I truly commend and congratulate the management and staff of Priority Sports for their tenacity, dedication and wholesome commitment to keeping physically and mentally healthy promoting and enhancing sporting activities, especially during the pandemic. Many closed down, but you survived it, keeping your vision alive and employment going. Because of of tenacious outfits like you, America is recovering fast and well. Thanks. He has done this through Christ Jesus, who has freed us by taking away our sins. Romans 3:23,24. What an amazing display of Gods love! Thats how much God loves you. Repent of your sins, give your life to Jesus Christ and enter into Gods glorious family right now. Please dont delay. Prayerfully look for a Church where Jesus Christ and righteousness are preached, believed and lived, or practiced, and then get totally committed serving God there. I walked into this store with an aching back, after checking other shoe stores where I came up empty when I tried to find a walking shoe with arch support. The sales man had me walk around while he observed. He then fitted me with shoes that address gait problems. I just took a mile walk and the pain has gone. Will return for more since a woman needs more than one pair of shoes.

I didnt need to know anything about my own shoe needs. They simply looked at my feet and put a pair of shoes on me and they were perfect. This is no department store experience (nor is it department store prices, but you get what you pay for).

I ran track and cross country in high school. During my junior year, I developed shin splints in both legs which developed into stress fractures diagnosed by a bone scan. My physician sent me to a podiatrist who recommended that I go to Priority Sports in Carbondale to get properly fitting and supportive athletic shoes. My first time at Priority Sports was 18 years ago. I have continued to rely on the knowledgeable and courteous workers at Priority Sports for every pair of athletic shoes I have needed over the years. I get all my work shoes from here as well since I’m on my feet all day, and running shoes are the best for me at work. The professional workers at Priority Sports have measured the length and width of my feet and evaluated my arches to ensure the proper fit of my shoes. I left their store today just as happy as I always do. I walked in wearing my old, worn out shoes which I purchased from here over a year ago. I asked the workers to show me the most similar shoes to the ones I had on. They let me try on and walk around in them. I then asked for two more choices of comparable shoes of different brands and colors, and I decided on the first pair I was shown. These guys really know their stuff! They were right from the beginning, and I left very, very happy with my new shoes. I highly recommend Priority Sports to anyone looking for great service and great shoes!!

The three gentleman that were in there really helped me find the perfect shoe I was looking for while doing a great job explaining why my feet hurt. They gave me great customer service and a good deal on a couple of pair of shoes. Walked in off the street to kill some time and walked out with two pairs of shoes! Awesome experience and hopefully will make it back soon.

Simply the Best, friendliest, old fashioned shoe store in Carbondale. Youre buying shoes at a price that is beyond reasonable, considering the same pair would cost you quite a bit more at almost any other location. One of the things I love about this place is they still take the time and measure your feet to make sure you get the exact right shoe size. They also take the time to ask you questions about how much you walk, whether youre standing for a long time, information about how you move and how you wear your shoes. Information that helps them put the correct shoe on your foot. I truly dont want to shop at another shoe store in this city. While Im sure there are other stores that are good quality, for me, you cant touch the service you get at Priority Sports. Im currently wearing the third pair of shoes I have purchased from them, and Ive been very happy with every purchase so far. I dont see that changing. If you need shoes, especially athletic shoes, or even work shoes, Priority Sports is the place to shop.

Excellent service in an old school shoe store still exists! Measured both of my feet and had me walk around to look at my pronation. Fitted me for the perfect shoe based on usage and had me out the door quickly.

I love my shoes and I love that they fit! They took the time to fit me and determine if my feet required a certain kind of fit. When I got home I noticed the shoes I have got from department stores end up sitting in my closet because the shoes I have gotten at Priority Sports are the ones I always want to wear! They are more comfortable!

Went in today for steel toe shoes for work. I stand 12 hours a day. I have plantar fasciitis & heel spurs. I was instantly measured & discovered I have worn wrong size shoes all my life, plus I was amazed when he instantly realized I have pronation when I walked. They took time to fit me, helped with tying everything. Ordered me a pair of shoes at a great price . I was VERY impressed!
