Always friendly staff with some great merchandise. I miss the days when Hot Topic was more hard-core, but theres still stuff I like.

Amazing stuff! I spend so much money Everytime I go here. Staff are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. Their band t shirts and graphic tees are so comfortable, and their pins are very good quality, and pretty cheap.

Been shopping at Hot Topic since it opened when I was 13. Some habits die hard so when I relocated this store became my go to for piercings, band/tv show shirts, all things disney, star wars, etc.

I was looking for overwatch merchandise and the sales associate was very helpful and found overwatch items but ones that were on sale 30%, 50% and 75%!!!!!!! Oh my gosh it was perfect!

If I could give this store a -1,000 I would. I went to to return some pants I bought for 40 dollars since I could not wear them to work cause they did not fit my works criteria so I simply wanted my money back. The woman who assisted me was very hesitant for wanting to give me my money back since I did not have any of the tags still attached and I paid cash. She was the rudest associate Ive ever met! She then began to yell at me when I simply asked why they wanted all my personal information for simply returning something for cash. I understand why they take the information yet she just did not want to give me my money back then went on to lecture me that next time I should never take the tags off if I am planning on returning! Rudest associate customer.

We asked for help on finding some earrings with one of the staff, she helped us look for a minute before turning around to talk to her friends that came in on her shift. We didnt find the earrings and went to Amazon instead :./
