Its a good shoe store in the area though they dont have much of a variety to choose from my size. I wear size 5 or 5.5 which is not very common so its difficult for me. Thanks to one of the sales lady who helped me find the exact same shoes from the womens to the girls size. I really like the Nike AirMax Excee.

They dont offer the buy 1 get 1 1/2 off any longer. I was hoping for that. The dont spin the wheel either. Rather disappointing visit. Plus they only had 1 pair of Nike mens size 8.

We went there to find hikers for the wife and the selection wasnt the best. I will say that the store was exceptionally clean, neat and organized. Additionally, a store employee did a great job in that he acknowledged us when we came in, but gave us plenty of time and space to browse on our own before checking back with us to see if he could help us with anything. If youre looking for anything other than womens hikers, Id recommend giving this place a look.

We have several kids so the buy one get one half off is nice but I do find they can be high. Make sure you use your rewards we didnt know how it worked otherwise I would have got a great savings!

My 2 year old had to use the bathroom and you cant exactly ask a 2 year old to hold it very long. They were nice enough to let her use their restroom. When we went to the Shoe Department after she had to go again. My oldest daughter ran her to the bathroom. The manager got smart with my child about using it and rudely told her it was not a public restroom, she explained her 2 year old sister was about to have an accident, and again she rudely stated well its not a public restroom!So thanks Shoe Carnival employees for understanding and being so nice!

First of all let me start by saying I am a little bit of a shoe fanatic. I went in just to browse and left with four pair of shoes. The staff was amazing. They made sure I was able to find everything I needed. They had a sale rack in back where I picked up two pair for $10 each. Finally got my first pair of skechers yoga shoes, which I absolutely love. They had a buy one get one 1/2 off sale going on. I was like a kid in a candy store.

Some of their brand name shoes are priced more expensive than stores have them at the mall. Ive bought running shoes here but price checked fashion shoes and hiking shoes and found them cheaper at other locations in Carbondale. Be careful and check prices! Store is clean, staff is friendly, I know nothing about the childrens shoes they have. I probably wont go back unless I need to.

There was no size women 10, I found a pair of bove them they said on sale 35.49, but when I went to cash out, the guy said no they are 59. I said thats not what sign said, someone put them in wrong place, I went back with them there was apparently ten pairs that was in the wrong place, he said roufly, well their not 35.49, do you want them or not, I said not, I would go somewhere else and I did.
