From the time I was pointed to Fix Auto Capitola by my insurance company to the time I picked up my car, Fix Auto has been by far the best body shop or auto shop experience I have ever had. Maria at the receptionist desk is amazing and walks you through the entire process, she also can work with the rental car company to have you picked up for you rental and also take you rental back when you pick up your car. Which makes everything so much easier. Anthony handled my estimate and kept me updated through their automated system every step of the way, he also called right away to tell me they were waiting on a part to come in and that the repair could be delayed because of that, even though it wasn’t. The best part is they finished days earlier and saved me money on the tax fees for the rental.I would suggest fix auto for any of your body or collision repair needs, Maria and Anthony make everything so easy and seamless that it really does take the stress out of the fact that your car was just hit and run. Great experience with Maria and Anthony! They were really communicative about keeping me up to date on when my car would be ready for pick up. The car was actually ready 4 days before it was originally supposed to be finished, which was great. My car looks brand new, and I highly recommend Fix Auto for any body work you need done.

Very impressed with the service fromstart to finish. Front desk help was very helpful in getting the rental car there on time, the body work done on the left rear quarter panel, tail light and bumper looked brand new. What really impressed me was the over the top service and how they detailed the car upon its return. It was so clean you wouldn’t know that we actually owned a dog. Fix Auto Capitola recently did some much needed body work on the entire passenger side of my car. Both doors and lower part of back side bumper. Not only was the work done a day sooner than expected, it looked (in the words of my young grandsons) like I got a new car! I went here after an accident to get my Subaru Forester fixed. Anthony and his team did an amazing job! 😊 Anthony was able to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and what the next steps where. My vehicle was fixed in under the time it was estimated to be done. And looked great I was so happy with their work! My Subaru was shinny and sparkly just like the day I bought her.

I had to bring my Subaru in to be repaired after an accident. The staff here are incredible! Repairs after an accident can be a hassle but the staff’s professionalism made my experience easy! The repairs on my vehicle came out beautifully, you can’t even tell there was damage! They are efficient too- I dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready Thursday night! All around a fantastic experience.

I went to Fix Auto after my bumper and grille were damaged in a hit and run accident. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Anthony in particular was amazing, super friendly, and communicated frequently with me throughout the process. They detailed my car, and even cleaned all the hazy clouds off my headlights. I would absolutely go back to Fix, although I hope I dont ever need to do so.

I was delightfully surprised by everything and everybody @ FixIt Auto. I had an unexpected auto body problem less than 2 days before leaving on our Santa Cruz camping vacation. Such an easy experience from start to finish. I trust AAA and those they contract with, and this experience was no different. From having my rental car ready when I dropped my car off to communicating with me throughout the process, to a quick fix experience, and finally to a beautiful job fixing the dents caused by snow chains, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m a little disenchanted with this business. I had my Durango repaired last year and the overall experience was great. I had vandalism repair on my 05 f150 in July and the quality of work was fine and to be expected. I ended up having to bring the vehicle back after pick up because my rear driver side door wasn’t opening which they fixed without an issue. My main issue was my truck was burglarized about a month later where I realized that my driver door actuator wasn’t locking manually or electronically. I had this addressed by my local mechanic who claimed that the harness in the door was not routed correctly last time someone was in there causing an obstruction to the Actuator making it fail. Now i know based on my estimate that my doors were disassembled for paint and seeing as they already messed up the reassembly of the rear door it wasn’t that far fetched that they caused the actuator to fail be not routing a wiring harness correctly . Insurance claimed there wasn’t enough evidence to support they did this because I didn’t bring it back in and had it repaired somewhere else. Fix auto obviously took zero responsibility. Kind of insane since their the only shop that was in that door and it functioned before they repaired my vehicle. My insurance paid them almost 7,000$ To repair my truck and they couldn’t be bothered with my request for a $380 repair bill for fixing my door.

Anthony was incredible. He did everything he could to get a part that was on back order and Got me my car back before the weekend when he did not have to go above and beyond. I am so grateful!! Will take my cars here for a long time

Great doing business with this place. They text you updates. they perform the service in the amount of time that they project. They are courteous. They had to replace a side view mirror and the computer had to be calibrated and they did an excellent job
