The worst attitudes Ive ever seen!! They act like they could care less whether they get new customers or not!! Guess Ill stay where I am
I went in to switch from Cricket because of poor customer service. I received great service while in there. The phones werent in stock, so I had to wait for them to arrive. When they shipped to the store I went in to get them activated; my son noticed the phone that we ordered 3 of was a lower price. I asked if we could receive the lower price since we ordered them 5 days before. I was told to contact sprint directly. When I did they told me to take them back the store I purchased them from. They also advised to call ahead to ensure they had phones since I had to wait on my phone to arrive at the store. When I called the store I was told there was a $45 restocking fee per phone, that I was never told about, and that I would lose all my numbers that were ported over. There was supposed to be a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Long story, short: Ive had my acct and phone number for 10+ years. I needed to make some changes and somehow, someone, cancelled my number. Theres a promise that a service tkt is in the works to restore my number. I just need to be patient a couple days. So removing my original bad review (copied), Ill wait and see.
So I had a negative experience and the gentleman that was helping didnt get it fixed and I was quite upset. However the next day Shelby was able to get it taken care of. And since then everythings been ok. So hopefully that will be the only bad experience. Im am hopeful for a good experience in the future. Plus I love my phone.
Jay and Kayla were extremely helpful! We upgraded our phones and the process was quick and painless! That is saying a lot since we were upgrading from a 4s to a 6S+. I encourage everyone to come visit this store for excellent service. Ask for Jay or Kayla!

This is the worst Sprint store I have ever been to. They sold me a phone that was either refurbished or had been returned by another customer due to all the issues it was having. The phone would not even allow me to call Sprint.Everytime I got to a representative, the call would mystically magically drop. The only way I got to talk to them was by having a friend do a 3 way call from a friends phone. I have been a customer of Sprint for 18 years and have never been treated so badly. I pay them over $500 every month and have never had my phone cut off due to non-payment. I am a solo female truck driver who must have a phone. I had to have my old phone cut on and now have to figure out how I have to get this phone back to Sprint. I called the store and NO ONE - NO ONE from the store has yet to call me. I am extremely pissed. Im taking this to the corporate level. At the very least, someone should have called me by now but no phone call yet. I have every intention today to get in touch with the corporate office. Having to find a corporate store to return this phone is extremely frustrating. I am a truck driver. I only have so many hrs that I can drive. Now I have to not make money to pay this bill to correct this situation that they put me in. I am seriously considering drop Sprint like a hot potato. If u read the reviews of this store, they got 5 stars mostly from those shopper people. Reviews from actual customers are 1 star. Any 5 star reviews were over a year ago. I wish I had read them more carefully. Then I wouldnt be in this situation.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. They would not cooperate with what headquarters was telling them to do. The store manager insulted my family and I multiple times during our time in the store. The staff is very unprofessional and were constantly having conversations with one another during the transaction and were playing music right next to the counter. Absolutely inappropriate behavior for customer service.

Upgraded my phone in St. Louis and said they couldnt help me transfer any contacts or pictures. Decided to go to the Sprint store in Cape Girardeau to see if they could help. Jay, the store manager did everything he could to help. He ended up resetting all the settings on the new phone and downloading the latest back up from my apple account from the previous phone. He was able to get everything that was on my previous phone from the last time it was backed up. I am so pleased with the service I received today.
Found lots of great items on clearance for only $2. It was end of season clearance sale.
We walked in the Cape Girardeau, MO on Siemens Drive. The Customer Service was very disappointing, they did not even greet my husband and myself when we walked in or even acknowledged us. We waited a few moments & asked a question, only to be told to go to Best Buy. We felt like we were bothering them & that our money was not good enough for that Sprint store. We walked out.
Ty was awesome, She answered all my questions and was sure to give me the best deal that suited my options in what would work best for me. I recommend that you go through her to receive your service at the sprint store.

Dave, Jay, and Kayla are the shiz. They restored my broken heart and got me and my girlfriend on a brand new plan with brand new iPhone 6s rose gold phones. Amazing costumer service along with humor. Love these guys!!!
Awful service!! According to their website, this is suppose to be a repair store. I made an appt but when we walked in the rep looked at me like I had ten heads. THIS IS NOT A FULL SERVICE STORE! He was very rude and of no help at all. I had to go to St. Louis to take care of the phone issue. I should have known it was going to be a less than pleasant experience when I seen a phone broken into pieces, outside the door, as we were walking in. Also, this store is considered a corporate store, according to the Sunset Hills location.
Ive been a Sprint customer for going on 4 years. Ive always had a great experience at the Cape Girardeau Sprint store whether it be establishing service, upgrading my phone, or a customer service issue. During my most recent visit I added the new Galaxy S watch to my plan & the guys at Sprint were once again helpful in answering all of my concerns & setting up the watch as an independent phone line on my wrist for my biz line.
Ty was very helpful and did an excellent job fixing my phone for me.. She was very sweet and great people person .. I would def recommend her to everyone .. Ill be back to see her if I have any more problems.. 💞

Today I saw Dave, Jay And Kayla in the store. I have never been in the store that I havent been treated with respect, kindness and great patience. I observed the same treatment to other customers while I waited in line for my turn to be waited on. I always leave smiling!
If you live in Illinois, dont get sprint. They told me yea our coverage is great. No its not. I live in Murphysboro and cant get service in my garage. It was a mistake switching. I should have stayed with verizon. Sprint does not compare to verizonI dont care what they say. Maybe if you live in Cape its better. But southern Illinois coverage sucks.

Ive only recently became a sprint customer, i switched from att on the cut my bill in half promotion. To my supirise everything i was told in the local sprint store was true. I ended up saving 140 a month by switching and my data stayed the same. Not to mention my wife and 2 other lines got brand new devices. They paid off my old contract and even cut me a deal on new cases for my devices. So far so good.

The people are not approachable at all. Ive been in there 3 times in the last year and three of the four people there are always condescending or on their phone the whole time facebooking (probably) and never even make eye contact with me. There was a guy that has helped me out twice, but when I go there and he isnt there they tell me to call Sprint and the Sprint number tells me to go to the store.

I have been driving to the Sprint store in Cape Girardeau for years. I live about 100 miles away. David has always assisted me and done me right. The Store in Farmington Missouri lost all my information on my phone. David was able to recover all my information when the other store told me I had to start over. The Farmington store needs all new people. The Store in Cape Girardeau is awesome.

Bad service and waiting time was ridiculously long hours on more than one visit. Too many trips to try to resolve my problems after switching from Verizon. Never got rebates, never got refer a friend rebate. They took my galaxy 7 and could not tell me the trade in value.
