Clean Publix, one of the best Ive ever been to - it is one of the cool layouts where the checkouts are inaccessible until youve passed by the deli and bakery. All good stuff!

This is the best grocery store in Cape Coral. Great selection of meats, produce and deli. The shelves are always stocked. The employees will always help. The pharmacy gets to know you personally. It has become the only place I shop.

Theyre always clean and pretty well stocked. The guy who made my sub tonight (6/24 at about 8:30 pm) was EXTREMELY nice. Just be careful navigating the parking lot - especially in the back!

Publix is a must have for hot, ready to eat foods, such as mashed taters, corn fritters, mac-n-cheez, cold and hot subs but most importantly the chicken tenders and pulled pork are by far amazing, almost as great as my home made dishes....Although Publix is a little more in cost, you do get what u pay for. So not much more to say besides very clean, fast and friendly service with a smile at my Publix which is Del prado/pine island road, last words would be....Amazing experiences every time!

I love the convenience and how close this location is; I dont like consistently buying bad dairy. I have had to return at least 4 items in the past month, from milk that was spoiled far before the expiration date, to expired yogurt (which, I suppose was partly my fault because I should have checked the date before I bought it), to cheese with mold on it, and more. I am not a fan of the layout of this store; but, its close by, and I make do. I really wish the dairy manager would ensure the quality of the dairy being sold is up to the standards we would all expect from Publix. Everything else is great. Friendly cashiers and employees, awesome subs (thanks Amber :) and all around awesome produce. The produce dept is my fave part about this store.

Your average mid level grocery store..very clean. Will organized store. Prices are a tad bit above what I would call average..but not to bad...staff is very helpful and friendly..parking is easy in and out.

Publix employees, in general, are very helpful. The people working the deli department are over the top friendly and do everything they can to make sure your visit is a pleasant experience.

This publix is always crowed. It is located in the vicinity of several retirement communities. While being convenient, the parking lot could be better maintained as well as the front of the store. We always shop at Publix and live in Ga. We come here when visiting the in-laws. In general the stores in Ga seem to be neater and better maintained, even on the inside. They also carry more items than the ones located in Fl.

Open and open for business are two different things. Youd think for the prices they charge they could hire people that understood that. I got there at 7am and they couldnt make sandwiches because they had no bread. This isnt the first time this has happened and I really dont understand it because I know for a fact that most publix start baking at 4am.I didnt have time to wait around so I figure Ill get a lottery ticket on the way out and now I have to wait for them to open the lottery machine.I doubt George would be happy

Worst nastiest service Ever! At liquor store 2day ago! Spoke to management. But really dont think it will help much. One of the employees was rude while she was doing a pick up order for another customer. Another employee had an attitude when I asked if they had more stock of an item in the back. I usually dont have problems when shopping at any Publix stores, but there was no reason for the way they treated me.

Im surrounded by 4 easily accessible Publix and this one is my favorite to go to. The store always has a great selection and the staff always provides the classic Publix Customer Service experience. The pharmacy staff are amazing and remember me everytime I pick up my prescription.

Rachel made my subs and the care she puts into her work is on point. I know shes great since we order subs at least once a week from variohd locations. Store is clean and organized. I only encountered one minor issue this visit. I needed liquid eyeliner, and a sign advertised 3.50 off a loreal product in the aisle. That led me to choose the Loreal product. When I got to the register Tung greeted me, and began to look at the store ads for my coupon. When he couldnt find it, Brenna quickly stepped in and discovered the ad in the aisle should have been taken down April 19th. Brenna honored the ad and gave me the 3.50 off. Im a very satisfied customer.

How odd to actually rate a huge grocery store chain, but the PEOPLE at this location are worthy of a 5star review. They are helpful and extremely polite. Great selection of everything!

I love shopping at Publix supermarkets. The prices may be a little bit higher on some things, but its worth it for the quality. Items are easy to find, the meat is always of the best quality, there are always great sales, produce is high quality and the employees are always ready to help you with whatever you need to find. The checkout process is always a pleasure. I never have to wait in line very long and no matter how busy the cashiers and the baggers are, they always have a smile and a kind word.

I like.this Publix. It is,very clean . it seems fo be in a very good spot . i foumd during Christmas a rare whiskey they may boyfriend limes in tbeir liquor store. Where it couldnt be found any other place. I found a small rosemary tree there . All tbe other ones I saw, were large. It just seems,yo come in handy when I need to get something .

Love the store... but New Publix non-dairy Creamer has Carrageenan in it. Some scientists have presented evidence that Carrageenan is highly inflammatory and toxic to the digestive tract, and claim that it may be reponsible for colitis and IBS. Sorry I cant buy this now.

It has always been my pleasure shopping there for the for the past 29yrs.

Went in excited to get a publix sub only to walk out with nothing. Waited 18 minutes with a ticket to see the man behind the counter help others that came after me. He called a woman employee who was stocking and working in a different area to come help and as soon as she got to the deli he basically left. I thought Publix employed harder workers. I mean he looked at us several times and just flat out ignored us. Ive given a lot of my money to Publix. I am now reconsidering. Everyone has a bad day but this is beyond that for me. This was not a pleasure.

Dont visit this sub section of their deli unless you have an hour to waste. Even if you live directly across the street, I suggest that you drive 5 to 15 miles out of your way to another Publix in order to save time. By the time you get back home, the place that you wouldve had in line at this location will still be waiting to be serviced. Also, dont forget to double check the price of your sub just in case they charge you for a different sandwich and make sure that you are looking attentively at the condiments added just to make sure that you get what you asked for.

This is my go to publix. I just feel like I need to praise the staff. My friend and I came in today for publix subs, and when we got to the deli there was 4 people waiting in line in front of us. A lady got mad and called the manager, from her cell phone, to complain about there only being one person making sandwiches. After they put her on hold 3 times (she deserved it with her demeaning attitude), they didnt have any chicken tenders to make subs with and she demanded her sandwich to be made within the 10 minutes that they said it would take for the tenders to be ready, meanwhile a manager from the front had come to help make sandwiches. So while now there is again, one sandwich maker, because she took the original sandwich maker aside and took 10 minutes to tell her what she wanted on her sandwiches, we were patiently waiting for the tenders to be made for our subs. The manager and the other sandwich maker were so patient and professional because I would have literally told this lady to leave the way she was treating staff and boasting about how she got them help (when she literally just made it difficult for everyone). CHEERS to the deli staff. Yall are amazing and Bria the manager and Espie in the deli deserve raises.

What can I say? Never a bad experience at Publix. I dont enjoy supermarket outings. I cant find anything 🤣🤣..I always ask a Publix employee and they will literally stop what they are doing and take me right to product I need..Every Single Time!! I am from the NE where supermarkets are huge and every possible avaliable space is stacked with one product or the other thus making navigation of the aisles a pain in the *** Publix is clean, well lit with plenty of room to maneuver..

I was there about 8:30 this evening.I usually buy gas cards because I dont trust using my credit cards at the pumps with all of the thieves in this area now.I bought a $25.00 gas card and as I was checking out, a little chick named Zoe, who was bagging my groceries mentioned that there was a $10.00 Off coupon in the weekly flyer for the $50.00 gas cards.What an awesome deal! I decided that was definitely the way to go.The gentleman on the register had already rang up the $25 card and was getting flustered that I was changing, because it seemed that he wasnt sure how to cancel it out.Zoe jumped right on the register and explained to him step by step how to cancel the card, in case it happens to him again in the future.She was very friendly and courteous and had top notch customer service skills and knowledge of whats happening at the store.You always see the Publix commercials, where the staff is going above and beyond, but after shopping there for 35 years, Ive always thought their customer service wasnt any better or worse than anywhere else.Zoe most definitely lived up to the Publix reputation tonight.EDITED TO ADD: Went back to this location on 3/11/19 and was going to buy a single-serving sized bottle of vanilla True Moo. There were only 3 on the shelf and they all expired on 3/02/19. 9 days past due. I tried to find a sales associate, to bring it to their attention and to ask if they had any more in the back, but no one could be find at that moment, so I just left them on a different shelf with the expiration dates facing out, hoping they would notice them and not put them back on the shelf.
