Clean, secure and good/professional customer service

Capitols self storage is a good place. Its an indoor self storage that is clean, and well lit. It has enough parking that I have never seen the parking lot full. The folks who run it are pleasant and generally accommodating. The only negative is that there is only parking on one side of the building. So, if you are in one of the back units, you may have to push the cart of your stuff a but further than at some other self storage units.

The best storage facility in Santa Cruz!! Besides excellent customer service (every time) I speak to an employee, the whole facility is INSIDE and air conditioned throughout!! So when you are searching through your belongings you are cool as a cucumber, not sweating outside in the sun!! The prices are competative and the whole interior is very clean!! And if you like history the walls display many historical pictures of Capitola by-the-Sea!! ❤️ Yes, I love this place!!

Great location and has excellent personnel like Cori who is very helpful, direct, and has a great work ethic. Her manageral skills are on point when handling situations quickly and positive attitude and personality does make selecting this location most suitable for me. I know my property and belongings are in good hands.

This is the best storage space in the area! It’s always clean, well-lit, secure and built to secure your stuff! Friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, and locally owned; what’s not to love? 5/5 would recommend.

This is hands down THE BEST storage place I’ve ever encountered. Stop thinking about it and just go with these guys (if you can get in, as they’re rightfully very much in demand). After a lot of years at sketchy, dirty, poorly maintained facilities across the country, I know what I’m talking about. They are the only storage operators I’ve ever heard of that actually considers the customer, and the result is a place that’s clean and super safe, with caring, honest staff and straightforward policies. There are even amenities like dollies you can use without signing away your firstborn, water in the office, and a light! INSIDE the unit! So you can see! My biggest compliment: I actually enjoy going there. And I promise you, I’ve NEVER felt that way about a self storage place. Turns out self storage can be awesome. Who knew?

I love this team! The area is exceptionally clean, well lit, and bathrooms! Whenever I have visited my space if I didnt get the lock quite right, they always call me to let me know so I can go back and take care of business!

Exceptionally Clean, well lit, secure, sufficient loading space, friendly staff. My only suggestion would be a locking dumpster and/or donation area to leave stuff . I am a pretty critical guy and this place really impressed me. 5 stars for sure 👍

These guys are just absolutely fantastic. Very friendly service, fair prices. They have water behind the desk if you need it while moving in/out. I send all my friends there and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.Support the local guys and go to Capitola Self Storage!
