They have real good burgers. The meat is just like you cook on the grill yourself. I wish they were in Rocky Mount because I sure would go there often.
My friends and i worked at the kickbacks in southern pines so we completely understand what its like working for this company! as soon as we walked in the host was asking servers if they wanted to take care of us and one server who just walked in the door started complaining in front of us and another server who was about to get off was complaining as well but Miranda walks in the door to start her shift and immediately said she would take us! shes made the experience absolutely extraordinary shes so kind and on top of everything if you do decide to come to this location i would recommend asking for Miranda every time to have a top tier experience!
Nice server. big open sports bar and restaurant with lots of tv’s and a big fully stocked bar. very good extensive menu with appetizers to full entrees. Lots of food nachos to steaks and seafood. Not just typical bar food. Handmade hamburgers cooked to perfection. Lots of craft beers on tap and bottled. Plenty of tables and booth sitting with some outdoor patio. And plenty of parking in a well parking lot.
We sat to the bar and our bartender Emma was wonderful she did mind explaining the drinks to us and her service was great when we go back next weekend we want to make sure we get her again

Good food and good staff. Through bartender got my wifes drink wring bit they fixed it. Find was really good. Bug salad for my wife and a nice steak first me. I am very pleased with this restaurant.

So firstly I want to say that the food here has always been incredible I have never had a bad meal or drink. My point of contention here is that the service is slow. Not bad service(the wait staff I have had are always wonderful) just slow service. Even as a 4 top table it takes an hour or more for food and I am usually there for 2 or 2 and a half hours and so for me that can kind of make it more of an ordeal than it has to be and the sole reason they dont get 5 stars from me
Love this place. They have chicken wings and fingers that you can get with a inhouse rub, fried or grilled. About 7 different levels of sauces. From very mild to spicy. Their nachos plate is huge easily 4 people. with a whole mess of toppings. Burgers are also fresh and made to order. With a pleasant staff and multiple TVs showing a wide range of spots is a pleasant place to eat with family and friends.
The food was awesome!! The service was awesome!! They had so many big screens with programs (sports of course) going it was dizzying. It was great. The reason for the missing star is because of the loud music. They play loud hard rock. No problem with that except too loud to carry on conversation with your tablemates. Big bummer if you rarely see much of them.

The grilled wings at KBJ used to be amazing. Tonight I had to wait for them and when I got home several of them were burnt black and skimpy with very little meat on them. Definitely not as good as they used to be.
Never had a problem here. Its kind of your typical sports bar to be completely honest, the wings are okay. Do not bother getting a steak here. What I will recommend is the cheese fries, you get a HUGE platter of them. The pizza here is also a hidden gem, Id say it puts a lot of places to shame. Im serious, the pizza is awesome.

I took a chance on the restaurant I had never heard of and found by accident looking for another establishment. I must say it was a true find because it was some of the best wings I have had in a long time from a restaurant. The option to get grilled wings is a plus for me because of the diet I choose to follow. All I can say is Kickback Jacks gets it right for me, give them a shot and you might like them too.
The food here is really good and they have a very extensive menu including stuff for kids that theyll actually eat as opposed to a lot of restaurants that their kids been you still runs to things that kids dont really want. Their prices have a very wide range obviously depending on what you get but even theyre inexpensive food is really good. The only issue I have is when Ive had delivery a few times Im always missing things. When I eat in I just have a problem with how long it takes which also occurs with delivery or take out but I understand that comes from how busy they are because their food is that good. So it depends on whether or not youre willing to wait to get good food. The only other issue that I have incurred myself is when its closer to closing time like the last hour theyre open besides will tend to be kind of dried out and you can tell that what theyre cooking fresh for you is kind of rushed messier not quite as done as you may want so Id recommend not going to late. But as I said the issues are not all what time and their minor truly the food here is really good and as I said you can find something to eat no matter what your price range I highly recommend at least trying it just try during the day as opposed to late

We waited a while for someone to acknowledge us to be seated and when no one did, we sat ourselves. After waiting another 20+ minutes, we finally were able to get a drink and it wasn’t even busy. The server was very nice and the food was good but after all the hassle, our mood was NOT with the tasting of the food.
Kind of pricey. Staff was rude and short with our table of 4 adults and 2 children. Steak and cheese appetizers were wonderful.
Got food before our beer came. Took about 20 minutes to get beer. Dad tjong is we were in the bar area. Another couple left because they never got waited on. Bar area was only 1/2 full. So not busy

My entourage decided to dine here. It was super bowl Sunday. As usual, mildly crowded, loud, & worth the trip. The servers were attentive & and pleasant. Although my friends wings were late, we still enjoyed our evening. First visit was the best impression. We agreed that we would return.
Food was great. My mate had the ribs & shrimp.. fall off the bone good! I had fish & chips.. served hot and plenty of fish that was tasty good. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. If you are in Greenville and looking for a good cold one and dinner, check it out Mates.

While visiting the Richmond area, we decided to try this place....AND IM SO GLAD WE DID!! The facility was very clean, the service was great, and the food was phenomenal. The ribs were falling from the bone, the tenders were great, and the cheesesteak egg rolls were amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Pasta tasted like it was 3 days old. Ate two bites from it and management would not replace or remove the item from the bill. So they just lost a new customer. They should take better pride in their food. Our waitress was nice though
Sat down at the bar after a bad day to try to decompress. Sat for about 10 minutes before being recognized by bartender. Unfortunately, she knew I was there. She looked at me several times before finally making her way over to me. I was 1 of 9 people at the bar.....

We eat at this establishment frequently. The Caucasion supervisor with the heavy beard is ALWAYS nasty and rude. We walked in and he asked how many was in our party, we gave him the number of 6, he said oh we are not taking large groups, noone in Greenville is. So there was a party of about 6 people that resembled him seated waiting, he then seated them and proceed to apologize for turning us away. My daughter asked the young hostess lady what was the issue, she was looking with such confusion. So sad! I will NEVER eat here again! Simply pathetic!
The waitress we had keep reaching over our food, are they trained how to serve people. I have been a General manager for years We were really unhappy about that, personality really suck, not friendly at all.

Came in July 5, 2020 to eat with wife appetizer was great along with drinks . Was going great until she received her Philly cheesesteak with a hair in it . We don’t know if no one does quality control or what but it was noticeably there. Was sorted out by a manager with a long beard who couldn’t seem to figure out how’d it happen.

Due to a recent incident involving the Manager John mistreating a customer I have decided to never visit this establishment again. The manager was called to the table due to a customer not being satisfied with the presentation of his food. John’s only suggestion was to take the food back to the kitchen and place it in the hot grease and bring it back. When reviewing the video that was recorded John never offered fresh food or a refund to the food that wasn’t touched. The customer offered to pay for what he ate which was fries and a drink but John took the low road and offered the customer the door and to never come back because as he states you ordered all this food and this is how the food is supposed to look. After John walked away from the table a server brought the customer a fresh order of chicken strips that look presentable and apologized for the actions. As of today John has not reached out to that customer to make things right. I’ve seen restaurants provide better services elsewhere. Hope this place hires new management.

The food is great its just pathetic how the waitresses bring your food out for carry out and you pay all this money for your meal then when u look inside the bag theres no eating utensil to eat with and they closed to early on friday nights
I have ordered twice recently and both times my food was not cooked properly. I ordered well-done cheeseburgers and they were no where close to well-done. I will not be ordering from here again!
Ill give this location 3 stars! First of all WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC PEOPLE! Wearing masks is just as important as you getting home safely after drinking 1 too many at the bar! Hardly any of the patrons had a mask on, none of the bar seats were social distanced, the booths werent either. To top it all off the restroom was disgusting and did not have any soap!I take health & sanitation seriously!The best thing about my visit was my 6.50 Rum bucket. Theyre 6.50 on Saturday.

I have only been here 2X. My first experience was awesome. Server was great and all. Second time...pizza was ok. Service not so much. I had an issue with a cocktail and the manager came running over to our table all rude like. And completely turned me off. I will probably never go back bc of his treatment. He was not from our area and his behaviors showed.
