Unfortunately for me, and according to management, the $399 delivery fee nor the $15 (per appliance) haul away fee, DOES NOT include common courtesy for their paying costumers. I happily paid the two fees knowing that I would be getting the two specific and necessary services I was needing when making my purchase of two large appliances. On the day of delivery I was given a phone call from the delivery team letting me know that they would going to be at my home soon with that delivery, at that time I again made sure I was going to have the assistance in the haul off and drop off done by the team. That is when I was told of the $15 fee and again happily paid explaining that I wouldnt have the extra muscle needed to do it myself. Unfortunately when The team arrived I was told I needed to disconnect and remove the appliances from my home in order for the team to be able to haul those away for me. Then was left with the two large appliances in my driveway at least 7 ft away from the closest entry to my home. When I called this local store location I was informed by what sounded like a bothered manager that that was the exact protocol to be followed by his team. After explaining to the manager that I understood due to covid-19 certain protocols still have to be in place and followed but sadly common courtesy could still be implemented also. It saddened me to find no small town hospitality from the company with small town and its name.

The people at Sears were So professional I was treated very well I saved lots of money they came and delivered and the two gentlemen were so professional. Im So Happy with my New Washer & Dryer 🤗

My fridge went out. Staff was helpful and they had a refrigerator in the size and style I needed in stock and at a good price. They were able to deliver it the next day and take the old one away. Very nice, helpful place to shop. I called for some vacuum bags too and the owner had them delivered with the new fridge. Extremely accommodating!

Needed a washer and dryer asap and Sears not only got me a washer and dryer but delivered it within minutes of buying them they were very helpful and friendly and installed them in no time at all. Will definitely be back to buy from them. Johnthan and Tristan and Brittany thank yall so much.

I like going to get tools, and stuff here. The people are really nice and friendly. They have a limited amount of tools, but can order what you need. Plus Craftman tools are guaranteed for life. They also carry Kenmore washers and dryers, refrigerators ect.

My MIL was moving in so we needed a new bed for her. We ordered one through the local Sears. The mattress company delayed the order so Sears loaned us a a set until the new bed arrived. Great customer service!!!!

This company has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced my husband went in to buy a blower for our company and bought a craftsman along with extended warranty. The first day he use the blower the trigger stays stuck on high and it just didnt have enough power for what we would need it for. Thinking nothing of it we took it back to Sears to return it or exchange it for something else . Sears refused saying that we had run oil in the gas which would voidbthe warranty which was not true. then they basically called me a thief and a liar saying I was trying to exchange the old blower in place of the new blower which is ridiculous. We have never owned a Craftsman blower and now we own the broken one and will never buy one again and especially not from the local Sears Ill take my business to Lowes. I like to give my business to local companies but not anymore, not for this company anyways. I would have given it less Stars than one if I could

Not very friendly. Wasnt even acknowledge until I was at register getting checked out. Asked older gentleman if he could check to see if spark plug i was purchasing would fit lawn mower I had purchased there at Sears and advised I would have to get model # off of lawn mower instead of looking it up. Customer Service sucks if you ask me sorry to say

This place is ok at a little bit of things, but my grandparents got a brand new refrigerator and it went out in just a year their freezer too. Then they take forever to get to you house takes like 2 weeks just to come check it out.
