Have dealt with this business in the past but this has been a bad experience now. Phone numbers disconnected after having previously left messages to no response. Was requesting more info for an initial $1500+ order. Their response to an Email request We have decided to not pursue any further dealings with you. Please seek another vendor for your projects... where you can actually have person -to-person dealings....Decidedly unprofessional and worrisome. Just send an order, a check, and wait and see??

My laminated covers arrived today and they are exactly what I was looking for. I found the Lamination Station via a google search and was hopeful but cautiously optimistic. I usually prefer to do business with someone thats been personally recommended (I can be old school that way), but I read the reviews and I figured Id send down a small order to check it out. I am so glad I did! Even though it was a small order, they took the time to answer all of my questions. And the results were the highest quality; just what youd expect from a company that specializes in lamination. I am so glad to have come across this business and am already planning my next order. (plus, they are veteran owned!)

Poor customer service. Very rude, and did not give me a simple estimate because I had requested one previously. The numbers between my two estimates were different, they clearly did not look at that. There were so many options to choose from so I simply asked for the cheapest but descent quality and the response I received was rude and basically told me to do it myself, because cheap isnt good quality. Just very much not impressed by the customer service at all.

I just wanted to let you know how happy we were with the jobs you produced for us!! I’ve been in the printing business for 33 years and I can tell you it is very, very difficult to find vendors whom you can trust and rely on. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the distance between us. However, when the job arrived, it was DOUBLE BOXED and the projects looked FANTASTIC!!! I was so happy I had to call down and let you know then go onto the internet and post something positive. People are so quick to post how they don’t like something…well this is very, very different. The projects were professionally printed and delivered AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! You guys rock!! You’re a partner from now on! Thanks!!!Thom G. - MD

I sincerely tried to avoid doing this, as I am a business owner myself, but this needs to be said in order to warn current, as well as, any new clients, just how dishonest this company can be. My company has been doing business with this vendor for 5+ years and despite a couple of minor hiccups along the way, I have been pleased with their product, service and professionalism. That all changed though after I had an issue with an order recently. I ordered 50 11x17 menus printed and laminated w/10ml. I received the finished product on time and delivered them to my client. After just 7 days, the menus were coming apart. I contacted Spencer at Lamination Station to get them replaced. Spencer, instead, blamed the restaurant for soaking them and said In 30+ years, this has never happened so it cant be our fault. I asked for a refund and ordered another 50 menus for my client. Spencer told me that they do not give refunds for laminates but to send him the week old laminates so he can see where the fault lies. Now I have paid 140.00 twice for faulty laminates. When I received the new order, they were already coming apart in the corners where they were bubbled. I sent pics of the old and now the new laminates to Spencer and he blamed the restaurant again`though I had yet to give them to my client. Spencer failed to answer any subsequent emails. I mailed him the tattered menus, per his request. Spencer then refused to accept them and had them returned to sender, but, not before opening the box and looking at their defective menus. I got them back today, return to sender, and have heard nothing from Spencer. My Veteran Owned company will no longer be doing business with Lamination Station and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere as well. With Veteran Owned businesses, you can expect Honor, Integrity, Loyalty and Professionalism. With Lamination Station, youll be hard-pressed to find either. Semper Fi.
