The people who work at this location are extremely kind. I always have a good experience when I go to this store.
Puerto Rican Licence not accepted as an ID to purchase tobacco products even when we are US Citizens. They asked me for my passport. I have to laugh of how uneducated people can be.
The woman (I believe shes a manager) was SO helpful to me during the power outage. She went out of her way to help me, let me know when the pumps would be back open, and came outside to answer my questions even when the store was still closed. They are so kind and care about their customers!
I’ve like this Cumberland farms for years but lately the customer service isn’t the best.
Never had a bad experience! Nicely laid out, has all the right equipment, nice staff and very clean.
This place is pretty good. But one time there was a severed hand on the counter. I asked if it was for sale but they thought I had something to do with this hand. So they called the police now im gonna serve a life-sentence for possible murder.
My 21 year old sister went in without an ID to buy a bic lighter for candles. Because a lighter is considered a tobacco product she was refused. I went in afterwards by myself 5 minutes later and was also turned down because she was outside on the premesis, Which is completely understandable, because I admitted to her being in my party at that point in time. This matches up so far with my understanding of the Maine tobacco laws. We were rightfully turned down.HOWEVER, days later the woman, STILL wont sell me a lighter days later, even when i’m by myself with nobody with me..I ask calmly for a legal explanation why I cannot purchase a lighter in order to educate myself and she just smerks at me and says “sorry” without any explanation.I was a reoccuring customer up until this point. Never been turned down buying a lighter before. I will never return and this will make for a funny story
Great candy!
