Great place for a dip or two! Product seems fresh and lets face it who wouldnt have fun throwing gummy sharks and salty bacon in their icecream! They do need to spruce the place up a bit. Specially their outside sign. Gives them a run down impression.

Has great frozen yogurt and toppings, but if you are woman looking for somewhere to use the restroom safely I would not recommend it. I went and had to use the restroom, walked back there, and to my eyes there was only a men’s restroom and an all gender restroom. Now it doesn’t sound fair that men can get their own restroom, but women have to use an “all gender” restroom. I don’t know about anyone else but this does not make me feel safe. I don’t want to use a restroom that all genders can go in. I want a restroom for women only, where no one else claiming to be another gender can go into.

TCBY needs to sit down and shut up, because this frozen yogurt shop is giving a masterclass in being a fantastic spot for frosty treats! Adorable atmosphere, comfortable seating, great frozen yogurt, and relatively affordable? Let me put it this way; there is no reason to go anywhere else if you live within 15-20 miles of this location.

Do keep in mind there is a scale you will have to meet to enjoy your treat but forget about the scale at home. It wanted sometime off, too! I had never been there before my daughter and my granddaughter took me there we were celebrating our granddaughters birthday. When we went in there was no one in there except an employee that went in the back room as soon as we walked in and we was out front and trying to figure out exactly what to do. My granddaughter had been there before so she gave me some instructions and led the way and one thing I will have to say they were very cautious about the virus I dont think anyone would need to worry about getting the virus from there. Also when you are in there you will see what Im talking about. The one thing I can tell you for sure if you like toppings on your yogurt he will never leave there disappointed if you have money. There is I dont know how many different kinds of toppings that you can put on there and after you have got the toppings on their they put it on a scales and see how much it weighs did you pay according to the amount that you have got. I cant imagine how much it could cost if you got some of all the toppings that was in there that is very unique Ive never saw any restaurant or any other place like that one. The waitress was very nice inconsiderate. I would say that if you do nothing but go one time and it would be worth it just to see what Im talkin about its a very clean place the room is large so I take it you would have a good experience there. But as usual I will tell you if you go looking for problems you can find them but if you go to enjoy what youre saying and what youre doing you will be blessed. May God bless you all.

The employee was really nice and helpful as far as pointing out toppings and such that are available to use. Personally, I feel like its way overpriced but youre definitely paying more for the experience. Only complaint is they made us hand sanitize and then put on plastic gloves, which I feel isnt very environmentally friendly, considering the hand sanitizer should be plenty protective on its own.

Amazing atmosphere. Nice / friendly clerk. Outdoor us indoor seating. Definitely gonna have to come back with the family and show them all the different flavors and treats

The lady that owns the place always has a rude & mean attitude. I see all the great reviews but not sure what it is when I go in with my two daughters she has a different treatment towards us. I try to avoid going in unless my daughters REALLY want to go.

Unexpected big yogurt bowl, I love it but I cant eat the whole thing instead of I ate in half and I threw it away. If you like this place make sure to keep your yogurt in minimum weight and toppings so you dont have to overpay it and save you some appetite for your time sake.

Went for the first time tonight and it was such a great experience. Such an array of flavor options and an incredible amount of toppings as well! What really pushed me to leaving a review is the way theyre handling their service during the epidemic. I believe it was the owner who was working tonight and I know it probably sucks to have to make each cup for each customer, especially when it gets busy, but shes really going above and beyond to cater to the customers health and safety and I think thats super awesome.

This is soft serve ice cream the way it should be! While there is an amazing amount of tantalizing toppings, the ice cream and frozen yogurt is flavorful and would be wonderful without any toppings at all. Still, once you combine the two you get quite an amazing flavor. Owned and operated by local Carbondale residents, this is a great way to have the best ice cream in town and support local!

This was my first time at this establishment, and it was exactly what I thought it would be. A great variety of flavors, and a plethora of toppings. The pricing was normal of a frozen yogurt place, buy by the weight, and it was fairly priced. The inside was very clean and the chairs were surprisingly pretty comfortable. There is also a Saluki student discount as well. I will definitely be going back again.

Local yummy frozen yogurt, sorbet or ice cream with many toppings. Now COVID compatible. Gloves, mask and hand sanitizer before serving yourself.

So yummy and lots of topping options. Cant handle milk? They have options for that too! Want to bring your kids? Theres a whole corner of the store filled with toys and a chalk board for them to play with! Its a great place to hang out with comfy inside and outside seating.

Quiet little place with a HUGE variety of toppings! Sweet, sour, crunchy, soft, so many syrup toppings! Hot fudge! Hot MARSHMALLOW CREME! Amazing place. So sad this was only my first visit- cant wait to go back.

Owner that runs the place has always been unfriendly and unpleasant, is super bad now, she threw a fit my young child didn’t have a mask on, despite the fact he was away from the product, I see no difference in this and the 12 customers inside with no masks on while they eat, I won’t ever be back, overpriced with an owner with a bad attitude anyways, only went there because of my kid before hand, now I won’t at all, good luck making it!

My daughter enjoys Cool Spoons,but once again, flavors have changed so it was hard to settle. Wish they had SMALLER size cups, as my kiddo and niece FILL up those huge cups with fro yo AND TONS of toppings. I.E.-Expensive... 🤑

Awesome food! Pricey, but amazing! Rover town has $5 flat rate Monday! Correct strategy allows oneself to stack the ice cream over 3 inches above the cup! Clearly this warrants further research!

If Willy Wonka made a yogurt, gelato, sorbet, and custard shop, it would be Cool Spoons.They make their own waffle cones that you get to fill up with anything you want. The toppings are filled all the way to the ceiling. You can get an actual waffle a la mode as well. Ask for an eclipse waffle.There is a customer loyalty program that doesnt require a card, and they work with rover card.And there are penguins.

A nice variety of frozen yogurts, ices, and custards in a build-it-yourself shop. Also an amazing variety of toppings plus home-made waffle cones and bowls. Its especially nice that a lot of their yogurts are made using whole milk rather than all lowfat (my opinion is that lowfat food is unhealthy). Also, its a locally-owned shop with a second location in Marion, IL.

This place doesnt have any competition around here...This is the place to go if you want frozen yogurt in southern Illinois. Their choices are delicious and this store in particular has a great, cute atmosphere.

This place is better than the average froyo bar and those are great to start with. The topping selection is extensive, including things like pretzels, chocolate covered raisins, several cereals, and all the usuals. Also the toppings are higher quality. Normally Oreo pieces are stale and brownie chunks are standard frozen bits. The brownie pieces felt like a real brownie crumbled up and were delicious. The funfetti cake pieces looked like real pieces of cake too.
