The associates here are super helpful, and I just love the fact that you can put an item in your phone and use the app to tell you where it is at in the store or if you dont know how to use the app the super friendly people greater is just standing there waiting to help. I just wish they would go back to 24hrs. Like to do my shopping at late at night, they are always so busy during the day. Most of the time I cant find a handicap place to park in because they are all full.

I noticed all of these shirts were marked as $1, so we filled our cart so I could use them as employee shirts. At the register they weren’t marked down. We waited for an hour and a half, but finally got them marked down. We ran into a few issues, but the store lead Jerry was great at resolving the issue & had great customer service. Our cashier, Andrea, was great too!! She was patient & kind the entire transaction even after having to ring them up multiple times.

Two days in a row this store had no bags to put your goods in. I was disappointed in the selection and no one seems to be restocking anything . How do you run a store and forget to buy bags for your customers. There were a few cool people working in electronics and I saw a lady stocking in health and beauty who helped me out but they seem under staffed and then some

Got a great deal on some clearance potting soil, large stepping stone pavers, and some stone border pieces-all $1 each. Great buy! I loaded down the back of my SUV and Im ready for next garden season.

Full of humans. If i werent a robot, i would be more pleased. 4 stars. Minus one star for closing early. For maximum efficiency, robots need all walmarts to be open 24 hours.

Grocery pickup scheduled 6 to 7 pm on 10/10. Text at 6 running behind. I sat until 7:40 pm, never received order ready. There was One car there! I canceled order, received email confirming cancellation. On 10/14.... my card was charged for the order I never received or even was offered. I want refunded. I get a lot of groceries every week for over a year, but I’m done!

One of the largest Walmarts in our area! Was in the store around 3:00 p.m. there was only two checkout lanes open!! And both of the cashiers were trainees or incompetent took 30 minutes to get checked out.

This place is typical walmart super center. None of the employees ever can help you, no one knows anything, so they say, there is NEVER any water, gatorade or vegetables I buy in stock. Dont even try calling the dump, they NEVER answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold for 30 minutes, and then hang up on you. GREAT MIDWEST FAMILY VALUES!!!!!

Was in Pharmacy section for vaccination. Super friendly and caring staff. They make you feel comfortable and are a very loving bunch of people.

Over crowded. Basically picked clean. Some descent deals. I dont like the long poles on the carts. I understand they are there to stop them from being left outside. Unfortunately, this also stops the elderly and disabled from having a cart before they get inside the store. Side note--the dressing rooms were disgusting.

The pharmacy service was FANTASTIC! Taylor and Veronica gave me great customer service; they went above and beyond. Insurance raised my payment 500 %. They checked in to it for me, provided phone numbers for my research, and patiently helped me through the process of getting my charges back to the normal amount for this refill. Impressive assistance!

Typical Walmart experience except this time with super long delays because we bought alcohol. There was only one person able to authorize the sale of alcohol so we sat in line trying to buy a 12-pack of beer for about 35 minutes waiting on the girl to come authorize our purchase.

They have most everything a person would need but sometimes quality isn’t the best and I don’t really like that they don’t treat their workers better. The workers themselves are usually helpful and kind though.

Lots of variety, lots of savings. Its a Walmart in a college town, and, while not particularly exceptional, the staff is usually quite friendly which is always refreshing to see. The pharmacy inside is the real gem of the store, however. Shout out to Ed with the long hair in the pharmacy, his customer service is incredible, and I always make sure to say hi if I stop in.

Aisles were crowded, associate was unaware of items in their section and walked off with a ohh, we dont have that afterwards I found that in locked cabinet. I didnt buy it because they didnt have that. Bought one in another store.Checkout was good, we self checked. I am in a wheelchair so other disabled folks, speak up if you have problems.

This store lets grown adults stalk the trading card section as well as the vendors for 8 hrs to buyout all the pokemon trading cards meant for children. My little sisters got into pokemon and wanted to collect the cards, but they cant do that because Walmart management lets grown adults scalpers buy all the cards just to resale them online for double the price they brought them. Disgusting. Do better Walmart management.

For the past year and a 1/2 I have Had nothing but the worst experience with Walmart. And not just in one store but many of them. I would not recommend Walmart to anybody.

No honest review could ever rate a Walmart as better than three stars. On the plus side this store is surprisingly clean considering the population being dominated by college students. I expected the store to look like a warzone. It was tidy.

Youre stuck going through the self-service lines and then people just stand there when they see the light going off or see you trying to call them and they stand there talking. Ive got to go shop and Ive got to put it in my cart and now I have to take and bag it up and carry it out to the car because Walmart dont want to pay a cashier but will pay somebody to stand there with their finger up their nose

Worst service ever, Price listed on outside originally said $39.88 when checked in now they want3s $49.88 .. gave cold shoulder .. after they cone in and t4ll me it will take over 1 hr 20 min before they can even touch my car .. telling me it is my fault to show the wrongly listed price .. oil bay was open but they want to delay in taking in my vehicle... at first they say leas staff .. no work done til 115 i had to go after waiting almos5 1 hr and no oil change . Worst place to be

Its walmart. Got everything I needed in one place. Handicap accessible and not very busy. They have started to fill stuff for spring and for clean up.

Shelves were very messy in housewares where the plastic storage containers are kept.Things out of place and couldnt find prices on items and some were broken.

I love Walmart, but this store has very little inventory you look to buy

Place doesn’t ever answer their phones. Got a call back for a job application, 7 phone calls later I was put on hold twice and gave up the other 5 times after it rang for 3+ minutes with no answer. It’s really sad that your employees are incapable of answering the phone. I guess they just don’t at Walmart

I had a bad experience with a customer picking on a disabled worker. No staff would help or intervene no matter how many people i notified, including management. Very disappointed.

Shopping was fun today but I noticed that a lot of shelves are low on stock and not just essentials.

Told us RX would be ready in 15 mins. Got text at 1:31 saying it was ready. We got to pharmacy in 30 secs and it was closed for lunch. Why not tell us that they wouldnt be ready til after lunch?! Why make a disabled person wait 15 mins and then have to wait 30 mins more? Store manager said theres nothing he can do if no one is back there in pharmacy. I understand that, but he couldve at least tried to call someone. Or he couldve said that hed speak to the pharmacy tech who messed up. But no, he wouldnt do anything to remedy the situation. Eventually the pharmacist apologized and brought it to the attention of the pharmacy tech whod messed up. She (the tech) didnt even apologize. She just said, o.k. and went back to work. Terrible customer service.

The workers were actually visible and friendly and helpful. You cant find an employee at all, let alone a friendly and helpful one in most WalMarts I go to. The setup in this WalMart is different than Im used to, but the employees happily told or showed us where to find what we needed. The employee in the garden department gave me a box for my plants. The employee in electronics tried his best to find us a 9 volt ac adapter (they didnt have one but he tried). The csm took care of our issues in the self-checkout with a smile. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the bathroom was dirty and old looking. Needs an update badly and for someone to clean it more often. Other than that, this WalMart was a good experience.

Greeters and checkout monitors friendly. Lower rating due to lack of and quality of produce. Bought Raspberries for lunch early morning and checked for mold. By lunch found some with mold even though stored in fridge. They all tasted moldy even with no visible mold and had to throw away. Waste of $5. Not worth the time or hassle of going back for refund.

Associates now point in direction or give a letter an number of aisle. U must get used to self checking. After 9pm or later u must wait in line for an hour, doesnt matter if you have 1 item or 20. Walmart started going downhill in about 2005.

This Walmart is understaffed. Things were not in the proper place. It is like the workers put things back into the refrigerated section after being left at room temperature! The fish section is totally rotted and the beef I bought from there was turning grey green in the center. I lost over $45 in meat because it was bad when bought. When I ask workers for help finding items they seem at a loss... Do they not receive training?! This place is disgusting and will put someone in the hospital, eventually.

Pretty decent place to shop. For the most part its got everything I need. With Covid still going on its a bit difficult to get certain things from electronics but its not a major problem. We do our grocery shopping here quite often. Most employees are nice And helpful.

Im going to go with 1 star on this trip. 3 things that on the app were showing available, were not available.I went to pick up a dog kennel, 15-20lbs capacity for $37. The app was showing available for pick up today. Nothing on the shelf. Ask 3 people for help and get the same Im sorry Im grocery, Im womens wear, Im crafts! So I proceed to call the store from inside the store and ask for assistance. The very nice lady says, ill call for someone, I just hope they show up! 10 minutes later and not one person come to help. This has happened in thenSikeston Missouri store a few years back. The assistant mgr goes to find an item that their system shows they have 350 units of. She proceeded to laugh and carry on and ignore my request for an item to purchase. I called the store form inside that store aswell and asked for the manager. I was asked to to not return for 2 weeks, as my attitude was very poor. I responded with an even poorer attitude let me know how that works out for you! Well Im sorry but your team members help an customer. Your literally being replaced by automated systems, and scan and go apps on phones. Your jobs now have a shelf life.

Not always stocked, takes forever to get service in big purchases in beds and furniture. Waited 45 mins for someone to just come with a cart for boxed bed and frame spent $1000 employees were rude, like it was not their job to help disabled customers.and couldnt lift the products

This Walmart here must be where People of Walmart originated. If you dont believe me once the pandemic has passed, go check it out on a weekend in the middle of the night. Idk if all of those we saw where fraternity hazing or if the locals just one up their crazy to compete with the wild atmosphere living in a nice university town well known for its extreme partying, can bring. In this town, Halloween was once banned for a number of years (15?). If you give Chris & Stella a ride home from this location you may ban yourself from this area. If youre tired of Cables boring routines, get out and check out all the oddities searching for these rollbacks.

BASICALLY YOUR ONE STOP SHOP FOLKS. Stop in & check them out, cant tell you the staff is always friendly, thats why they only get 4 stars from me.

Absolutely trash with COVID regulations. This place is a culmination of both shoppers and workers that dont think a mask goes over your nose. The only reason I ever go there is to get things that I cannot find in other stores and Im glad I go there at most once a month.Employees will literally go out of their way to pull their nose out from underneath their mask even after they are called out

Rarely do I shop at this Walmart where Im able to get all of my items - they are literally out of something every time. Not to mention there were at least 30 people waiting to check out yesterday evening; there was 1 cashier lane open and only 6 or 8 self check outs.
