Had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Barber who was knowledgeable about the products in the store. I had a lot of questions about the different types of mattresses as well as the adjustable beds and he was very patient with me in answering these questions. Customer service is very important to me and Mr. Barber was courteous and never made me feel rushed. I am glad that my son referred me to Dropbox in Cape Girardeau and I would highly recommend this company to others. You will not be disappointed.

Great selection, great prices, and the owners are the sweetest couple. They had so much knowledge on the different mattresses they carry in store. I asked about 100 questions and laid on every mattress like 5 times trying to decide, and they were extremely patient with my decision process. 100% if you’re looking for a mattress, contact them.

The Cape Girardeau store is a absolutely a wonderful store. You can get a very expensive and high quality mattress for a very cheap price. Unbelievably comfortable mattress and I got it at a very low price. A wonderful deal. I definitely reccomend this place!! The Barbers were absolutely helpful and amazing with helping my sister into a mattress. We arrived on very short notice, and they were more than willing to stay longer to help us! They were so nice and friendly and knowledgeable on the perfect mattress that would best suit the needs of my sister. Their prices on their mattresses was a definite bonus too!

We went in for a new king size bed. The gentleman was informative. He answered all our questions. He has the greatest low prices for someone on a budget. We even got it delivered for a fee of $40. Deck, you are great love the new bed and i will definately recommed you to family and friends.

Lots of NICE mattresses but thought their prices were a little high for the quality. Sales staff was VERY HELPFUL and no high pressure. Will shop there again when looking for a mattress.

Was told (by owners) they had a set for $145 and $135 but showed up and they said they had nothing below $350 or nothing in that price range. What a waste of time and energy. Tried to sort it out and got nowhere... not at all professional.

I have a very difficult time making a decision and they were not pushy or mad about it. They gave me time to think and helped me weigh out pros and cons of the beds. They were very knowledgeable and listened to what i wanted and helped me find the perfect bed! Definitely the best bed I’ve ever owned and I won’t be constantly waking up sore from sleeping in an old beat up mattress! Highly recommend buying a mattress from them we will definitely come back for the kids beds and our own in the future!
