Stopped in to look for new furniture and staff were both friendly and unobtrusive, allowing me to wander around and choose what I wanted without pressure. Will definitely be coming back.

Dont recommend if you want a couch or anything faster than 6months. They love to push delivery dates/orders back. They wont even give compensation for the wait. All i got was it is out of our hands. So dont expect much from this place. They ask for your you number/email to update you on the order an they dont even do that. You call in an theyll tell you your couch was pushed back intil October when ordered in march.

I went into the store and was ignored by 3 salespeople, they were with other customers but they walked by me at least 6 times and would not even acknowledge my presence in the store. i stood being ignored, at the front desk with 2 people behind it, around 10 minutes before l walked out, close to 30 minutes in the store. 2 bedrooms and a livingroom walked out. Off to daigle furniture madawaska. You only get a star because it wont let me give you none

It has been 50 years since I lived in Aroostook County, Maine. Needed a couple of pieces of furniture. Stopped into Plourde Furniture. Found exactly what I was looking for. Pricing excellent, sales associates excellent, delivery and communication above excellent. I must say my overall experience, shopping at Plourde Furniture in Caribou, was delightful. Went in looking for a sofa, an older gent came up and everything started fine, polite, idle conversation etc. ( I was the only customer in the store at the time) He asked what I did for work and i answered. He turned and walked off never to be seen again. He pre judged my capabilities of being able to make a purchase. I stopped in Presque Isle and bought more than just the sofa, was delivered free the same day.After telling some friends about this experience, Ive since heard similar experiences .
