So glad to see bath & body Works is still open in the Capitola Mall. This store is very consistent with their products, prices, and promotions due to it being a franchise. The sales associates are very helpful and know the products well. I really like their products and there are usually great promotions being offered. Definitely recommend

Store was clean, well organized and stocked. All the staff were super friendly and engaging. Helped me find a couple of products and made suggestions on the ones that were now discontinued.

I love shopping at Bath & Body works. They only let 13 people in the Store at a time because of Covid-19 making sure social distancing. They are very nice and helpful with good customer service. They have Hand sanitizer to use and clean the register area regularly after each customer. I recommend this place.

Who doesnt like Bath & Body Works? The place is a utopia for your senses.Ive shopped here countless times over the years and the employees are always super cheery and helpful. BBW has definitely discovered how to consistently hire quality employees.

Love this place ❣ Theres always something on sale. Large selection and variety of bath and body products, and candles and fragrances. Its a fun store to just look around and sample.

Great lotions and potions! And very knowledgeable staff. Although they do have what they call seasonal scents that come in temporarily, which bummed me out bc one of my faves Almond Blossom was discontinued and may not return. Bring back discontinued scents!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. She even checked the back. Only they were sold out. So almost 5 stars.

Bath & body works is my favorite, I only gave this location 4 stars because there is a manager there who isnt always the friendliest(I use the app and had to do an exchange and they dont use the app yet in this region and she was clearly annoyed) everyone else was very friendly as usual and I know what to expect of the location having had grown up here, it is a smaller store

While this is overall a standard Bath & Body works location, it is set apart by not only having samples available, but also having a sink to wash and dry before or after trying them. Very thoughtful.

A great place to shop at, as always. Their range of products never ceases to surprise me. Sadly, there wasn’t any storewide sale running when I visited- those are always a loot.

We arrived and began to look for the creams and see which aroma we liked the most and one of the employees there walked behind us to such a degree that we felt uncomfortable and my daughter better left the store, since she was walking as if we were going to steal .

Because it has specials of various scented creams oh well, of all kinds of creams
