Beware!! This place does not value your business. They had our boat for 2 months!! Every week was a different story from the man thats going to work on the engine is out sick, the man is on vacation, the man is out sick again, the mans going out of town because his mother is sick, the compressor broke down and the last one was I dont have a Suzuki guy . We had to go and get our boat before they kept it another 2 months. Why on earth accept a boat if you dont have the qualified staff that can come to work and get the job done? This business clearly is taking on jobs that they are not prepared to finish in an acceptable amount of time. Im surprised this place is still in business. DO NOT use this place. Youre better off going somewhere else.

My first time with Quality Marine to perform 100 hour service with impeller service on my boat. The techs were excellent, and the work was completed at a fair price. I have signed up to be added to their annual maintenance calendar for future service needs. Great job!!Steve Stewart

Hired Quality Marine on June 1st. They were scheduled to complete 100 Hour service on my vessel on June 15th.I was contacted by them on June 15th asking if they could reschedule because it was raining. When I brought up that my boat was in a dry place, the excuse changed to the ONLY one there who knows how to change oil on a Suzuki Outboard taking the day off. It was rescheduled to occur today (June 18, 2021) with a show time of 10am.At 9:57 am (3 minutes prior to their scheduled show time), they called me asking if they could once again reschedule until Tuesday of next week (June 22nd, 2021).I took Wednesday off to be here for themTook today to be here for themThis all boils down to ineffective Management of Personnel and poor leadership and respect.I strongly encourage you to find a different company that values the customer.Quality Marine is unprofessional.

Good price and awesome service

I did a complete re-model on my 21 Tracker pontoon and usedQuality Marine Repair for the electrical and mechanical parts of the job.They replaced every inch of wire on the boa,t put it all in conduit and used correctly color coded wire. This part of the job included new nav/anchor lights, new docking lights, a spotlight, deck lighting and a complete new console. The console included new gauges, switches, remote kill switch, stereo, and.remote control helm.Mechanically they replaced the steering cable, shift and throttle cables, and put in a new water pump.I put the boat in just after Christmas, fired it up and WOW everything worked. How often do you get it done correctly the first time in Florida?Thanks QMR..PS: The parrot is just for fun

Dropped off my 3.5 mercury outboard motor, owner told me 95 dollars to inspect it and said he would call me in two days, I asked that he would call me before any work was done on it, he responded ok, granted it was a holiday, no phone call, so I left a message with no response, 15 days later I went in to get my motor, brief talk he told me I owed him 325 dollars and told me it wasn’t worth fixing, we settled on the 95 dollars for the confusion. Problem is that I you tubed it, and I changed the gas and blew out the gas line, and it started right up and ran it all day and it works fine now.

Great guys that work there but They need more people, The quality of work did not match the business name and the money spent. I was told soon as I bring my boat to the shop it will be worked on but first two days barely a hour of work done so when the time came for me to get my boat back They had to rush and made a lot of electrical mistakes.... When it comes to electrical work on a boat details are important For the safety of my family and I was not comfortable taking the boat back to them to correct mistakes so I got it taken care of by someone else. Oh yes and they defiantly need to fence of area the boats are in front of office we’re anyone can walk up and take something. I hope they get it together, the guys there are great but I feel it’s my duty to give honest review for others to see.

My outboard boat motor hadnt been started in a while, and was clearly having issues when I did get it going, in addition, the hydraulic motor lift had stopped working and couldnt raise the engine. The manual release was almost welded in place and couldnt move.Quality Marine sent Wyatt out to get it lifted so I could trailer the boat to their office.The engine was actually in pretty good shape, just a couple of new plugs, carb rebuild, and tilt pin replacement.Excellent work from Wyatt, and cant be more happy with the entire company.Highly recommend them if you need any repairs.

Took my boat to Quality a week before going to the Keys for a service and a problem with my trim. Other places I called couldn’t make time for me, but Collin said bring it in and we will take care of you. Ended up being a bad relay on my Suzuki that Collin explained it would take a week to get..... Collin said I have a used relay to fit your motor and it will get you through your Keys vacation, then when you get back we can put the new relay on your boat.Because of Collin my vacation was fantastic and my boat worked flawlessly while down in the Keys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING QUALITY MARINE REPAIR.

Highly recommend this company! The marine technician, Yavier, came to my site to get an overview of the project. Very knowledgeable and respectful. He installed a battery charger for my three house batteries. The electrical plug placement was perfect. Neat and clean and works perfectly. Collin, the owner was super responsive and the pricing was very reasonable. I’ll use these guys for my next 100 hour service for my Sea Vee and my Sea Craft. No more hauling my boat to the marina. Contacted Quality Marine in Cape and was able to immediately schedule my 100 hour service for Yamaha 300 from the comfort of my backyard. Their service tech (Daniel) was thorough while answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this family owned business for their professional courtesy, expertise of mechanics and their mobile ability to complete the service call from my backyard dock (no trailering or drop off required). Great job all around!

First thing these guys are the nicest people you would ever meet or talk to, I was not going to write a review but the more I thought about it I couldnt sit back because it really bothered me, this was the most expensive lower shift cable replacement I have ever heard of, This is the 3rd shift cable installed in my boat since I have owned the boat the 1st was $60 the 2nd I paid $200 and this was the 3rd and cost well over $600 to change the shift cable, I know the industry standard is a couple of hours to change the cable so I called the owner to try to compromise on the bill but unfortunately that didnt happen not really sure if i would use this company again unless I was given a price first...

Very happy with this company. I had a bearing go bad in the lower unit of my Suzuki so there were metal shavings everywhere. New bearing and a lot of cleaning was a lot cheaper than replacing it. Thanks to Dan and Julius for getting it running like new and me back on the water again.

Daniel did a great job. However this place is a rip off. Had them replace a engine. Engine was $4200.00. Cost over $14,000.00 by time they done for labor and misc. charges.

Quality Marine Repair has serviced our boat a couple of times and always fixed it quickly and properly. They know Mercury product extremely well. They are very easy to do business with and flexible with our schedule. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They answered the phone right away, came the next day and diagnosed the issue on my Hurricane 220 with a 150hp Yamaha correctly. They also did a 100 hour service. My boat was up and running a day later. I will certainly use them again.
