Just got a new wonderful Virto-m-312 hearing aid! What a joy! New and clear and crisp sounds! Thank you Dr. Hooper!

I was scheduled for a hearing test here. I hadn’t had a hearing test and probably 30 years, so I was expecting to be in and out. To my surprise the visit not only included a very thorough hearing test but an overall examination of my inner ear, my outer ear and an in-depth explanation as to why I might be experiencing the ringing in my ear. Additionally, several holistic suggestions on how I can deal with my issue. I couldn’t have been happier with my visit, and I highly recommend the folks here :-) they are kind and caring professionals.thank you very much.

Dottie at the front desk is friendly and helpful as people arrive and also as they set up payment plans and future appointments before leaving. Dr. Hooper is pleasant, professional and explains each test or procedure in ways that are easy to understand. Once testing was done he readily answered questions as he explained what he had learned about deficits in my hearing and the options available to alleviate those deficits. All in all I appreciated the service and professionalism and would recommend Ear-Tronics to anyone considering their need for hearing aids.

This is a wonderful alternative to spending $1,000,s to buying hearing aids.

I have been dealing with hearing problems since 1968 when I was hit point blank by enemy mortar fire. Through the VA has somewhat assisted me, NO ONE HAS HELPED ME in my times of CRISES AND TRUE NEED like Dr. Hooper and his staff. My hearing had been failing for sometime. It reached a point where it was embarrassing, frustrating and depressing. I never thought I would be able to afford hearing aids. I called several businesses in the area and could not find any company willing to lease. I called Eartronics Cape Coral and was delighted to hear they do lease. I met with Dr Hooper and explained my limited income. Much to my surprise he was able to accommodate me within my budget. I am now hearing sounds I havent heard for a long time and it is wonderful. Dr Hooper spent so much time with me to make sure that the devices fit well, were adjusted to my hearing needs and that I am properly educated. When I left his office I knew what to expect from the aids, how to take care of them and how to adjust the sound level when needed. Ear-Tronics and Dr Hooper are a blessing.
