Super knowledge staff. Bikes at good prices and an awesome repair dept.

Rented a Jump bike for the first time right before they pulled them for Mrs. Corona. I was hooked. Came here just to window shop, was helped by Skotty. If I owned a small business that required someone with the technical skills to do service work and the sales skills to help customers, Skotty would be invaluable. I figured he was an owner but he’s not. What a nice freaking guy. Made me feel welcome didn’t laugh at me that much, stayed after closing to answer questions and he knew I wasn’t going to buy anything that second either. I don’t know about pricing product or selection enough but as far as customer relations? I’d never buy a bike anywhere else.

These guys are great! I bought an Aventon Sinch...and love it. The transaction went smoothly and the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt mostly with Aaron, he took his time explaining the function of the bike, the do’s and don’ts and how to take care of it.

An awesome bike shop in the Santa Cruz/Aptos area. They have a great selection of bikes - from your get around town commuter bike to your top-of-the-line racing bike. They will help you find what you need without trying to oversell or push you to buy something. Its a laid back friendly atmosphere with nice people and a super sweet shop dog (hank).

Great local business. Friendly, genuine folks. I had a 10 minute repair & they were glad to help me out to get back on the road. They stock parts & tools from Park, Blackburn, Liv & other brands.

Came in from out of town and dropped into the Bike Station after a major flat on my Brompton. I was unsure how to adjust the gears and had lost one of the three. Zach, (Zack?) took the time to teach me how to fix my problem and was super helpful/kind. The rest of the staff were jovial and friendly! GREAT place! Got me back on the road in a few minutes.

Not helpful and they have me the wrong size tube.

Had bike shipped here for assembly. They got it ready fast and were friendly and helpful for pickup.
