I sent an email on Sunday evening that I had an issue with my washer. At 8:00 am on Monday morning I received a phone call and was able to make an appointment to have my washer fixed that week. Travis immediately answered his phone and was at my house the next day to fix my LG dryer. From the second I met him I just knew he was an honest person. Omg, cannot say enough good things! Called on a Friday nite. Service Saturday. Not only did Travis tell me the washer was not repairable, he hauled it out to the road for me, unloaded everything stacked on top of another washer in my garage for me, and completely installed it for me. Our dryer got loud with a rumbling noise, then stopped working. I found Travis on Craigslist and texted him...he responded within minutes and we scheduled an appt. I googled for appliance repair and I originally tried Home Tech. They were not avaialble to come and look at my washer. Searched again and found Independent Laundry right there at the top. I went on the site and looked for the numer. It gave the option to text or call. I texted and Travis responded quickly and came out about an hour later. Very nice, polite and personalble. Explained what happened and even showed me how to check and reboot my washer if the same problem happees again. Great service! Definitley recommend!
