Sale rep was a great talker, made all the right guarantees, my tub area was measured twice, product received was incorrect size. Had to settle for something I didnt order or wait 3 more months. Not much choice since my bathroom was all toren a part.. Shower shelves again incorrect ones..they actually wanted to install them...I had to wait for correct ones to be ordered. Shower bottom is very, very slippery. Had to throw tantrum before contractor or sales rep would address the issue. Told they have to order a product..still waiting for it. Its now April. My mother is 85 years old with health issues the whole reason remodeling to a walk in shower for her was safety. The whole process started last October and still waiting. If you use them use with caution ⚠️
