EDIT: The manager, Abe, was EXTREMELY helpful as soon as he got word that I was unhappy with my experience. I was very pleased with how I was taken care of and I am throughly happy that I was wrong about Southern Illinois Motorsports. They’ll have my business as long as I need anything motorsports related!!One of the salesman talked me out of buying a helmet that I really wanted to get and convinced me to purchase one that I was unfamiliar with. It’s my fault for not sticking with what I wanted but the helmet he sold me he’s a piece of junk and he failed to mention that because of Covid I wasn’t able to return it for 100% refund. He told me he would call me back and he never did. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and nothing was ever rectified. I’m now left with that helmet I can’t wear, and at a financial loss.

Should be an two and half. Buying went decent until they started trying to push all kind of extras on me that I didnt want. They finally got me to buy the $200 250 miles oil change and service. Well I called to set an appointment and was told first come first serve, I asked how long it would take and he didnt know. Said he had an opening in two weeks but I work and cant make it till 2:pm said bring, leave it, pick it up the next day. That would cost me another $30 in gas. I guess I lost my money plus out another oil change cost at home. Find a place with better service.

We went there to shop for a side by side and he helped us sort through all the styles, features and brands to find exactly what our family wanted. Brought our side by side in for the 100 mile service today. Was scheduled for 9:30 this morning and was told it was a 60-90 minute service.....four hours later, we are still waiting.... customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not recommend!!!

Sales manager was very rude. I bought a scooter not noing I couldnt get insurance for it. I tried to take it back in 2 days. I was yelled at a f screamed at by sales manager. He is just a big bully. Then when I went in to trade for something else he wouldnt let sales help me or my mom. I didnt have insurance on it when he sold it to me. He told my mom and I he would no longer discuss it.

Only reason this place is getting 5 stars is because of Dylan Benson. I contacted him VIA Facebook market about a 2017 RZR. He quickly responded the next morning and I went ahead and called the dealership. Within no time he got me an out the door price and I couldn’t beat it! He was patient the whole lending process with my bank and was super kind the ENTIRE TIME! He never made me feel rushed at all. He promised to lock the vehicle up as sold as long as I gave him a credit card number which he DID NOT RUN! He was only going to run it if I did a no show which is completely understandable!If anyone is wanting to deal with an honest, straight up, no rush kind of sales man, definitely give Dylan Benson a call!

I had been looking to find a limited edition Polaris for several months, none were available near home (WI). I found some available in IL, MN, SD, MI, TN. After talking to several dealerships and Adam from SI Motorsports, I felt that the drive to SI Motorsports (8 hours) was my best option based on the great customer service and interactions we had via phone. I was not disappointed once I met the SI Motorsports team in person, well worth my 16 hour round trip drive.

As always I have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with SI Motorsports, I just purchased a 2020 Polaris Ranger Highlifter from them this time and the Professionalism from Matt ( Sales Mgr. ) along with the Sales Staff, Abe ( GM ) & John ( FINANCE ) is the reason I keep buying from this Dealership. It takes a little bit of time for the whole process, but it is worth it. Service is also a big part of the equation also. They have a wonderful service Staff along with Hannah in Parts. Shop around, but at least give them a chance. I live 105 miles from this Dealership and I am treated like Family every time I walk in the door... 5+ STARS. I will purchase from them again and recommend them to Friends and Family. I GOT A GREAT DEAL !

Generally dishonest and disinterested. This is the second polaris dealer to make me an offer over the phone that drops 1000+ when you go to actually make a deal. Bait and switch is what they call this tactic I believe. They pull out all the smarmy old car dealer tricks to swindle you at this place. I wouldnt advise shopping here if you want an honest deal.

I was there for 30 minutes and actually was interested in a motorcycle they had for sale. The only employee that even spoke to me was the woman sweeping the floor. There was several employees walking around and not one asked if I needed help or greeted me. They had a motorcycle on the sales floor that was brand new and it was a 2014 model. I can see why it is still there. Id shop elsewhere if want service without having to beg for it.

I had a little trouble getting a callback at first, but from the moment i did the process was fast, and actually fun. Like others here I also found the 3 hr drive worth it. Local dealer wanted $350 more for the same bike and wouldnt budge. On what looked like a slow day the staff was bright and chipper and ready to help. The hardest thing so far has been trying to keep the stupid grin off of my face. lol

Posted 9-19-20I purchased two new 2020 Polaris in February of this year and I have had 1 of them in the shopped getting worked on more then I have even had it at my home.Polaris one was picked up the first time for a recall related to the clutch and we asked while they had it for the drivers door to be fixed because the only way for it to be fully shut was by slamming it a lot harder then you should need to (In the shop for 3-4 weeks). After we received the Polaris back from the recall the drivers door wasn’t fixed and the Polaris was still creeping forward when in park and when in reverse (a symptoms of the clutch from the recall otherwise noting that the recall issue wasnt fixed correctly it was in the shop for 3 weeks) The third time it was picked up due to the roof was leaking and then we once again asked for the driver door to be fixed and while they had it if we could get blinkers installed ( this time nothing appeared to have been done the roof still leaked and the door didnt shut properly and the blinkers were not installed but they still had it for 4 weeks.) The fifth time it was picked up due to a clutch malfunction that left the Polaris undriveable and we once again asked for the blinkers to be installed (it was in the shop for 5 weeks.) When it was returned the last time we were told that the driver door was as good as it was going to get ( it still has to be slammed) and there still hasnt been any blinkers installed. When it was dropped off they picked up Polaris two ( for the recall issue) and today when it was returned it had 2 cracks in the windshield.Edit 9-25-20Called today around 2:00 PM and asked about my cracked windshield and was told that they were going to discuss it and would call back short and its now 10:00 PM so its safe to say there not calling back and just continuing to delay the process of fixing it.

It is very rare for me to rate something this low, as I can almost always find a positive and I am sure they treat some people better than they did me, but I wanted to share my experience, to help others.Would not be too bad of a place if they didnt charge so much in dealer fees on a used bike. They added more than $1000 in dealer fees on top of the advertised price for a used bike. In addition to this we waited for over 2 hours for what we were told was a dead battery. However watching them from the parking lot, it appeared that the bike did not go through their check list like they said it did when I asked about the bike. They spent over an hour just trying to figure out what was wrong with it, and thats just what we saw. Guess I should count myself lucky they tried to rake me over the coals on the price so I didnt buy a lemon of a bike making a bad experience last longer than just the 4 hour round trip I took + the 2.5 I waiting for them to try to fix a broken bike.

Took our rzr 170 in approx. 3 months ago to have it fixed. They told us it was fixed, we went to get it, it still had the same problems. Took it in again, same situation. Took it again, they said they couldnt replicate the problem. My husband had to go there and start it for them and make them listen to it in order for them to acknowledge there was a problem. We were once again called and told it was fixed.When we went this time my husband started it and immediately heard the same problem. I watched as the tech, Will, came out to start it. It died 5 times while he was trying to pull it into the shop. He got it to run, drove around the block with it, and told my husband he didnt see an issue. My husband asked how many times it had died and he lied to his face and told him it hadnt died at all. When my husband told him that I had seen him he said that it might have died a couple times but there wasnt anything wrong with it. We told him we would take it to someone competent enough to fix it.As we were loading it up we were approached by a worker who asked if there was a problem. We told him the situation and he got the sales manager, who was useless to us simply because hes in charge of SALES, not service. The sales manager then got Abe (unsure of his position), who acknowledged that it was NOT fixed and helped us from there to get it fixed then delivered it to our house. Abe seems to be the only person there who was willing to help and accommodate us to get our rzr fixed, and the delivery guy was very polite and helpful.In less than 24 hours our rzr was fixed and back home, therefore it sat there for roughly three months for absolutely no reason. Our problems could have been fixed in less than a day.We were given a list of things that had to be fixed on it, so obviously this wasnt our imagination, and if these problems could be found and fixed in less than 24 hours there should have been absolutely NO reason that it couldnt have been fixed during the 3 months that it sat at their shop.We spoke to someone who used to work there who we will not name who said that Will(the tech) has a history of lying to customers and telling the techs not to work on 170s because they are time consuming and he doesnt want to deal with it.As long as they continue to employ a tech who habitually treats their customers this way my opinion of this place will not change. One star to the place overall, and 5 stars to Abe and the delivery guy, who actually helped.

I had a positive experience with my purchase of a 2019 Honda Pioneer 700-4. I feel that I got a fair price. Could I have gotten a better price? Maybe. Gary was my salesman and did a good job with the paper work and was easy and cheerful to work with. I feel that I lacked on communicating some items that were of concern to me. So future buyers, make sure everything is written down and you have prices and model numbers for any extras you buy. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and seemed to want my business. I felt they had a large selection of product that interested me. At this point I would do business with them again.

I had been in the market for a Ranger, I found what is was looking for on SI Motorsports website. I called and talked to Gary (super cool super nice guy). I made and hour and a half drive to deal with him. He made the purchase easy. I got the machine home and realized it had a small issue. I called Gary back he agreed to resolve the issue. I then spoke with (equally cool) Abe in service. We set up an appointment for the repair. I took my machine back the awesome service department had me in and out within an hour and now Im back in business!!!!! I cant thank the guys at SI Motorsports enough for what they have done for me. Let me start this by Saying how great and easy it was to work with Gary. He was really laid back and knew his information, even on a bike that they dont regularly carry. I found their ad for a used Kawasaki Z125 that was marked hundreds below people on craigslist and thousands below other dealers. After talking to Gary on the phone about pricing and availability, I started the 90 minute drive to So IL Motorsports. Gary was at the counter when I arrived and had most of the leg work done. After about 30 mins, I left with my Z125 and a free T-Shirt. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and tell them to ask for Gary!! I will be back!

Had a hard time getting anyone to return our calls and when they finally did they were rude and sarcastic. We were ready to put down a down payment, just had a couple questions about out the door price and warranty information. Matt acted like we were wasting his time and was extremely rude. By the end of the conversation we told him we would just think about it because we werent pleased with the service we had recieved. He hung up on my husband! Maybe because there is such a demand for the products right now they dont think they need customers. One thing is for sure, I will spend my money somewhere that I feel appreciated and respected. This is not the place for you if you have high standards for customer service.**Edited again. First of all, all he did was ask what the out the door price was and Matt said he would call him back. (They talked twice on the phone. Twice is NOT close to five times.) I told you I was driving when we spoke. I wasn’t able to write down the exact price. He just wanted verification. When he called back, Matt cut him off several times and was rude. He wasn’t trying to “work a new deal.” He simply said “Is there wiggle room if..” and Matt cut him off and said “absolutely not it’s a $xx,xxx machine” Honestly we weren’t expecting the price to be lowered much more, if any, with it already being on sale, but he was going to say “if we put $2,000 down.” In my opinion, that is a fair question.Also, maybe you recall saying to me “If we agree on the price you can put down a down payment over the phone and it’s yours.” I wasn’t aware that asking a simple question warranted a nasty attitude and hateful response when you literally said “if we agree on a price.”So, I guess you were right, I did leave parts out. I also left out when he made sure to rudely tell my husband that it was Saturday and he was busy. I’ll also mention that we left more than one message Friday and never got called back. I had to message your Facebook page Saturday for you to even return our call. When Matt called him his first words were “I’m calling about a downpayment, what’s your credit card number?” Not even a pleasant greeting or simple “Hello, how are you.” He did say you were short staffed Friday but instead of apologizing or explaining he said “so there’s that.” RUDE! He was arrogant and condescending the entire conversation. Rule 1 of customer service: never let the customer know you’re having a bad day. We weren’t about to let someone speak to us that way and then give them our business.Maybe I expect too much from salesman? However, we ended up getting one from Niehaus in Litchfield and they were fantastic and so friendly from start to finish. Because of that, I don’t feel as though my standards are too high.I’ve noticed you commenting on every negative review basically blaming the customer and/or trying to discredit them or make it look like they are lying. That right there should tell people all they need to know. Have a blessed day.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the people at S.I. This place isnt like any other dealership Ive ever been to. You walk in and you see nothing but happy people who are more than willing to help you with anything you need. I purchased a bike from them a couple years ago and have it serviced there regularly. I was so happy with my purchase that I decided to buy a bigger bike. I couldnt be happier with my choice. Abe helped me with both of my purchases. Probably the most pleasant buying experience Ive had. Transaction was no sweat and everything was clear as day. These people really know what they are doing. I had to bring my bike in for some repairs and the service and parts department treated me with the same care and respect as the front of the place. They worked with me, helped me with my insurance company and everything was perfectly done on my bike. Like new! Like I said, best shop around by a long shot. Do yourself a favor and give them a look even if you are just considering a bike.

Could not be happier with our experience here! They had a STELLAR price on what we were wanting and lots of other options as well. The sales team (we went through Kenny) was amazing. Answered all our questions, explained everything very well, showed us everything on our Ranger we could ever need to know. Finance team was great as well, we left with a great deal and no questions. We left very pleased overall, which is important in making this a painless experience! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive for us if we ever need another toy!

Customer service was great, they were really friendly and answered any questions I had about the motorcycle I was purchasing, even attempted to find me a better insurance rate as well! Paper work was easy, painless and any questions I had on any page were answered thoroughly and in a way I could understand by the finance manager. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is when my motorcycle was delivered there were no screws/Bolts to mount my temporary license plate and the tank was less than half full. Very minor issues, if I could give 4.5 stars I definitely would!

I spent over 2 hours because sales man didn’t tell the finance department time I would be in. I had to make a second trip next day to sign papers that was forgotten. Than day 3 I get text saying they will bring additional papers they forgot to have us sign to my house! My husband told them yes, I told my husband why would they take our personal information out of office! But we waited for the finance man to show up at time arranged earlier in the day and waiting to feed my own children, I told my spouse to please ask where he’s at! He replied I’m sorry my family is almost done eating so I told my husband tell him than I’ll come in tomorrow because that was rude! Next day I couldn’t make it to sign so 2 days later I get a call from sales saying if I don’t come in, the place I’ve financed thru will be at my house to get my side by side! I was floored and called my finance institution and explained they said by no way would I be getting my utv taken and they would be getting the fine that’s why they’re on me! Like really this is how they do business what a joke!

A few weeks ago I went to look at the Mahindra Roxor’s. After talking with the sales manager Matt Cantrell I decided to trade my Polaris rzr for a Roxor. Matt gave me a great trade in value for my rzr. While Matt and I were talking I had my wife call Evansville credit union to get the ball rolling, within 20 mins my wife and the bank had everything done and the lady at the bank was ready to talk to the finance manager (John Reed). I went into Mr. Reeds office with the lady from the bank on the phone. I hand Mr. Reed the phone and tell him the lady from the bank has a few questions. Mr. Reed then presses mute on the call and says we don’t need to go through her I can do all this from my computer here. I said everything is done on their end she just needs know where to send you the check. But he kept on insisting that he could do the same thing she did, at this point I started to get mad and the GM walked into Mr. Reeds office to talk to me, that’s when Mr. Reed finally decide to talk with the lady from the bank. From here everything gets done, papers are signed and we take our new Roxor home. Four days later Mr. Reed calls me and says, hey I need you and your wife to come back down to resign paperwork because the rebate we gave you is expired. So my wife and I drive back to Carbondale to resign paperwork and Mr. Reed put the new rebate in. With the deal already completed from before, the dealership had to eat the expired rebate which was a good amount of money ($1,750) and they also honored the new rebate which was an 8,000lb winch and winch bumper kit. They also installed the backseat for free! Overall things started kinda rough but ended well! My winch and winch bumper kit arrived at the dealership And I was able to pick it up yesterday.
