Had my 2018 Altima done here. I had to unexpectedly cancel on Friday 30 mins before showing up. They had no issue and happily rescheduled me for the following Monday, even thanked me for calling and canceling. Tinting is never a perfect job, but damn, they were spot on. My car turned out fabulous. Very happy with the tint and the installers. Great customer service, great product and excellent application, highly recommended if you need tint.

Don’t go here they charge an arm and leg they give me one price and when I got there they sold me on the front windshield and charged me $200 extra without telling me almost $400 dollars on a truck which doesn’t have that many windows unreal!!! FYI the quality of work was great but the communication on the price was horrible

Had my Subaru Outback in for an auto install. They said they would not have any issues getting the factory backup camera and steering wheel controls to function without any issues. We went in on a Friday to get our quote and scheduled the install for Thursday. Part didnt come in so rescheduled for a Saturday. Part still wasnt in and rescheduled for the next Tuesday. Dropped off for what I was told would be a 2 hour install. 7 hours later I finally get a hold of them and they said they could not get the backup camera to work. I asked that they put the factory stereo back in and a refund. On the phone they said they were fine with that. go to pick up my car they said they would refund all but $100. Finally the girl at the counter did give me a refund and stated ill probably lose my job for this.When I got back in my car the original stereo had a big scratch down the middle of the screen. I ordered the parts myself and did the install in about 3 hours. I was able to get the back up camera to work just fine. Save your money and just do it yourself.

Better than expected. Was not expecting any good after reading a lot of the reviews but after for some tint complications Chris let me watch him while he tint the car and was showed me how it was done and well my tints on there’s some bubbles and waves that he says should go away and always reminded me that if I have any issues it had lifetime warranty. I took a chance on these people and I am glad I did. Chris was the only guy there. Seemed like he was behind schedule. This Naz guy everybody seems to dislike wasn’t there so I can’t say much on that. Happy I went. Decent price considering lifetime warranty.So Update about 3 months later:The little fingers and waves went away after 3 days and looked good but, the dot matrix pattern on my Fusion wasn’t cleaned throughly enough to get adhesion. Haven’t taken it back as the rest of the tint is in great shape.

Good service and I would recommend them. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer in to have the windows tinted. I had to take my vehicle back a couple of times to address some issues with the tint. Now my vehicle is perfect. However, each time I did, Top Line Tints addressed and resolved my concerns with no problems whatsoever. What is most important is what Top Line Tints did best: they wanted to get the job right and took my concerns seriously. Best of all, they took me right in when I showed up and got me squared away quickly. Overall a good business here in the Cape.

Called about four different local vendors to have tint applied to my new Honda. Top Line was the first to respond and had me in the same day. They quoted an hours worth of work and kept their word, was in and out within 52 minutes.Their work is excellent too, the tint is lined up perfectly on every window (including those tiny odd ones over the dash). Staff was very friendly and the wait room was comfortable. Will definitely be back for any future tint/wraps.

DO NOT TINT YOUR CAR WINDOWS HERE. By far the worst customer service you can give a paying customer. Was told to drop my car off at 9am and it would be done by no later than 3pm. I get no call from the store stating they have run into any issues and that it is going to take longer than “expected”. I have to call them 10 minutes before they close to find out what is going on with my vehicle. Next day I still get no updates and I have to contact them several times to get an answer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I spent $1500 on a new alarm and stereo system to be installed on the following Saturday because they needed to order parts and I work 8-5 on weekdays. First Saturday I drop my off the radio gets installed but the USB port is hanging loose from my cigarette lighter port. The speakers I ordered I was told had not come in yet so they would wait and install them the week after. The alarm, I was told they had until I came to pick up my car. They informed that they though they had it in stock, discovered they didn’t and ordered it and it would be installed with the speaker the following week. The guy who installed the radio informed me that he did however install different speakers in my car and I could keep them if I wanted to. It took the car ride back to the house to know I did not.Speaking of the car ride back home, during that ride a wire running from the mic to the new radio was not secured and the radio was not hooked up to the antenna. I returned and he fixed that right away. He also failed to get my door panels on correctly so the leather was above the plastic strip on both sides. I was able to correct this my self when I went home but not a professional job.Anyways, the next Saturday comes along and I promptly drop my car off at 9am as agreed. I have to talk to the cashier lady there because the installer apparently partied too hard the night before and is running late. She gets him on the phone where he tells me his boss does not want to let him put in the speakers I ordered because he can’t resell the ones he put in with out my permission. I tell him that is unacceptable and he says he will change them out as agreed, I also point out that he did not run new speaker wire and used the 23 year old stock speaker wire, he says he will fix that as well. I have to show the cashier the deal with the doors and explain that he did not put them on strait or run the leather under the window weather strip to hide it and she says she can explain it to him.I go home, I hear nothing until I call them at 530pm, he informed me that they have been waiting all day but my alarm has not been delivered to the shop. He also informs me that they didn’t do the speakers because they wanted to do them at the same time as the alarm. I pick my car up and tell them it would have been better if I had not left my car there all day, they should have called and let me know. Frustrated, I am told they will call me once they have the alarm and make an appointment for installation.By Wednesday, I have still not received a call so I call them, the guy that answers says he will have my installer Chris call me back in 5-10 mins. When he does not, I call back and get the answering machine where I leave a pointed message letting them know they need to provide an update.After no call back on Thursday, I got a surgery so if I could have I would have gone there, I call on Friday, during business hours no answer. Several calls with no answer over several hours tells me they are screening their calls. At this point I need to speak with the owner Naz and find out what’s going on, left a message stating so and will see what happens.If you’re thinking of using them I hope this helps you make an informed decision.

Had a F-350 tinted. Received it back with a scratch in the tint on the windshield and also 5-10 1/4” bubbles in the rear passenger side window. Brought it back to have the scratch and bubbles fixed. They replaced the passenger side rear window tint and the bubbles were gone, but now there were two creases in the tint. The owner refused to fix or replace the tint on the windshield or the rear window. He stated that in that profession there is no such thing as a perfect job that there would always be flaws. I’ve had a ton of vehicles tinted by other companies, but never had an experience like this. Would not recommend.

Did a great job on my car tints. The owner is awesome and very professional. He did my car in about an hour and a half. Only thing is that he is a little pricey, but the work is worth it.

Went in to get a quote for chrome delete and blackout taillights/headlights and their employee came out looked at my vehicle I showed him everything I wanted done and he gave me a quote of 350$. I have it on a card written by the employee. So I call make an appointment get there before my appointment only to be told I was not told the right price and that it would be an additional 150$ just to get a front part of the bumper blacked out ... The owner proceeded to tell me in his own words “ well I can’t honor that price I can only give you the correct price minus 10% discount “ if I was told the correct price to begin with it would not have been an issue but they tell me one price then try to add another 150$ on top of the already agreed upon price .... way to take advantage of people .. lost my business and trust me plenty of other ...

This guy knows what he is doing, offered me a price I wasnt too happy with and he recognized and worked a deal out with me, when I was returned my vehicle it was a 10/10 no complaints

I took my vehicle in about 2 weeks ago to have my new radio installed. After almost 3 hours of waiting I sat in the car with Naz so he can show me the installation. I expressed to him I wasnt pleased with the way the stereo looked due to not sitting flush. He explained in order to have it flush it would be considered a custom job. He offered to fix it and make it right but I would have to come back on a later date. A couple of days ago I was driving at night and was informed that my back lights werent turned on. I also started noticing my windows were having trouble going up and down. I checked the fuse to the back lights and they appeared to be in need of replacing. When I replaced the fuse it immediately popped. I called Top Line and was told to bring in the vehicle at 10:00 am today which I did. I received a call from Naz at approx 4:00 pm and he began the conversation by asking if anyone had messed with the radio since the installation and I said no but he insisted that someone did. I guess he preferred to blame me instead of taking ownership that the install was done incorrectly to begin with. He went as far as telling me he had better things to do than to argue with me over the phone which in no way I was arguing. He then told me all of the problems were fixed which was a lie. When I arrived to the shop approx. 10 mins later. The nice young man came out and gave me my keys while Naz cowardly stayed in the back. As soon as I entered my vehicle I noticed the radio was still sunk in and was not custom fitted as promised. The back lights are now working and Ill go somewhere else to get the custom fit job done somewhere else. Ive never ever in my life have dealt with someone so rude. Naz has absolutely no customer service skills. I shouldve read more of his older reviews and so should you.... to see how he responds to his paying customers. Not only does he argue with them he will down right insult people. He obviously has no education - his responses, missed spelled words and inability to form complete sentence proves it! PS - Naz is the owner/owners son... Go figure!

I was greeted with very nice and knowledgeable staff. They explained all my options regarding the window tinting and showed me the difference between them. I was very impressed with how quickly they performed the job. Beyond satisfied with my Jeep Grand Cherokee now. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing their windows tinted.

After 2 1/2 hours, the installer JR - although personable and well spoken - gave me the car back wet and dirty. The drivers door glass was covered with droplets, and most of the car had long drip marks and over-spray from whatever solvent was applied. This is after recently purchasing the car and spending 3 hours hand waxing it. Now, Ill have to spend even more time cleaning the old wax off and re-applying new wax, which I want to rightfully charge them back for. As for the tint; Im almost 50, and Ive had cars tinted all my life. $380 (which includes the 15% / $50 tip suggested by their credit card machine) before inspection and for what was done is way, way too much money to simply cut and apply plastic sheeting to a few car windows. This process isnt rocket science, and in learning about the ceramic-based product that was used, it doesnt warrant this type of expense. You would think I hired a lawyer since this was easily ~$280 in pure profit for an unarguably very unprofessional job.UPDATE 7/24/2019: This business finally responded back after 8 months (most likely due to a drop in sales). They stated I owned a Chevy Cobalt (WRONG), that it wasnt waxed (WRONG) and it was due to old stains (WRONG). This business needs to get their facts straight, be more professional and stop deceiving & overcharging consumers. 1 star for you!

Naz and his TEAM are fantastic. He took care of my Suburban & Cayenne with the new IRX (Infrared Rejecting Ceramic Tint) Series Tint. It blocks 88% of the heat coming into the vehicle. The Suburban is to tote around the kiddos and they always used to complain of the heat when we first got in. Now with the new IRX tint, the vehicle sits in the sun and is much cooler than before upon entry. The vehicle also cools down way faster and keeps in the cold. Much needed here in Florida. Naz also hardwired a Radar Detector (Escort Redline 360c) for the Cayenne and it is super clean with a Blend Mount he recommended. We trust Naz & his TEAM with our vehicles for everything. Called and asked for an estimate. When I said thank you for your help he asked me you do not want to do the job? I said not right now getting quotes. He said if he’s the best cool not to call him back that he doesn’t operate that way. Well I’m sorry that I like to shop around before I spend my hard-earned money. And if that’s their attitude I’m more than happy not to take them my business. And it’s a shame I have multiple cars.

So I bought a nearly mint condition 2017 car 2 days ago from the new chrysler dodge jeep ram dealership on pine island rd, amazing service, great deals, jose gaston is the best, Im super happy about every part of my experience there with them, I would highly recommend.So I took it in to top line tint at 1020 pine island rd because I had a previous car tinted there before a few years ago, and they did a great job; quick, efficient, in and out. I called them yesterday morning about 9:30 and asked if they did mobile tinting, they said yes. I gave them the address, and they said theyd be there at 1. They call me at 12:51, 9 minutes before they were supposed to be there, and they told me they dont do mobile tinting, but I can come in by 4:30 and theyd take care of me. Let it go, I said ok, i was there a few minutes after 4:30 because I had to try to leave work early to get there. When I got there they said it would be about an hour and a half. Ok, Ill wait, thats fine. About 3 hours later, just like the morning, they finally finished, I didnt ask for any kind of inconvenience discounts, didnt mention a damn thing. 10 minutes later after I left I notice that they had burnt a massive hole into the drivers seat of my new car. I called immediately and I told the guy that answered the phone I told him what happened and he just said oh.... Were closer now well be open at 9 tomorrow though.first of all, how do you reply to you just ruined my new car, with oh were closed. So I go in a bit after 9 this morning, talk to the guy working there, super calm and nice because I dont like to be that person, all nice and just like hey I just bought this two days ago, it was perfect until I took it home after you guys tinted the windows. And he was nice at first, then he escalated into blaming it all on me real quick. He said I know you called within 10 minutes of leaving, but did you maybe go to a friends house and they may have ripped it? And he just kept going from there. I got to the point of saying I just bought this new car 2 days ago, the dealership has photos, I have photos from when I left, I already talked to somebody 10 minutes after I left there, you guys ruined my new car. And he had the nerve to say Im sorry, what year was that car again? Yes its a 2017 but it was perfect when I bought it TWO DAYS AGO. so insulting, condescending, unprofessional, he ended up absolutely refusing to admit that they damaged my car in any way. So much incompetence in one day. Top line tint 1020 pine island road, I am not going to let this go.Also, PLEASE observe the security footage made to look like they are innocent, that they have blatantly edited 10 minutes out of the video, and further presuming that we are all idiots. Customer service was excellent! Job was done in a timely manner and was professionally installed. I would recommend this shop an everyone! Price is very reasonable for the quality work performed. Only issue I had was I wanted the front strip lower and with an arch. The strip had the arch but was not lower enough. I am willing to admit it could of me my fault for not explaining correctly what I wanted. It all I truly recommend this spot! Professional, courteous, and best price in Cape coral!

Scratches and bubbles in tint material - Hair and dirt under material and not cut large enough to cover glass! Returned the following day to get it redone and the owner refused. Poor customer service!

The people at Top Line Tints are very nice and the tint looks wonderful, but I was very disappointed when it was time to get in my car and leave.There was residue on everything inside and out of my car. All over the door panels inside, the dash, instrument panel etc. And all over the outside of my car.Ive had many cars tinted over the years and this was the very first time Ive ever left with my car dirtier than when I arrived. It would have been more professional of them to wipe down my car at least inside before turning it back over to me.Other than that, the tint looks wonderful, and the warranty is great.Im only writing this review because I hope that they are around for a long time and have a successful business. But they need to know how their customers feel.I would recommend them to anyone wanting tint, as long as you dont mind a dirty car after the fact. I guess I should have gone back in and told them I wasnt happy but after 90 minutes I was hot, bored and ready to leave, so I did just that.I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. If I could rate the product, friendliness and quality Id give them 5 stars.

These tont shops are everywhere and choosing is pot luck. I chose one near me and had a good experience. They got right to work and did my front windows and windshield ban in about an hour. The tint quality (there are three grades to pick from) is wonderful and easy on my eyes.Things they didnt do so great was advise how to wash them and provide a customer lounge suited for all ages. Music is heard to the younger generation and glad I found the volume control...These did nothing wrong but didnt do anything to separate their service from the big pack of providers.

The quality of their work is awesome and the staff are very helpful. Super fast install. Their waiting area/showroom is super clean. Highly recommend Top Line 👍🏼

It’s absolutely horrible to have to drive around in a car without a working sound system. And that’s exactly what I had to suffer through 3 separate times within a year or two, but each time we took our car to Top Line and every time they saved the day! In total they have replaced the stereo, fixed a speaker, replaced the entire sound system, and tinted the front two windows. It’s been two years since the last install and everything is still perfect! They always went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they’ve done! Highly recommend!

I did some serious research before I decided on Top Line Tints & Audio. The more I learned, the more confidence I gained in taking my vehicle to them for tinting. The employees were very knowledgeable about vehicles, various products and their application. I asked several questions and was given information with respect. I decided to upgrade and invest in the tint that blocks Florida heat! They listened to me, gave me options with no pressure! When a business truly listens to their customers, they are a solid repeat business that will be around for a long time, doing great work. The employees work as a team in a very clean and cool environment it shows lots of experience and self respect in wanting to do a good job. The waiting room was very comfortable with a flat screen TV, comfortable couch, cold bottles of water and snacks. There was even a table for me to work on my laptop. The team had my vehicle finished in a shade under an hour, very impressed with the product, work and information that I gained today. Yes, I would recommend Top Line Tints & Audio. Had my car done yesterday. I am very happy with the job they did. I was starting to get a little upset that it was taking so long but was informed that when they did a quality control check there was a tiny bubble so they redid it. They could have just left it and hoped i would not notice but they didnt. That shows that they really care about the work they do. Ive already recommend Top Line to a friend.

Damaged my car someone in the shop tried to close my door with the windows locked up and damaged the trim on on my door. Brand new car only a few weeks old. Owner denied responsibility. 1st tint had debris under the tint so i took it back to them they redid my tints and damaged my car. Do not recommend. Oh and the video thing below is made up there is no video goes to show you what you are dealing with.

I just had my 3rd car window tinted there. 100% satisfied for the 3rd time. Great job. I also referred a friend and he is 100% satisfied too.

Although super busy with already scheduled appointments, Naz was able to come out and check my sound system and guide me through the process on how to fix my sound system. Super nice and helpful! :) I recommend coming here for any of your car audio needs!

Had problems a day after they installed my radio, took to factory mechanic that said it was the radio/connection. Top line said for $80 they would check to see if it really is the radio theb install the old one back and charge me for it! on top of the old install. Not good business!

Called and made an appointment for the same day. They were able to fit me in ASAP. I was so pleased with the experience and knowledge with everything, I would highly recommend!!!! It was fun working with NAZARENO!!! I will be back for sure.

Ive taken several vehicles there over the years and never had a single issue with installation or the product peeling, cracking or bubbling.

These guys are crooks. They charged me $1600 to install a stereo on my Honda, inside the farring. They used a piece of Styrofoam and a piece of 2 x 4 wood to support the amp and stereo, neither of which was bolted in . The amp was too large for a motorcycle and they even put an extra battery in the saddle bag to support the amp. Since I know nothing about installing stereos on a bike, I took their word for it. My mistake was trusting that they were honest and trustworthy. THEY ARENT.

I had them tint the windows on my 2013 Honda accord when it was brand-new. They did a great job! I recently had a small ripple appear in the drivers window. I brought it back to them and they fixed it no problem. They really stand behind their work.

In the simplest terms, this place sucks. They made me pay upfront almost $600 for amp and speaker upgrade.Then they only installed the speakers and that took them 7 hours. They thought I wouldn’t notice.When I called them on it they tried to make excuses but finally acknowledged they didn’t put it in.So I take it back and they promised free window tint to make up for the mistake. 10 hours later I pick it up and it is filthy. That is a flat out lie. Also you DID NOT SAY if you had time, you said you would do it...PERIOD. Another lie. Lastly, when I called you at 6 PM you said you were still working on it. Then you called me and told me it was done and Your Dad was coming to meet me. Your Dad didnt come, the guy who does your window tinting came and there was still nobody there. So it was done at 6 you just chose to LIE AGAIN. How can you meet expectations when you lie to people and then instead of taking responsibility you lie to cover yourself.UPDATE 2 - 2/23/19So last week I noticed that the speakers on the right were not working so I took it to some REAL INSTALLATION people. I set up an appointment for today and was told they have heard nothing but bad things about this place. I get in the truck this morning and now only 1 speaker is work. The real professionals are working on it now. I will update with results.So the real installer found out that these stupid morons didn’t have the right parts. Specifically the crimped ends of the wire or lugs were the wrong size and they tried to crimp them to make them fit. They should have used the correct part and soldered the connection. So they simply slipped right off. It cost me $140 for the real installer to take everything apart, fix it right and then put it all back together.

This place is awesome ! Ive done business with them twice so far and I am never disappointed ! I love the outcome of the job they do and I can tell they take pride in their work. I had them install a new radio and a subwoofer in my car about 7 years ago. It was done very quickly and for a fair price. Its worked great all these years, and now that I bought a new car, Ill be going back to them to reinstall it.

They tinted my sons 2007 550i and the first time around there were a couple of issues with the installation. I called immediately and they had me bring the car back in. All issues were resolved and the car looks beautiful. Nice work guys!!! In the future do it right the first and youll save yourself and your clients a lot of aggravation.

Shout out to the Top Line team. Very personable and professional. Spoke with Naz earlier this morning to bring my car in. Decided to get my girlfriends car done right after. Im very pleased with the work, looking to bring 2 more cars in. Its worth the money. The only problem I had was the dirt stains left in the carpet and door.

A good friend of mine took her car there for tint she had just got the car and only had it 2 days she got it tinted and paid for it when she got in the car she noticed a big burn in the seat . She called shortly after they closed and was told they were closed and that they opened at 9 o’clock so she returned the next day and they are refusing to take responsibility that’s just bad business .

Made an appointment last minute and the guys on Pine Island were slammed, sent me to the Del Prado location and he got me in no problem. Very knowledgeable and helpful plus the car looks great. I would definitely recommend plus the price was reasonable.
