I love working for Jade Maint. The owners are great and very nice. You get trained with respect and give you tips to do it way much better. They also pay way much better than any other companies. They are a blessing. Their priority is to keep their clients satisfied and happy with their cleaning service and quality.

I work at an attorneys office and Jade Maintenance was our cleaning service. Unlike our old cleaning service that used crews of different people, Jade Maintenance always has the same people you can count on. Their people are efficient and go the extra mile. They have been with our company for years and IF something arises, they always address the problem usually within a few hours and correct it. This a well run business with reliable people working for them.

Everyone that I have interacted with at this company has been great. They do their jobs well and put 100% into it. My past experience with cleaning companies is most people cut corners and have a high turnover. Jade Maintenance keeps the same people on our building. They are experts in making our vinyl floors shine!! Really, you can see the reflection of the entire hallway as you look down the hallway. You can put on lipstick. The girls joke they can’t wear dresses and walk down the hallway. The also do carpet cleaning. They provide a full commercial cleaning service. They that take pride in their work - that’s why the company has such great reviews, and happy clients.

Glad we changed to Jade Maintenance. They had an impressive list of satisfied clients that highly recommended them when I called for references and they were A+ on the BBB website. We were not disappointed. So nice for me to not to have complaints from the office staff to deal with when I come in to work. They come around at least once a month to check on our building. We have had a few glitches but Valerio took care of the problems.... pronto.

We had 6 cleaning companies in the two years before we hired Jade Maintenance. They have been cleaning our building for three years now and I no longer come into work to complaints about cleaning issues like before. They do not nickel & dime us when we need extra cleaning. Last month our water line broke to our coffee machine. Valerio came in within ione hour and cleaned the carpet and kitchen floor. We were not charged for the extra work. They are responsive and come by regularly. Jade Maintenance is a really well run operation.
