I would like to give a huge shout out to Michelle and the employees! This company is seriously the best around! We had cameras and a DVR installed in March….our DVR had issues a few months later and they quickly responded and got the problem fixed at no charge! Michelle’s husband and staff on site are very professional and polite! DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE for your security needs! This company is top notch!

Fantastic Company to deal with. The cable company just delivered some cable boxes. Nothing made sense and missing some items. Securitech1 made everything work, even picked up the missing modem from the cable company and installed for me. Security cameras, internet, smart doorbell, cable tv, everything is working great! I would highly recommend this company for any security or internet needs. They really did a wonderful job making sure all my systems were working!

DO NOT CALL SECURITECH in Cape Coral FL!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. This has to be the most unprofessionl owner Ive ever encountered. Do not waste your time. He leads you on, making you believe hes willing to help, and promises to get it done, and then does nothing. The owner, Edwin Yamamoto, after coming to my home for a full assessment, scheduled to begin work at my home Oct 1st 2020 butg never showed, never called, never texted. I called and texted him the day after and he never replied. I continued calling and texting him multiple times since, and guess what? Correct, NO RESPONSE!! Here we are, a month later, and yet still no response. I first reached out to him Sept. 24th, its now October 14th and I still have not seen or heard from him again. That is, until, I called him at 6am this morning, still half asleep, he answers the phone giving me all types of excuses. He had the nerve to say its only been a week. Incredible, I have the date stamps on my phone!!! This guy has no respect for you, your time or your family. DO NOT CALL SECURITECH FOR ANYTHING. He will promise promise promise and then drop you as soon as he leaves the driveway. People like this shouldnt be allowed to be self employed. He couldnt care less.

This company has knowledgeable technicians that give you the best security available. They are a wonderful group of classy individuals who will always point you in the right direction. Nice people without knowledge. They tried to fix there system but at the end, I needed figure out everything by myself. If you want a camera system that is working,install it by yourself. So you save time and money.I went to their shop two weeks ago.the lady at the front talks with me and with her phone simultaneously. After she couldnt fix the issue she said she will come to my home. She just has to look up the shop.at that day she never should up. After I called her that I want my money back she showed up on a Friday. After hours spending at my house she said she need to pick up her son. Gone...and now they try to make it look like everything is fine. Theyre always right when you try to call them. Its a no refund company...so make your own experience with them or go somewhere else and save time money and nerves.

The camera and doorbell installation went as scheduled, techs were very knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied with the products. Three of the cameras were not the color scheme we selected and they were out the next day changing them out. The doorbell also needed to be changed out and Michelle was on top of every change, explained, in detail, exactly how the system worked, prompt and courteous. We are very pleased with the products and coverage we selected around our home. Thankyou for the service and ongoing support.

Awesome company, when I called to get prices they came out and showed me the best cameras for my arce and half property. They installed them, and ran wires under the ground. I love how I can access them from my phone any time, take screenshots, and videos.When I had an issue with a storm that came through. They were out to fix the problem. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough about Michelle and Edwin from Securitech1. When I was searching for security system about a year ago because of a neighbor that was vandalizing my property I needed to have sound advice as to what type of system to have installed. I called several security companies and they all seem to give a song and dance that was confusing rather than just what was straight talk. When I spoke to securitech1 they were just straight up and told me exactly what I needed and what the cost would be which was reasonable. Their installation was in one day and they were very neat about their work and everything they said they would do they did. The system installed was easy to use and they completely walked me through everything including the mobile app. They always answer the phone when I had questions even if it was on the weekend. The main reason for this review is because they went above and beyond when I had an incident that I needed to get evidence of. They helped me recover that evidence and work diligently to make sure that I was provided the proof I needed. Very few companies nowadays stand by their work or have people in the company that really care about people. I will use them again in the future if I ever need another security system and I strongly suggest that you use them to. Kudos to Michelle and Edwin!

I had an emergency, getting divorced and my husband was taking my current security system. With a restraining order in place, needless to say, I needed a new system ASAP. I called Securitech1 and explained the situation to Edwin and he said they could be there in 15 minutes! I was so relieved! After a little over a year with this system never working proper we are now replacing it with a system off amazon that we had before that never let us down just tried to get better quality video but that didnt happen.Very nice people but the equipment is junk
