Absolutely the worst lawn mower shop around. As bad as lawn mower headquarters .. dropped a string trimmer for repair. Mechanic lied and said warranty expired on 2/3/21. Called stihl and it expired on 3/14/21. Took it elsewhere to repair and there wasn’t any charge. Good thing for warranty and an honest repair shop. Stay way clear cutters choice . Even if you don’t have a choice. One mechanic . Good luck during the summer. Response is always 3 weeks . More like months

Left my mower there. Had it for 2 months never called to let me know it was done. When i went to pick it up said they disposed of it. A 500.00 Honda lawn mower. No apology just tuff luck. More like they sold it. Said had a policy of 30 day pick up. No where does it say that. I have dealt with the old company for years. They are theives.....

I knew i would leave a review after doing business with lawn mower Headquarters, it was a pleasure to meet and talk with the Men there, the quality of the work done on my Scotts riding mower was excellent. The mower is twenty years old and i had always done my own work, but this time the engine had to be taken apart and repaired, too much for me, glad i came here, if you need repair this is where you should go, they are the best. My thanks to them.

No help AT all. Brought in carburetor and Manual. Need a rebuild kit. Was shut down by the lady in the front. Come on. Never even offered to look at the carburetor. Strictly sales here.

Very disappointed in the service and backing of their repair. We had a weed eater repaired about 45 days ago (new carburetor and fuel line). The unit stopped working after two uses. We took it back and had to call repeatedly (at least 6 times) and never would get call back. They had it the second time for over a month and said it was the same problem and it would be an additional $120 to repair what they said they repaired the first time. He told me the part only had a 30 day warranty. When I pressed for proof he could and would not provide. I asked him if he stands behind his product and received no answer. I insisted on having a print out of the warranty he was claiming and he would not provide. He called me back two days later and gave me the phone # to the part place and still would not provide proof. Terrible service, does not stand behind his product, rude, late, and still would not give me information. Stay away from this poor excuse of a business. I will not stop with this until it is resolved.

Since they really are the only game in town the customer service can be a little unfriendly, but if you need something in a hurry theyre probably going to be your only option. They cater more toward the lawn service industry rather than walk-ins but they have a good selection of anything you need to take care of your yard.

Looking for parts for a machine they sell (Bobcat) but dont stock a highly used/replacement part.Second time it has happened.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because I had to. Both times I dropped off my tractor to them and they claimed it was repaired. The first time it cost me $80 and the second time it cost me $35. The first time it ran for about 10 minutes and sat in the garage for a week and then didnt start. The second time I got it back ran for about 30 seconds and then it died on me. Asked what their plan of action would be to help repair my mower and that I didnt have a trailer to bring it back out and there was no response. Both times me and my father rushed out the door as they closed the gates right at 4 oclock. On the second invoice it didnt even say what was wrong with my tractor. Warning to all, dont even waste your time!!

Took my weedeater in for service. Counter person told me they had a 10 day delay to fix.I called after two weeks, still hadnt even looked at it. After asking how much longer it would take, the counter person told me I could always come and pick it up. Told him Id just appreciate it if they could fix it, didnt want to start the waiting game somewhere else. Counter person told me I was number 3, should have an answer next week.Called today, 21 days in their shop, STILL HAVENT EVEN LOOKED AT IT. I was also told today, a week later that I was number 4, apparently commercial clients bump residential clients; they dont bother telling you this when you drop off for service.I am on the way to pick it up now and take it to a more reputable shop.

The guy was nice discussing prices and Equipment quality Pryor Lawn Service experience answered questions about the machines he had with real world experience

Horrible customer service they make you feel like you are begging to get something done that you already paid for waited 4 months for a part only to be told another part of the order was missing and they didn’t know it was out of stock called again and supposivly it was ordered to come in the next dayCalled the next day and practically was told to screw off when a man answered the phone and told me in a very rude manner to call back “tommorow and see what happenes” What kind of business speaks like this ! They are so rude and don’t care about their customers not sure how they even have any business open at this point and we still don’t have the part that we need they never call back when they say they are going to it’s so unfortunate that a business with such a great location has such terrible service and employees up front if I could choose 0 stars believe me I wouldHow do these people sleep at night ripping people off.

Lawnmower been there over a month and was only suppose to take a week for a easy,minor fix

Terrible place to take things to I took my pressure washer there and they took a 40 dollar Co pay which I didnt mind but then they called saying it needed a water pump which would cost about 300 for it I told them Ill come get it and buy a new one before I went out to buy a new one I started it at home turned water on and it ran great had a lot of water pressure and it was fine they just tried to rip me off DONT GO THERE they are over priced as well.

Took my chainsaw their 3 times and still dont work. Ordered parts for weedeater and got wrong part with no screws. Place sucks, wouldnt send my worst enemy their.......

About six months ago I brought them a Husqvarna blower that would not start they told me it was the carburator, charged me $79, the week after I tried to use did not start, I brought back to them they checked it and told me it was the spark plug they charged me over $10, six months later I tried to start and it would not, I brought back and they told me today that the carburator was bad and that I needed a new one and it would be $79I got pissed and took machine awayiF YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT FIXING A MACHINE I DONT THINK THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!

The one star is for surprised they’re still in business.. had a string trimmer go down and they said warranty ran out 3 days ago Lol. Called stihl company direct and it doesn’t expire til 3/14/21. Stay clear of this crooked non repair shop!! Unbelievable

If less than one star was an option I’d pick it. Took a fourwheeler there they had it for over two months and when it came out everything they charged us for and “fixed” didn’t work or stopped working shortly after. Charged us for stuff they never touched and was taken back two additional times after getting it back Originally. Wish we read reviews first

Have spent over 1500 at this place to get top end re done and valves took it back to re do the valves for the 3rd time now there is a wire suspiciously hanging from the bike now won’t go into first gear and now starter is acting up even though they are turning into Cutterz choice I would still never recommend people to go there worst headache and waste of hard earned money

Grate place to get parts or mower,four wheeler or just stop by an check out the new equipment.
