I got a quote from another entity and Tony beat it by a long shot. On top of that their lead time was the best around compared to our other quotes. Tony went above and beyond to ensure the delivery and setup for our family reunion came to fruition!

My parents bought a bar to put by the pool and the craftsmanship and feel of the bar is very cheap. The speakers and head unit they put in it are from the early 2000s and it wont even connect to any devices so no idea if the speakers even work. I could have made a much better bar for the price they paid. Its a shame

My experience today on my first visit to Paradise Grills in Cape Coral was unexpected. I didnt feel bombarded or rushed by no one in the store. My husband and I purchased a grill and fire pit last September and the problems began. They were supposed to be delivered within a time frame of approximately 3 weeks. They didn’t come. We had to make numerous calls over time to check on the status of the delivery. They would never give an exact date and just tell us “should be soon”. Finally 6 weeks later we got it. However, the problems did not end there. The fire pit did not have an opening in the bottom of the fire bowl to put the regulator hose through to hook up to the propane tank. We called them right away and a couple weeks later, the service man came out and put a hole in it so far off center that the regulator could not go through it and reach the propane tank. They did bring us a new one at that point. They delivered it and hooked up the regulator and we attached the propane tank, hoping we could finally use our fire pit. No such luck, the flame is so low that it is difficult to even light and you can’t have any of the glass stones on it because the flame is so low that the stones cause the flame to just go out. We have now been dealing with our sales representative for about 5 months now regarding this issue. He keeps assuring us that he has contacted the corporate office, who should be getting ahold of us soon. Since that has obviously not happened, we called the corporate office ourselves today. We spoke to Jason at corporate who reported that this sounded like a regulator problem and that they don’t deal with that because they don’t put the regulators on. I don’t know if they are supposed to or not, but the service person they sent out here did. My husband asked if they could just send a service person to evaluate the problem. Jason told him that we would have to pay $150 just for him to schedule the appointment. My husband asked why we should have to pay. Jason put the phone down for a minute and could be heard talking to others around him, saying “I have the worst customer ever”! My husband confronted him on his statement when he came back to the phone. Of course he said it was about a different customer. Even so, I am pretty sure that would be against company policy to be saying that about anyone within earshot of another customer. When my husband asked Jason to speak to his manager to try to get the fire pit issue resolved, Jason hung up on him. Not quite sure what we are supposed to do now.

The Good the Bad and the UglyWe ordered our outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills Cape Coral show room in January.We were initially told delivery would be in 6-8 weeks.We had to constantly keep up with the corporate office in Orlando as to a delivery date which kept getting pushed back. I flew in from overseas just for the delivery which was scheduled for April 12.Come to find out- corporate messed up and the delivery would be delayed by 10 more days.(It was now 16 weeks since we ordered and paid for this kitchen)I had been in touch with the Cape Coral store owner via phone in early April and I went to see him in person prior to our April 12 scheduled install. He was unable to see our install on the schedule but called Corporate and put me on speakerphone with them.My goodness! Jason Bodkin - a manager at corporate-was incredibly rude to me actually yelling at me on the phone with several other people in the background that he ‘tried to call me’ the previous Friday.I told him I never received such a call and then he yells ‘are you accusing me of lying’ I told him he could have texted, emailed, whatever. In any case he finally told me my delivery that I flew in for would be delayed by 10 more days.I finally negotiated a firm date and compensation- which by the way was not offered- I insisted.Now on the other hand, Tony Falabella- BIG SHOUT OUT TO TONY!! - was wonderful. He sent me an addendum to the contract, and insisted on being present for the installation (on his day off)Delivery day arrives and is scheduled for between 11-3. 3pm comes and no sign.I contact customer service (again at corporate) and get a bunch of run around.I text Tony who finds out right away what the delay is and how long. He personally shows up for the installation and again follows up the next day with a personal visit.To sum it up - I am extremely happy with the product and the service at the Cape Coral store . Tony went way above and beyond for me. It is unfortunate, however that the head corporate office needs to learn a lesson in customer service from their Cape Coral location. Maybe send them down there to Tony for training. Oh and while you’re at it - give this Manager, Tony, a raise . He deserves it!

I stopped in this store looking for a grill on a cart. After being informed about these awesome outdoor kitchens by the manager, Tony I am now considering their 5 foot unit with the refrigerator. The countertops are great looking. Tony was very helpful and informative.

THEY NEED TO BE HONEST WITH THEIR CLIENTS ABOUT PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. I COULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I HAD KNOWN IT WOULD TAKE SO LONG. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO CALL THE STORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON SO MANY TIMES TO GET MY PRODUCT AFTER PAYMENT IN FULL.

I must say I am extremely impressed with Paradise Grills! Riley the manager went above and beyond for me and my wife. We are in the process of building our home in Cape Coral and its getting close to be completed so we started to look into purchasing an outdoor kitchen. We brought our ideas to multiple places for pricing and quotes and Paradise just offered the best options all around. They gave us the custom outdoor kitchen we wanted and were the most INEXPENSIVE!!! If you are considering and outdoor or summer kitchen go see Riley! You will not be disappointed!

This company is a scam. Think twice before doing any business with them. If you decide to do, do not sign any paperwork until the item delivered to you is in perfect condition, has no missing parts (sink, accessories whatever) or has damaged tile. do not trust sales person on the phone promising to fix it in few days, not gonna happen. you will end up spending hours emailing and calling them, waiting for promised confirmed service on the weekends. Even if they know they do not have an item they sold you, even after delivery crew notices it is a wrong item manager will insist to still sending it - Paradise business practice.Original ReviewAt the time of sale Roger was awesome, explained everything very well, and was very responsive. No issues there.So I paid for the 10ft kitchen, after some wait I received one with broken tiles and lacking the sink. Was promised to get it all sorted out in few days so I sign the delivery, I declined at first but they tricked me into it by saying the person to fix it wouldnt have the paperwork. I should not have done that. Delivery crew told me they knew it lacks the sink but when escalated they were told to pick up whatever is in the store (from Fort Myers location) and deliver - sorry, we only do what we are told to do. So they perfectly knew they are not sending me correct unit yet they decided to proceed.After that they went dark, promised communication didnt happen. Now when I call them they again say noone is available this week, will call you later (something that didnt happen last time). They also say sales are final and non-returnable despite wrong and damaged item being delivered, also lacking a bunch of accessories. Thats the way to run business.UPD. After trying to get something scheduled for a week, spoke to customer care few times. Was promised by Alexis that I will receive communication by EOB Friday about the date. Anticipating thats not happening, gave them another call at 3pm. Spoke to the same person who insisted Ill get a message or a call by 5pm. sure thing that didnt happen.Next week will start writing BBB and another consumer protection agencies.UPD. Another person replied to an email stating how the value my business and that I have pending service for Wed, Sep 16. It is Sep 16, it did not happen. No communication whatsoever.UPD2. Got new timeframe - Sunday 5.30pm-9.30pm someone sure hates me in their sales department. this is unbelievable...Update 3, Sep 20.So I have received two more text messages and and email from the support, giving delivery/service windows on Saturday, then again on Sunday. Savannah send and email on Friday suggesting to push it further if the weekend doesnt work. I replied no more delays please. she agreed.It didnt happen on Saturday. It didnt happen on Sunday. Two more wasted days waiting for this sh... company to respect own commitments. Accessories didnt arrive either.Time for BBB. Im sick and tired of talking to them and counting missed service days.Update 4. Sep 23Guy has shown up today without notice. not sure why do they even use that scheduling system if they dont show up when scheduled, but do come when not.Anyhow. He did not speak any English, and tried to explain me something... but I dont speak Spanish at all. Google translate was terrible, so he called his wife who told me that he can install the sink, but cannot fix the tiles because he does not have any in his truck.Why in the world would they send a guy to fix the tile without tiles. his wife said he will leave a note for someone in the paradise grills to fix it laterHe did install sink though, but didnt put it on the silicon either. I didnt ask why, he wouldnt understand anyway.I made him a coffee, tipped him. he did good job grinding the island to make sure it was a perfect fit for a sink.Now at least I can connect it to the plumbing on the wall. Buy not sure how long is it going to take to get someone again to finally do the tile work.to be continued...

Great experience with Troy in Cape store...amazing showroom..absolutely zero sales pressure..they really take their time to explain everything to you from construction, options, warranty, etc...you definitely walk out of there comfortable in your purchase..prices are great...I only wish I had a bigger outdoor space to get a bigger unit. Unit got delivered today..couple weeks after previous review above...absolutely love it, but wanted to give credit to the delivery crew...I believe names were Sean, Elias, and Victor.....had to take the screen door to the lanai apart, walk around the yard, not an easy setup...and to top it all off, one of them had to step into the pool to guide the dolly...not 1 complaint..they were joking and laughing the whole time...put the lanai back together perfectly, explained everything from how everything works to warranty....they were great!!!

We are part time down in the cape, we came into town to visit for a few days and then leave and while we were in town we stopped by paradise grills showroom and we were just blown away! The showroom is just absolutely gorgeous with tons of options! Riley the manager was extremely helpful and courteous to our needs! He came by our home and designed us a custom outdoor kitchen to fit perfectly in our area! They built and delivered the kitchen unbelievably quick since were going back up north for a few months. I couldnt thank Paradise enough for their Services! Highly recommend going down the showroom for yourself!
