Horrible customer service waited a week after placing order for door repair, called the store and was told the owner was out of town... if I was informed of this the day I placed the order I would have gone with another company

I went to have a 1/8 replaced into a wood frame. I left the wood frame with the plywood backing so the mirror could be inserted. I came back on a Tuesday to discover the mirror had been installed but the wood back cover had not been secured in place with any push points. A unprofessional installation and recommend you not use this business.

Do the right thing and show me what I was trying to find out to do business and then we will talk
