebuilt the entire front brake system on my vehicle and was unable to bleed out the system. Have an older vehicle with an OBD I system in it and ABS brakes, talked to several places, nobody had the equipment or knowledge to fix the problem I was having. Stopped in talked to Cliff, made sure they had the ability to repair the problem. Got an estimate, dropped the car off, repairs were done and cost was less than originally estimated. Very happy with the work done and from now on will be taking my repairs to Cliff and the crew at Leading Edge when I dont have the ability to fix it myself. Already have been asked who did the repairs and I am glad to recommend Leading Edge. Definitely a great establishment, honest, knowledgeable, customer friendly and well worth the money. These guys are very competent and welcome a challenge. Its hard finding a shop that will work on the really tricky stuff and Leading Edge will. I took a car that had been flooded to them and although it took a while (Im not complaining) they nailed it. I am a hard core car guy. Im always looking for shops (body shops, trim shops and mechanics) that really know what theyre doing and these guys do. After they fixed my flood car, I took them my 500SL which theyre working on right now.

I am a backyard mechanic who tries his best not to pay someone for what I can do myself. When I found there was something I could not diagnose myself I took it upon Google to find a high quality shop. I stumbled across Leading Edge Auto for help. They got me in the day of for service.Once the mechanic had a chance to look at my truck they showed me step by step what needed to be done if I wanted to do it myself. This job was more in depth then I was capable of preforming and I think he knew it. I was the dilemma of shopping for the repair or finding a friend who could. I was prepared for a high quote as the back end of my truck needed to be rebuilt. I was actually pleasantly surprised when the quote came back for repairs to be fixed the day of for hundreds less than anticipated. No games, no gimmicks just an honest quote at a fair price. The price for parts far outweighed the price for laborThe job was competed in less than two hours while I waited and peeked at my truck from time to time. There were two mechanics working continuously for the two hours because they knew I was waiting. Coffee, internet, and television was offered to keep me entertained fully for the time I waited. A ride home was even offered but denied by the service rep. Spent $1600 and 8 mos later, same exact problems happening again and when brought back to them, telling me theres another problem 👎Bring your car here at your own risk!!!!!ONE MONTH LATER UPDATE!This review is an addition to my 1st review regarding Leading Edge Auto Care and their services.Exactly one day after posting my first review I received a call from David Rosario saying that he didnt want me to think that LEAC didnt care about my situation and that he wanted to help me resolve the issue (that was never repaired correctly to begin with and instead cost me money on a part that I could not afford to spend unnecessarily as the problem was never fixed) His offer was to take my van to Chrysler/Dodge and have them put my van on their diagnostics machine and that if the problem was related to the part LEAC put into my van that theyd pay for the diagnostics fee and have me bring my van back to further look into the problem. After telling him Id discuss his offer with my husband and get back to him, he then proceeded to insist that I remove my review from the review section as LEAC truly prides theirselves in great customer service (guess this doesnt include actually fixing cars) I told him Id have to think about this as the problem was still unresolved and this was the end of the conversation. At this point I felt reluctant going with his offer so I proceeded to go elsewhere and instead took it to two different places (which I paid for) and was told that the issue was something else which had zero to do with the part replaced by LEAC. I had it fixed and now my van is working perfectly. I feel that LEAC supposedly replaced a part in my van that didnt need to be replaced in the first place as it was a mechanical issue not electrical and so not only did I have to spend $1600 for an unnecessary part, but an additional $3500 for the actual problem to be fixed. A total waste of time and money.Once again, genuinely disappointed with Leading Edge Auto Care and DO NOT recommend anyone take their car here...

Worth the $$. Give them a chance...if anything goes wrong, they do what is necessary to correct it and do it right. Good, warrantied work and very accommodating, even gave me a ride to pick up a rental car in the rain!

This place is not the same any more last week i went for a oil change and they didnt even check the coolant and the tank was almost empty they got a couple older guys in the front and they dont know what they doing. They guy use to work at front quit who knows why all i know is not the same place any more you becareful
