They worked Clean being very respectful of our home and property and not only protected our furniture as they worked but cleaned up after all the work was done VERY Professionally and competently. They double checked before mounting any hardware (2-TVs) on our walls and were a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail is rare and was very appreciated!! We recently had an issue with one of our zones sporadically going off. The two technicians very quickly found and resolved our issue. They were both very polite and showed us a few other features with our system. They were also very neat, we couldnt even tell they were here upon completion of their work. My internet was upgraded and I lost the ability to use my security camera system. I made a service call to CounterStrike and the technician, Ryan, showed up this morning, as scheduled and On-Time. Not only that, but he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and got the job done. Awesome experience!

They are supposed to call me before they dispatch the police. They never would call me first. The police show up every time & it always results in a fine for me. After 3 times of a false call, I can loose the alarm permit. I’ve told them several times to please call me first. Never do!

This company is outstanding which is unfortunately very rare. Purchased a sound system from them after Andrew spent quite some time helping me decide exactly what I needed. When the speakers didnt arrive with the rest of the equipment due to a shipping issue, the manager had the installers bring speakers from their showroom just so I would have music until my speakers arrived. The installers were fantastic as well. Lastly when my speakers did arrive the woman who schedules the installs changed the schedule to ensure we had our equipment before the left for vacation. From beginning to end I have been very happy that I chose to work with Counterstrike and looking forward to working with them again after renovations.

They provided us with a video camera surveillance system and replaced our alarm with a more up to date system. All went extremely well. The salesman, Julian, was very professional and even showed up the day of install to go over final plans. The 3 installers did an efficient, clean job, Everything was cleaned up extremely well at the end. Manager came out to go over alarm functionality and video usage. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their quote was the best of three that I received ( all were A rated by Angies List). We are happy with our new system.

John & Christian worked well together, installed our system in no time. Got us up and running, showing us how it worked and connected our devices. Price was good, company always answered any questions, keep us informed on install time, very prompt.

Service is excellent. Their staff are very professional and knowledgeable. 3 years after installing my system I had an issue with a cat5 cable. They ran a new cable through my attic and into the system. The techs were courteous and on time. They were very neat and didnt disrupt anything or leave a mess AND no charge for the work. It was covered under warranty. I wouldnt think of using anyone else.

I needed help with an update on an existing security system. They were not able to come the day i called and needed but gave me their next available date. Which was appreciated but I needed same or next day service. So rather than just leave me with the date they were coming they referred me to someone who could possibly help me sooner knowing my situation, While still keeping my appt in case that fell through.Thats customer service. I Purchased a home in Cape Coral and did not know the alarm code. The previous owner had no knowledge of the code and stated she hasnt used the alarm in years After the technician arrived he had the alarm up and running in less than 10 minutes. Super company. Worst company to deal with. STAY AWAY !!! When something needs replacing, like a censor, they just put electrical tape over it, so the alarm will not go off. When asked to replace it, the so called tech give you a attitude. the Techs that they send to your home are rude, and have a attitude problem. I do not recommend this company, STAY AWAY

If i could give this horrible company negative stars i would.where to begin?... first off i have to warn all thinking of using this company for Security they do not drug test or background test employees. ( yep a so called Security company that does not check who works for them) 2nd they do not follow Florida law or licensing rules for security companies. (any person doing the actual installation in your home must carry on there person a Florida Certification card called BASA for Burglary and FASA for Fire systems, part of this certification is a FBI background check and this is to be renewed every 2 years) this company does not license their employees. 3rd the main system they use is made by 2gig and has nice looking touch screen, this system can be foiled by a simple baseball bat in seconds and police will never be notified until you come home to a burglarized home. This company is a joke in security industry.

Worst company for your home alarm. They rather look on how to make money out of you than help you with only what you are looking for. In other words they put money 1st before customers. I was with them for a couple of years, Then we decided to go with Vivint for a better experience home automation. Counter strike does home automation but $$$ a lot of money upfront. Couple of months later we decided to go back and have them restart our account but only for the cameras, You see with vivint we can only do up to 4 cameras and we have a total of 7 cameras so 3 cameras stay off service. So we call them to reactive and give us only service fo 3 cameras, very simple. 1st they said will do it for $20.00 a month then the Company owner call me and said to me we wont do business with you.. I ask him why, flat out said no reason we just wont to business with you.. That shows if it doesnt make sense $$$ they rather just turn you away. I even spend $1500.00 on cameras,DVR,servers from them and still wont help me... I have to say Im really discuss with the outcome and the way they show customer care...
