I love love love the selections and varieties of literature. Prices are higher but the quality is worth every penny. The staff is always helpful a pleasant. Ive yet to patronize the coffee shop within but I am sure I will.

Its a bookstore. It has lots of books. A nice selection of numerous genres, and if they dont have exactly what you are looking for, they can look it up and order it for you. They have occasional readings, and a nice childrens section, with places for readings. They also have a nice coffee area, with other snack/dessert items, and a number of places where people can sit down and read. A fun place to spend a few hours.

Staff extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Kudos to the lady who assisted an elderly lady to jump her car!! I just love seeing people helping others out in need!!

I had a nice time, I knew what I wanted when I went in there so it was pretty quick. But its a pretty big store with tons of variety and offer a decent amount of things that arent books as well. So, if you go in there with time to kill youll definitely find something you like. The staff was nice and greeted me when I walked in, plus I got a coupon for a buy one get one free cookie and the Starbucks inside of it 😃

Barnes and noble has a large selection of all different kinds of books that are usually always new and relevant. Plus, if you are a weeaboo, there is no doubt that youll love this place considering the larger variety of manga they have. 10/10 would read again

I had forgotten how cool this store was. Every book you could ever want, and if not theyll order u a copy. Additionally they offer a wonderful bunch of extra neat gifts unlike those found in other stores. Great place, just a tad pricey.

Went in looking for specific Harry Potter items. Staff was very curious and helpful.

Of course the book store is excellent. The cafe is good, too. The Oreo cheesecake (Cheesecake Factory) is really good. The cinnamon roll was less impressive - way too sweet. Their coffee is great, being Starbucks. I love this store.

I have always loved this. I remember a place called Borders lol. But its a cool place where you can sit read and have some coffee and tea. They dont rush you or kick you out...just relaxe with a good book for hours.

I finally purchased a book that I have been planning on buying for years now! A Rose That Grew From Concrete By Tu-Pac Shakur . It is a book of his poetry written in his hand writing from before and around the time the was murdered. The price was excellent and they had it in stock! Kudos to B & N!JKC

Helpful employees can order whatever they dont have in store for in store pickup. Fun kids reading time on Saturday mornings. And great place to pick up a cup of coffee and read.

Well, I compared this well-known bookstore with European versions in which you can see lots of couches and cozy seating area for anyone who wants to taste the books before buying them. Also I couldnt find a wide variety of books and I had to leave without finding the book that I wanted. Also the prices were not appealing and were too high. On the other hand, I think a book shops shouldnt be close to grocery and shopping mall but closer to university and school areas to attract young generations.

Very bipartisan, shelves were overwhelmed with one sided literature. I wont shop there again

UPDATE: It is now Tuesday, 4/28/20 and I have still not received my order so I called yet again and this time I was on hold 24 minutes (at least that improved!). I am so ticked off about the order not arriving that when I called, I canceled the order. I will NEVER order from Barnes & Noble again, but instead if I cannot find what I am looking for in the store (yes, I will go in person to B&N) then I will order from Amazon or somewhere else.I ordered a book online Friday 4/17/20 and paid extra for the 2-3 day delivery. After not receiving nor them contacting me I finally called today and after nearly 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone my call dropped. I called back and had to wait 41 minutes before someone answered. I just checked my order status (since I called this morning and the status was pending) and now imagine that, the book has finally been shipped, but estimated time of recieving it next Tuesday, 4/27/20. Barnes & Noble should either express ship it or refund my shipping charge. Next time I will use Amazon to order a book. Oh and this book was to be a birthday present and the birthday was yesterday.

The workers are always so kind, patient and are knowledgeable! Especially the wonderful staff at the Starbucks. Nora helped me today. I asked for a specific kind of sci-fi/fantasy and she showed me exactly what i wanted and more! She took her time with me and now i have an entire list of books Im going to read thanks to her! Whenever i go to barnes and noble in the future, Noras the one im going to look for if i need recommendations/help. Thanks to all of you guys who work there during this pandemic. I only ever have positive expiriences. And thank you for wearing masks to help save lives!

B&N is literally one of my favorite places. They have a great selection of books and tons of great classics. They also have tons of informational books. I literally just bought a book on Japanese mythology, a book of star maps, and Tolkiens The Children of Húrn. Their selection is incredible, along with their prices. 10/10

Friendly people,great selection in books. Wheelchair accessible and if they dont have what you need in store they will help you find what you need on their site. Also for those of us that homeschool our babies they do have a discount program for the books we need to educate our kiddos.

The staff are accomodating. I am glad they put more furniture back into the store. Comfortable atmosphere. Not uncommon for patrons to space out or fall asleep. Nice 🍲 and sandwich combinations. Vegan drinks are available. One of the last extensive magazine racks.

The toughest part about going here is the fact that we have to be careful on how much we spend. My whole family loves books and games (like seeing the table top games section increasing) but we have to limit ourselves. I have 4 books waiting to be read as it is. I always encourage my kids to get books instead of toys and that generally is not an issue when we are here.

Absolutely love this store. It a place that brings my teenage daughters and I together. We could spend hours there together and then stop and have Starbucks and share cheesecake before we leave.

Best book store around. I would rather shop here than on internet. They have a wide selection of books but also have titles that are more local and regional. There is also a good Starbucks in the store for coffee and good food. Everyone should spend some time here.

Barnes and Noble is a great place to look at books and kill time! It is a little pricey so I only buy for special occasions and if I get a gift card/discount. The shipping is fast and ordering online is easy.

Their cafe staff is great and always takes care of me. Management fixes any problems very swiftly and well. Theyre always quick to order anything they dont have in stock.

Wife loves going there to find books such as, cooking, novels, and kid books for grand kids.

I love going here! The employees are super helpful but not bothersome. It is clean and has the cafe where you can order a snack or beverage and then browse or sit and read for however long you prefer. It is in a good location right off Route 13.

One of the few stores I can spend the whole day in. Its just, picking one book or magazine is like buying 1 french fry, its really hard not to walk out of there without spending a lot. I only wish they would carry more art magazines. The selection seems to have really dwindled over the last few months.

One of my favorite places ever. Although some of the employees creep on you a bit to much lol. Employees at check out are so darn friendly and make the trip worth it. Starbucks here is really bad with customer service they are very rude and impatient.

Barnes & Noble is a great bookstore. Occasionally they do something for children, ie. one time they did a little workshop where the kids went in and built a little Lego like person and got a certificate for participating. My 2 youngest kids enjoyed it while I took pics and my sister enjoyed a cup of coffee and some reading.

Pretty decent place. It was my first time visit. Love the fact that they have a cafe and i can sit and have a.coffee and snack while reading if I want. I ennoyed it.

Great place to wander and browse, found all my books very easily. The inhouse coffee shop has great coffee and we used the coupon on our receipt. I suggest gluten-free items.

Wonderfully relaxing area to read and study. Today I bought fifteen clearance books at only two dollars each. Enjoyed my time spent there with a student and friend.

Im always glad but amazed there are still bookstores like this still open. The periodicals section is large and easier to navigate than the B&N near my home, which was nice. I didnt see any special sections for new releases near different sections (for example, new SciFi releases) nor any staff recommendations, but I might have missed them. The technology section could be larger and better stocked.

I come to this store often to get my reading fixes, everything is well organised and the employees are friendly. If I am unable to find a specific book they will search it and order it if they are out of stock, and they also give you and estimate to see when they will have it (this has only happened to me a few times, usually when someone grabbed the last copy before me). The one time I had an issue with a book (technically not their fault, but part of the manga was printed twice in different parts) I called them and they were very helpful, they offered to have me come in and let them check the rest of their copies for the same error, or even to order me a new book! I will definitely continue doing business with them as a have for as long as possible.
