Superior customer service! I called Triton and although i had to leave a message, Rich called me back a few moments later. Rich was very pleasant and professional on the telephone. He was able to schedule for a crew member to come out the following day between 12-3 p.m. On Wednesday, the scheduled day, Brandon arrived earlier than scheduled. Brandon presented himself professionally, was very detailed and patient in answering my many questions and most importantly, he fixed the the problem quickly and correctly! I am extremely happy with the level of service I received from Triton and they will be the only ones I call for any future issues!!

I was referred to Triton Irrigation by a coworker. My system had a few issues that needed attention. I called Rich at Triton and he had a crew here within a matter of hours! Rich came out and assessed the problem on Friday. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and replaced the solenoid and spray-head in a very short period of time and checked system. All good! Very professional. Ill uses again and would recommend to others.

Great experience dealing with Triton Irrigation team. Rich was able to squeeze us in timely and had his crew of 4 doing a great job of installing four zones front and back of the property. - Couple weeks later we got new sod installed, and he came back to ensure all areas get covered asides 1 sprinkler head fix that was overrun and broken off. - Great response time, lush grass and happy customer. - Go Tritons!!

This is the most professional and honest irrigation company I have ever had the pleasure to hire. Rich, the owner, personally handles calls and is HONEST and an EXPERT at everything to do with sprinklers. He replaced a Rain Bird controller and managed to get it still covered by the warranty. He rearranged the watering patterns and made sure everything was in perfect working condition. He also was very forthright in explaining the severe drought conditions and set our system to be in complete compliance. I cant say enough about this company but I completely recommend them and can assure you that you will receive 100% SATISFACTION or the company will work to make sure you are completely pleased. I highly recommend Triton.

Rich was great, had an issue with one section of my system. Called rich late onTuesday afternoon. The techs were already scheduled for Wednsday, but they showed up bright and early on Thursday. Thanks Rich appreciate the help.

Triton irrigation gave a prompt quote nearly immediately after it being requested. They did a professional job replacing our HOAs pump and balancing out our system. This is a company that is priced fairly and does what it says which is very refreshing! I deal with a lot of vendors and this one is great. I am the President of Meadowlark Cove and would recommend this company to all HOAs needing an irrigation company.

Wasted the better part of day for these guys to show up and they didnt. Didnt even bother to call to explain. Companies like this dont deserve to stay in business and hopefully they dont.
