At the suggestion of another retailer, i came to this place looking for a specialized quick connect piece. Upon walking inside, several people were walking around, in the process of closing up shop doing inventory, even though there were still 15 minutes left to the workday. I had to stand at the counter, ignored, for 10 minutes before being asked how i could be helped. When i made my request, one of the personnel scoffed at me and insulted my choice in a box store faucet that i was trying to work on. If i have any plumbing issues in the future i will make every effort to avoid this business

Very rude receptionist. Total turn off to even want to go there and buy a part. How about we get a nice person if their job is to answer phones.

Very good place for plumbing supplies

Greedy business. Had a water heater to replace under warranty. My plumber went there to buy it and AFTER they had said it would be a $50 fee, they charged $125 instead because he was not a registered customer. Sadly no other place in the Cape to buy an AO Smith
