So far, my experience has been exceptional. I have been shopping for months for a used golf cart. I have truly felt Hole in One has been the most helpful/thorough and transparent. I expect delivery within the next two weeks and will provide an update....update after delivery. Experience continues to be exceptional. Delivery was completed, miraculously, only one day late...to no fault of Hole in One. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations regarding some parts shipping issues out of their control. This involved the salesman personally driving several hours to pick parts up.I sincerely feel this company enjoys making its customers happy. I received the same level of treatment from every person I spoke to there.. No matter their position, everybody was customer service oriented.

Very helpful. The owner took me into the shop to explain battery charging and maintenance. He demonstrated for me that my charger was working well. He could have simply said know your charger is no good and tried to sell me a new one but he did not. I appreciate the honesty.

Great service! They picked up our cart, fixed the wiring problem and brought it back to us all in just under 4 hours! Mike the owner was very nice and so was Tiffany. We had a bad experience with Affordable Carts on cleveland ave and we are very pleased that this experience went so well. We will definitely be return customers.

This place is a joke. Horrible customer service. The owner is the rudest professional I have EVER had to deal with in my life. They also make promises in regards to golf cart repairs that they cannot keep. Why open a business promoting golf cart repairs if you have no idea what you are doing. I would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business. What a complete waste of time.
