I have been impressed with the terrific service that I have received ever since my first visit to this store. I avoid going to other chains to get my parts because of the competitive pricing that is consistently available at this store. On top of that, this is a store that values the customer and that shows in their customer service. These reasons are why I keep coming back.Ive worked for a small business for 3 1/2 years and have a good idea about when a customer is treated fairly. If there is anything you need to take care of, I absolutely recommend you stop in or call and give these guys a try.

The guys at Napa are the best! You never have to return for the same problem, it is fixed the first time. Prices are reasonable and the job is completed fast. All parts that are replaced are given to you. They do not do unnecessary work, you can ask for it, but if it is not needed, they will not DO IT! LOVE THIS SHOP!

I brought my new (used) vehicle in to get checked up after hearing MANY negative conflicting diag reports from several mechanics. After a thorough check Justin informed me that the car is not in need of any repairs contrary to the other mechanics reports . He clearly explained the components that were causing the cars symptoms, that do not require repairs. Thank you again for your guys top notch service and honesty, Im glad my family has a mechanic we can trust!

I had a coolant leak in my work truck (2002 Isuzu Trooper) that was not fixed right the first time. That happens. The water pump and timing belt were replaced but that didnt get it because the leak was further inside the engine - under the intake manifold of the V6 engine. Wes called me and told me theyd made a mistake and appologized that this one got past them.In his words, Sometimes, in this business you eat the bear and sometimes the bear eats you. Sadly the bear got us this time.Bottom line - They tore the engine apart again and fixed the problem AND they credited me the expense of the waterpump and timing belt too. I ended up getting a free water pump and timing belt replacement, in addition to getting the leak fixed. Also, the peace of mind I received from knowing I can trust these guys.Im a customer for life now. Anyone visiting from the north during season? These are the guys you want working on your vehicle(s). 100% honesty. Refreshing, huh? You bet!

Warning!!!!!!! Do not get your vehicle towed by NAPA Auto Care of Cape Coral. The towing bill was $175.00 and our car was towed 5 miles. They rip people off during crisiss after car accidents. Wes told us the tow would be $150.00 which was crazy to begin with. They charged $25.00 additional time fee. $35.00 storage fee per day and $75.00 records check and administration. All they say about it is the insurance company will pay it. Thank this company when your insurance company raises your premium.
