The pharmacy has been so great to work with transferring my medication and my insurance after my move!!
I pulled in before 2:00 into the second lane since someone was in the lane closest to the building to pick up antibiotics for my son. They were helping another person and when done put up the closed sign and didn’t even say a word to me just walked away the other guy who just got served said “what? Really?”so I rang the bell and they told me they are closed so I said I was here before you closed you just rang that man out I need antibiotics for my son.... they told me they closed the register? I just saw you ring that man out.... you needed the register for that and to not even acknowledge. Extremely rude. Pick a different pharmacy because there’s plenty in town.
Absolutely terrible! I got a test and was suppose to hear back in 2 to 3 days! I called on 4th day and they said they would call back! NO CALL back! Tried calling again and after 12 min of being on hold I gave up!! VERY frustrated!
What a joke pharmacist knows more than my doctor I guess Rude hung up on me says its not FDA approved and it doesnt work for Hydro quarter Quinn funny thing is I dont think theyre covid vaccine was FDA approved if not just recently what a joke never go there again find a local pharmacy it would fill it with a doctors prescription there all just out for the money
They are rude and argue with you even when you show them proff. They need a refresher course in customer service. What is the point of an appointment and you sending email information if they dont follow them.Very unprofessional and misleading
Would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. Have been trying to get my blood pressure script refilled for over two weeks now. Nobody can find my medication, have been told twice now that they will re-order and notify me when it comes. Hasnt happened. I need the medication to lower my blood pressure, going there has done nothing but raise it. Whoever runs that place should take a look at the reviews every now and again, there is clearly a problem there.
This cvs is super friendly and clean but i specially want to give a big thank you to a worker there her name is ronda, rotha my bad if i mispelled it but this lady assisted me with the best service i have every gotten in my life, she helped me out with a very bad situation and she helped me out with money for an emeregency .I just want to say that she is the best worker you guys have and she desereves a raise because she went out of her way to help me out financially and i truely appreciate that.God bless her soul she deserves the best and she has the best intentions .Please give Ronda,Rontha a raise ❤️ truely had a wonderful expirience and no complaints
The pharmacy wouldn’t take my insurance card info. over the phone. When I asked why they said “it’s just easier if you bring it in”. I explained that I’m sick- it would be easier if I could have my antibiotics delivered, but would have to pay out of pocket since they won’t take my card over the phone. I was brushed off. Because they are lazy & incompetent of taking some basic info over the phone, I dragged myself to the pharmacy during a pandemic, while I am sick, to make their lives easier. I am forced to use CVS because of my insurance. But I suppose CVS doesn’t have to have good customer service or be compassionate when the money is guaranteed, do they?
Worst experience. I pull up for a prescription pick up i was in line first and the girl on other side of window told me to hold on and took the next lady. Horrible service I am changing the location for prescriptions. Learn how to take customers in proper order !
Need something, they had it, ask an Associate if they had any other Options & she took the time to look with me. Not to busy to help a customer.. Good price, Great service!
I made an appointment for a MinuteClinic Cholesterol screening. On the website pricing list, it says that can be $59 to $69. On the electronic board in the waiting area, it said the price was $37. When I got in to talk to the practitioner, all of a sudden it is $139 for the office visit PLUS the cost of the test. The base price of the office visit is not clearly displayed on any of the online pricing information. That is a problem! It needs to be clear to customers that they will pay the base office visit price PLUS the cost of any service they are requesting. After hearing this pricing policy, I canceled my visit.
Been going this pharmacy for about a year now. Have had great service with quick and easy perception pick up.
We moved from Cape Coral to Ft. Myers almost a year ago. We thought that I would just start using a more local CVS. We figured that all CVS Pharmacies would be the same. NO! Not so! There is a lot to be said for having Pharmacists and Techs that know you by sight and are familiar with your particular issues. This may be a VERY busy Pharmacy, just like a good restaurant is busy, but they are worth crossing the bridge for, and worth the extra few minutes of waiting.
Staff with little desire to work and help because they made me wait for more than 30 minutes for a medicine without even informing the right person what to pack it for so as not to wait. It will be the last prescription that you send to that pharmacy.
How do they have one employee in the entire store?
I tried to get my prescriptions refilled and Mr. Garcia told me it would be ready for pick up at 8pm. But I would receive a notification. I was waiting until 8:40pm but I never got a notification. I went there at 9pm and he told me the pharmacy is closed and I need to come back in the morning. I really rely on my medicine and if I don’t take them I’m in a lot of pain. This is not the first time I had this experience with this pharmacy. I even called in the morning and left a message for a return call but I never got a call back. I wouldn’t recommend this CVS. Very unprofessional and rude employees.
So nice they are open until midnight. Had to make a 11:30 run for a allergic reaction and this place was the only thing open that was close. Guy working was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed. Thanks For the help.
I would not suggest this Minute Clinic. My daughter was in Cape Coral on vacation and was quite sick. Sore throat, body aches, headache, malaise and she was not tested for anything: flu, strep, nothing. The nurse decided she didn’t need to be. She ended up back there a couple days later still sick but also with pink eye. She got medication for that but again they didn’t test her for anything. She ended up being sick for a week and a half, feeling miserable, finally got seen when she went back to school and at that time had a sinus infection and put on antibiotics. So we were charged $90 each visit and the best they could do was pink eye which I could tell by looking at a photo. 🙄
Ive never had a good experience at this location or any CVS for that matter. This location doesnt make me feel welcome at all store and pharmacy staff dont even say hello even if theyre standing around doing nothing, there are Walgreens stores that ask how youre doing even if theyre busy or at least say hello, and the pharmacy staff act like they dont want to give me the time of day even if I want to ask a simple question. Do not recommend this location at all.
I really like this CVS.Every time I have to pick up a prescription I get the same nice girl, who has pixie cut hair. She always remembers my name even though I dont see her very often.I go here a lot to pick up hair dye, and all the cashiers are super sweet and try their hardest to initiate nice conversation.
This is the worst Pharmacy in the area, probably the worst I have ever encountered.. The pharmacist, I believe her name is Gosia is very rude. Even accused me or the other pharmacist of lying, not sure which...either way that is the most unprofessional act I have ever seen in a pharmacy. But dont take my word for it, read all of the recent reviews.Do yourself a favor and go to the Target store, while Gosia is the worst, all of the pharmacists in Target are the best in the area.
They will hang up on you if u call to many times then are rude and then make u wait hours for 1 prescription.
My husband and I always wait to get the notification that our prescription is ready for pickup. When we come in it is NEVER ready. It takes 2 to 3 people to find our names like it is not in the right place. We end up spending about 40 mins there EVERY time. I highly reccomend avoiding this pharmacy. Its worth a drive to avoid it and go to another pharmacy.
This negative review is based solely on CVSs WASTE culture! It is year 2019. There is no excuse in this day and age for a major company to be giving customers THREE FEET of paper receipts! Tonight I purchased one item. This is the receipt I was given (see reference photo). Miles of wasted paper and ink. It is mostly coupons. Unless youre super old school and carry a coupon book around to shop (not shaming anyone who does, but in todays world, we toss trash & its hard to keep track of so much stuff.) I get it, you want to provide coupons to encourage future purchases & retain customers, and this is a wonderful practice as a major corporation, however, you could email them! Or, another solution, ASK customer would you like the 3 foot paper receipt today? No? Ok, would you like it emailed? Id love to have the option to deny the receipt! The waste is a turn off for me and many people and I avoid shopping at CVS because of this. Dear Corporate CVS ~ do something about this! 3 feet of paper and ink, times ... I dunno ... thousands of customers per day. YOU are contributing to the landfill + pollution of this planet when you dont need to be. Shame.
I used to like this CVS based on aesthetics compared to other Cape Coral locations, but I never used the pharmacy often enough to know what the queue or customer service experiences are like. The cashiers have never been a problem for me, and I know what its like to do their job, so I would be understanding for a 3-star experience anyway. Im giving this CVS 1 star now, because I met one of the rudest people over the phone who works at the Minute Clinic named Gloria. My experience with her actually brought me to tears because of how we were treated over the phone. Absolutely horrible person!! On top of that, the NP I had in the Clinic (forget her name, older lady) wasnt very knowledgeable and probably shouldnt work with people in the medical industry, because her reactions to unknown things are a bit dramatic and cause panic in people who are already concerned enough about how they are feeling and what could possibly be wrong with them. See my Minute Clinic review.
Ordered pictures and magnets but they didnt have the magnets in stock. I paid for the magnets in advance with the pictures and was told to pick them up the next day because the truck was coming in. I came in the next day around 6:30pm and they couldnt find the magnets so I was told to come in the next day and they will be ready. Manager Clinton should have left a note saying that I paid for them already because when I tried to pick them up the for the 3rd time I didnt have the receipt due to me being in the area and not 100% sure my magnents were even ready, the receipt was at home with the pictures. Lady at the front counter gave me a hard time. Now I have to drive home and back for the 4th time to prove I paid for them. Thanks a lot manager Clinton. All over 4 magnets
I just spoke with the rudest pharmacy tech, I think his name was Martin or marvin? He was short with me over simple questions, kept saying I dont know, told me your going to have to wait a minute Im multitasking with a patient instore rudely when I didnt even say anything! Even if it was to a coworker thats not really professional to be snapping at people like that with a customer on the phone. And when I asked about a copay he just said yeah thats what its showing, need me for anything else? .... YES I WANA KNOW WHY THATS MY COPAY! AGAIN SAID IDK AND ABRUPTLY HUNG UP ON ME! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
Literally the worst pharmacy in America. I got transferred from the bigger and busier Walgreens across the street for insurance reasons...and I cannot express my distaste for this place. The drive thru line is absurdly slow... Slow enough for me to write, edit and post this review...all before acquiring my meds.I came here and made an account, gave them my insurance info... And the next four times I came back, Everytime my pickup process took almost fifteen to twenty minutes after standing in an absurdly long line...only to figure out the problem is...someone kept making me a new account so they couldnt find any of my accurate information. This location is either grossly understaffed or just filled with incompetence.
The assistant manager by the name of Jared is rude and not helpful at all. Jared would not contact any type of management when shown a circular online for a certain price. He is detrimental to the CVS brand name and the overall customer experience. If he had a brain in his head he would look at tomorrows weekly ad and see that they had three of the certain items Im referring to on sale for less.He told me he was the manager on duty, and I did not see any badge or name plate that represents or identifies him as such.
Nice friendly workers. Great milk prices keeps me coming back!
Over priced on soap and other sundries compared to Publix and Target, two items 10% higher in price. They dont price match. I asked the check out personnel and got a flat no.
Recently:Nasty mean pharmacist wouldnt refill a script, said it was too soon. Tried to ask questions to work to a solution, SHE was uncooperative. Went next door, to Walgreens, just to ask procedural questions, got accused of Rx shopping. Got a NEW script from t Dr, for a 10 days gap fill, they STILL wouldnt fill it. Were not druggies, 4 year history w this pharmacy, previously no problems. Had to go w/o meds for 10 days, until t mail order, (plan B) pills came in.Months ago. Was 3 stars.Always a new Rx staff. Busy and efficient. NOT GIVING ME T BEST PRICES, MAYBE, just maybe, theyll tell u theres a $10 coupon online for that $300 med.Usually a line at front counter. Mix of good and bad cashiers. Never anyone around to help in photo area. Usually one cashier, no floor help.Staff keeps changing, mostly good and nice help now.
Goshia should be looked into about spewing out personal info in public and being disrespectful!. I am in hopes that one day she will be in a situation and not able to get meds and someone be disrespectful to her! Gth
Nice clean and good customer service
This place is for the birds I get better service at the vet
We have always had a good experience at this location.
Gosia the Pharmacist thinks she’s a dr and would rather you go through dangerous withdrawals from Benzodiazepines and Ambien than to fill it Bc One might decide to over take it and overdose! So, I can’t get my prescribed medication all from one dr. Bc she thinks my Dr is an idiot and she should decide what I take and what I don’t. So if I die from Benzodiazepines withdrawals which causes seizures it’s GOSIAS FAULT!
The General Managr (as Of 12/6/16) is very rude and rushed. Every time I talk to her its an unpleasant experience. I would give this store 0 stars. How your manager acts reflects on the store. I should know being a manager at my own store.
This is the worst Minute Clinic I have been to; I used them several times in my home state with no problem. First off, there is the NP who brags about never taking antibiotics when she is sick - she just rides it out. So here you have a health practitioner who is spreading her germs to her patients while she is treating them. This NP also prescribes Augmentin for everything, even for conditions it has low effective rates for treating. In my most recent experience, even though I had the symptoms of a sinus infection, the NP refused to give me an antibiotic, and just gave me meds to treat the symptoms. A few weeks later, the infection got worse and settled into a bronchial infection as well. I went to another doctor who said I should have been on antibiotics weeks ago. I have been to this MinuteClinic three times, and all three times required a followup visit elsewhere because the MinuteClinic did not treat the problem.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have been shopping here and using the pharmacy for years and have always been happy...
They just give you a generic Medication even thought the Physician prescribed otherwise by calling them out on it they just say ohh if it’s that medication that’s what we do but we can swap it out to what your Dr prescribed! W.. are they Dr’s now? They don’t even advise or tell you! This is the worst location I will have my prescriptions transfered to Walgreens where I should have stayes they at least call you if anything changes ot if they have a generic which saves you money not this CVS they change it even thought there is no benefit for you.
Terrible! Went to the minute clinic and Signed in as told by pharmacy and had a 3 hour Wait. They told me I would get a text that gives you a 30 minute notice and to leave and come back when I get the txt. The pharmacy people were very nice and explained the system and how it worked to me.Came back when I got the txt and had 15 minutes to spare, only to have Gloria, the doctor or nurse practitioner come unglued on me about how I was late and she wrote me in as a no show. I tried to talk to her and show her that I still had time before I was supposed to be there. She wouldn’t listen and started yelling again. She said I should have waited there the 3 hours there’s s wouldn’t even look at the time on my txt! After being humiliated and still feeling aweful, I went back to the pharmacy and talked to the lady that I had talked to earlier. She told me I had done it right and I need to talk to the cvs manager and let her know what was going on and how I was treated.I talked to the lady that came up to talk to me and let her know what had happened. Not so sure she was the manager but very nice lady . She apologized. Almost 3.5 hours later, no doctor visit and no meds and still feeling aweful! To Gloria, you need an attitude adjustment! I tried to be professional and nice, only to get humiliated! If your ststem isn’t perfect(as you said) then fix it!!!
I have always been a loyal customer to CVS. I recently moved from Michigan to Florida and let me say there is a huge difference in the customer service. In Canton, MI they are friendly, helpful and caring people. At this location they are rude, ignorant, and lack customer service!! Everytime I went I had a bad experience but I love CVS and do most of my shopping there because it beats going to Walmart so I spend a lot of money there. The Blonde cashier is super rude and basically insinuated I was stealing because I left an item in the basket. I spent $90 why would I steal? I was busy helping my blind mother and it got stuck in the basket. Then Juan a cashier I was so angry at his behavior. He raised his voice, and got real rude and snotty. I was trying to explain to him that toothbrushes were part of health care but he cut me off and would not even allow me to talk. I have never witnesses inappropriate behavior from an employee in my entire life. Thank goodness the older lady who worked there was more pleasant and helpful. I will drive miles away to another CVS before I ever go here again. CVS find better employees seriously. Because the hundreds of dollars I have spent each week at your location will be spent elsewhere.
This place gets very busy in season, plus the pharmacy is only open until 9, when their competition across the street is open until 24 hours. Id give it 5 Stars, but because of the lack of pharmacy hours and supply of certain medications there is no reason for me to stop here unless items like toiletries, coconut water, etc... are cheaper than other places
Every single time I fill a prescription here, I have an unpleasant experience. It’s worth going to another location.
Although this is a new, large and beautifully merchandised store. No matter what department your shopping in, the employees are rude, not helpful and clearly are miserable at there job. The pharmacy rarely has the prescription I need or unable to fill it. Speaking with the pharmacist is a painful experience where you are belittled and they act like they are doctors on a power trip instead of a pharmacist filling a script from a qualified doctor.I went in there today to ask if they carry elf on the shelf for Christmas and the man at the register said thank God, no I asked him why, because your store is just losing a $30 sale that you just have to scan. This is a prefect example of how everyone of my shopping experiences are at this CVS. They also do not have anyone working at the register who knows how to reload a reloadable credit card and they dont call for managers to help them either, they just tell you they cant do it, there must be something wrong with your card. Then you cross the street to Walgreens and they reload it with ease. It really is too bad because the store itself has such a large selection as well as unique home goods and beauty items but its just not worth it because of such poor customer service through the entire store.
Customer service is horrible all around! Everyone moves at the speed of a snail. Theyre also wayyyy over priced, take your business elsewhere.
0 starsAbsolutely the WORST pharmacy in Cape. Lied about having a prescription ready, lied about it being covered, and tried to switch me to a generic that wasnt even the same medication. These idiots are going to get somebody killed.AVOID AVOID AVOID
The CVS pharmacy on Cape Coral and Coronado lost my prescription when I requested a transfer from Walmart on 12/31/15 to CVS due to insurance preferences. Walmart sent the RX on 1/12/16 via fax to CVS. CVS did not recognize the transfer until 2/6/16. Then when they finally acknowledged the transfer of my medication they did not add the refills. It took me over a month and multiple trips to Walmart and CVS before I was able to acquire a copy of the original prescription from Walmart that was faxed to CVS showing there were refills. When I went back to CVS they had to call their TX office to confirm the refills were available, which they should have done from the start. Then they had to rewrite a prescription for me for the refills. Unfortunately in all the time wasted, my prescription with the 2 refills was written 4/7/2016 and expired 4/11/16. Therefore, I only received 1 of the 2 refills. My current doctor does not write prescriptions for this medication and my insurance does not cover costs to go to a doctor who can to acquire this necessary medication. My recommendation is to make sure when you have a prescription filled to double check the refills immediately. I also recommend going to any other CVS than this one. Belinda who handles the new prescriptions has a real attitude, frowns constantly, does not know the meaning of respect and compassion for customers who are suffering. The pharmacist Lusinel Kelton threatened to not give me my prescription at all when I mentioned the refills were missing and threatened to call the police on me, because I was having an anxiety attack and was upset. They made me feel like a drug addict needing a fix. I have panic and anxiety attacks and have been on this same medication for 20 years with no increases in the dosage. I always make them last longer than necessary and can no longer walk into this store without having a full on anxiety attack. I no longer shop here because of it. Prior to this I frequented this store many times a week since they opened, because it is in my neighborhood.
HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!Very poor pharmacy management!! This CVS is the closest to my home, so I started using them, when I moved here in April. I am on several medications. Normally, you get ALL of your medicine at the same pharmacy, but every single month, this pharmacy claims that they are out of my pain pills for another 1-3 weeks. It is a different story, every month that I go here!! I have to drive all over the place to find my pain pills, every month. I was told by another CVS pharmacy that I need to let my LOCAL CVS know that I will be on these pain pills for the rest of my life, so they know to order enough each month. So, I made a special trip to my local CVS (this one) and did what the other CVS told me to do. I spoke to a nice lady with brown hair, who said This should never be a problem for you! We have never been out of these pills for more than a day. She claimed to be a pharmacy manager. So, I went there yesterday to fill my monthly pills and left in tears for the 6TH-8TH time!!! Some blonde manager was there and told me that they were out of them for another 1-3 weeks and made me feel like a drug addict AGAIN!!!! AGAIN, I had to start the hunt for my prescription that I DO need, every month!!! I understand that this is a state that is filled with drug addicts, but I am NOT one of them and I am tired of being treated like I am, by a pharmacy------no less!!!! I suffer with a lot of upper back pain, arthritis and disk problems in my back. My shoulders are shot! I have had a nerve stimulator and battery surgically put inside of me, as my daily pain is so bad. My pain is real and I do not need a pharmacy withholding pills from me and that is what they are doing!!! I have been on the same pain pills for 5-6 years. NO problems! Call my real doctor, if you have questions!!!! I am a God fearing christian grandma/mother, who has NEVER been a drug addict!!!! When, I walk into other CVS stores and tell them what I have to go through each month with my local CVS, they cannot believe it!!! I am always in tears, by the time that I get to another CVS. I have been offended by this CVS, too many times!!! I take a drug test, every 3 weeks for my pills. I have NEVER tested positive for drugs, because I do NOT do drugs or abuse pills!!!!!! Heck, I do not even drink alcohol!!After talking to many CVS pharmacy managers that DO know how to manage a pharmacy, here are some tips for this miserable pharmacy.....Only fill prescriptions for people, who live in the area!!! Get a drivers license for proof!!! That way, you wont have to say...1st come, 1st serve. or lie about being out of the medicine for several weeks!!Get an idea of how many pills you need to order for the people IN YOUR AREA, who get ALL of their medicines from you on a monthly basis, so you can stop playing games with people!!Fire the pharmacy manager with blonde hair. I do not know her name. She is rude and according to another girl in your pharmacy, she must lie, as they have NEVER been out of my pain medication for 1-3 weeks, according to her!!THIS PHARMACY HAS MADE MY EXPERIENCE OF LIVING IN CAPE CORAL, A LIVING HELL!!! I HAVE CRIED MYSELF TO SLEEP MANY NIGHTS, DUE TO PAIN AND NOT HAVING MY MEDICATION. THANKS!
Rude Rude Rude ... pharmacy tech was so rude I cant even begin to explain. How dare they treat people like this. Someone atta do something about it. I am serious. WOW! ....I just called and the guy with heavy accent (Indian or something) said I am busy I told the people for your prescription to call afternoon.... DUDE I AM DYING OF PAIN ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!????
Clean.
Complete and total incompetence. Also quit Walgreens. Going to try Costco
Go to costco to fill scripts especially if not insured. A quarter of the price plus you dont have to be a member to use the pharmacy.
Love this store!
Cocky night manager. Kind of a jack bass. Wont be coming back here. Walgreens is literally across the street
24 hr store, limited pharmacy hrs
Terrible service
Great staff
Just went there to get a money order and it went well.
Awesome Cvs
Always there
Friendly people
