First of all, this is the place to go if you want an honest, friendly and positive experience. The owner is a super nice guy. I brought him some of my broken jewelry, some in actual pieces, and he gave me advice on some that just couldn’t be fixed. Anyone else would’ve fixed it quickly and just took my money …but not here. He was comical and friendly and even told me some stories about his and his wife’s experiences with their own broken jewelry and allowed me to share my stories too. I’ve already been back twice in 2 weeks to bring him more repairs. Excellent job! Keep up the great work!

Recently, I took my elderly mother into Greco Jewelers in Cape Coral to re-size her watch band. The people at Greco spent a considerable amount of effort to make sure her new watch fit perfectly. At the end, they let me know they weren’t charging us anything for the extra time and expertise. When I asked why, they said that they, too, had been caregivers and that they understood what it takes to care for a loved one in their 90’s. In other words, they gave me a break because they empathized with my ongoing situation. This is HUGE. It isn’t the money they saved us, though. It is about the generosity of their hearts. In today’s profit based, bottom line oriented culture, you rarely experience this kind of gesture, decency and compassion in the midst of a business transaction. It’s usually all about the money, and how quickly you can complete the purchase and move on to the next customer. Not at Greco Jewelers. And when you think about it, their selfless action to make my nearly-blind mom’s life a few degrees better by fitting her with a special watch to tell her the time speaks volumes about the kind of people they are and how they must conduct the rest of their business. I went there a couple of times regarding my adapted grandma’s wristwatch. Both times, the owner (I believe) was so nice and very informative.One of her watches needed a special watch band. He told me “exactly” which one to buy from the original retailer who made this watch since he did not carry such a special band at his shop. And then he told me that when I get the band, he can put it onto her watch. So...when I found and purchased the band, I took it to his shop. Needless to say, he put it on for me/grandma on the spot while I was waiting. Yet even more surprisingly, he did not charge me anything for his service! What a nice customer services! I am totally impressed!I am from Japan where is considered to be the king of customer service in the world! I believe that he can also have his business and will be very successful over there without a question! I truly love any shops where provide a great customer service. Watch Repairs - They had the best prices in the area. I called 4 other places before I found them. I took some watches that needed new batteries and one of them I was told it didnt need a new battery. That after cleaning it it started working just fine.
