I made an appointment to have my car repaired at 8:30 this morning, and I did it three weeks ago. Still, when I arrived at the service bay, the person who was supposed to check me in never showed up (I waited 15 minutes for him) and then I was told by the person who did check me in that it may be another one or two days before they have someone available to look at my car. Why do they have appointments? Imagine making a doctors appointment three weeks in advance and arriving at the doctors office only to be told that the doctor does not have time to see you, but you are now in the queue and he/she may be able too see in one or two days. If doctors, lawyers, plumbers and every other business are able to do requested work at the time of a scheduled appointment, why is this impossible for this car dealer??? It is actually easy for them to do - - every other business does it. I guess they just dont care enough to try.
My wife and I just bought an Audi Q7 from Audi of Carlsbad and couldnt be more happy. Our sales representative, Gabby Engel, made buying a new car a very pleasurable experience. He did a great job selling us exactly what we wanted and gave us a great price, he even delivered the car and paperwork to our house!We highly recommend Gabby and Audi of Carlsbad to anyone looking for a great car and a great deal.
Would give it no stars If possible, Went to the dealership on a weekday (Tuesday) I figured it would be less busy. Which Definitely was not busy at all However, I got no help from any employee. I walked around for a good minute looking at cars by myself NOT one employee came up to me. I decided to go inside and again not one employee helped I most definitely was there for around 30 minutes and got no help at all. Of course I left at that point it was ridiculous!

I bought my A6 here 9 years ago and it has only been here for service. Mike Sadoughi has been my Service Advisor for many of the years. He is attentive, patient and takes the time to explain the services, fees, etc. Further, there is no hidden fees, charges at Hoehn Audi Carlsbad. Mike takes care of his customers for the long run. He is vested in their overall Audi experience.I recently relocated to Florida and can tell you that there will never be another person like Mike, in any service department that I will use. It may not seem like a big deal; however, when you invest the kind of money into an Audi, you expect top notch. And that is what Mike provides...Top Notch service.
Horrible experience overall from their finance team! As an out of state resident, I leased an A6 and need them to send over paperworks in order to register in my home state. Two weeks after my lease starts, they still didnt send over the documents! After some calls and email exchanges, they promised to send out the documents the following monday. They did, except to the wrong address! Four weeks in, I dont know who has my documents and still cant register my car.
My wife and I had an awesome experience here. We were shopping for a new 2021 Q7 and Donovan treated us very well, got us the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price. No accomodations for a service appointment. I tried to set an appointment and they are only available during normal business hours, which is when I work. No solutions offered by the service department for me to get my car serviced. I offered to go well out of my way to make arrangements and was told that wouldnt work for them. Sounds like they dont have an interest in customer service.... And the response is as expected. I went to Audi in Escondido and was given the service expected from the brand. The accomodations made in Escondido were simple and got the job done. Maybe the Carlsbad team should invest in some customer service training.
I scheduled a service apt for May 19th at Audi Carlsbad after my oil light had turned on. I was under the impression I needed an oil change, but I was notified I had recently had one done. So after quickly inspecting my car, it turns out my oil tanks lid was not sealed properly and was leaking onto my engine (my previous oil change was done at Audi San Diego, no one else has touched it). The rep helping me grabbed a towel, opened up the cap, topped off the oil and sealed it. They sent me on my way after that saying I should be just fine.Shortly after leaving, my car started having pretty big engine issues. At a standstill with my engine running, my car would be reviving the engine on its own. While rolling/driving, I could not fully press the gas and it would limit me on how quickly I could accelerate. Audi Carlsbad was booked so the soonest apt I could book was June 24th. I came in, made them aware of everything and after checking the oil tanks lid again, it had opened up more and oil was all over my engine. I told them to keep my car and have it fixed properly.I also notified them of a blown speaker that I wanted fixed in the meantime. Come June 29th, they mentioned they had fixed the oil tanks lid but that they could not find a blown speaker where I mentioned there was one (driver door side). I mentioned I’m very confident that it is indeed blown and that any song with a decent amt of base playing should cause rattling. I did not end up hearing from anyone after that until I sent another follow up voicing my frustrations that I would like the speaker checked again on July 2nd. They apologized for the delayed response and asked for me to give them a song to play on the speakers. I did, and they finally realized that it is indeed blown.They mentioned to me that they will have to order a part and further look into the speaker. Again, this was back on July 2nd. It’s now July 12th and I still do not have my car. One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve encountered at an Audi dealership. I’m an owner of a 2018 S5 sportback and they also came very close to giving me an enterprise car (that I would have had for 2 and a half weeks now), I’d be even more livid if I didn’t demand for a loaner and them proceeding to grant me that at least.It’s July 13th now and I was told the speaker part came in yesterday morning. I was also told I’d have an update by end of day and I didn’t get one. It takes a full business day to install a single speaker? Regardless, no update?
I initially went to the San Diego dealership and I have never felt so uncomfortable as the reps were pushy and sent figures that were completely outrageous as they prepared for a negotiation. I even have another representative from that dealership another chance but again old fashioned sales tactics.I called the Carlsbad dealership as had a friend who had a good experience there. I literally called the sales desk and was Fortunate to be able to talk to the sales manager for online purchases. She had her colleague Donovan reach out. They gave me an offer without all the haggling and I accepted. Donovan came by the next day and dropped off the car, picked up my trade in and made me sign paperwork for 5 minutes. How is that for an experience! Very satisfied. If you want an Audi in the Southern California area without having to worry about traditional sales tactics, ask for these two Audi sales reps.
This is the best Audi dealership in the entire California area. I have some bad memories from other dealers... but this place was top notch, just what youd expect from a luxury car dealer.I had the pleasure of working with Sufian, he basically is someone youd want to work with if you want to buy a luxury vehicle - extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. I think these folks are unusually good. The service area is very clean and the advisors are polite. The mechanics have solved a couple of problems for me that were not trivial... one of which was not handled correctly elsewhere in San Diego.
I worked with Max and Donovan while shopping for a 2019 RAM that they had on their lot and while the truck wasnt quite right for me at this time, they were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. It was very easy to coordinate a test drive via email and the appraisal for my current truck came back at a fair price within minutes of being on the lot. Didnt get that pushy and aggressive vibe that I got from some of the other dealerships that day. Would highly recommend, thanks for the honest approach and quick response time.
Brought my 2016 A6 with glow plug light on which is still under warranty. Instead of fixing what I came for, they tried to upsell me on some totally unnecessary repairs at that time. My answer was no, I got my car back and glow plug light came back on in few days. So, I dont why I had my car there for few days. Took it to Audi of Escondido. Everything was taken care of without BS. By the way, my motor mounts are running just fine, however based on what I heard from service advisor there were almost done at that time. This happened in May.P.S. I live in Carlsbad and service my car in Escondido, just another thing about how bad they are.
Bought and always had my car serviced here. Those have been great experiences. Decided to give a full detail a try. Super disappointed in the result. While overall the car looked clean, the “details” were missing. Found wax all over the back bumper that hadn’t been cleaned off. The windows had some sort of film on them. The interior had drops of dressing on the seats. Overall noticed the details had been missed. When brought up they came out with a cloth to fix some of it. Won’t be bringing my vehicle back for any kind of wash/detail services. For the price paid, disappointed.UPDATE: 5/10/2020. Nick Smith responded to my review and offered to redo the job. I sent an email to him on 4/26/2020 and have not yet received a response.Update: 10/30/2020. After Nick Smith offering a redo detail I took him up on the offer. Sad to say the car came back worse then when I dropped it off. They missed an entire panel! This has by far been the worst car detail I have ever gotten. I just expected so much more from an Audi Dealer Detail. Going to be taking my car elsewhere for service and detail services. AVOID.

I went on a Friday afternoon to look at Audis. Lucas was the salesperson who helped me and he walked me through several models as we went back and forth. I finally settled on a Audi A5 and I really have to say that in my years of car buying, this has been the best experience I have had. This is my second Audi from Audi Carlsbad and Ill make sure to come back for my next purchase with Lucas and the dealership.
Outstanding customer service always - both Sales and Service!! Ive used this location (and the old building down the street) for years for almost a decade on numerous Audis. Staff are always super attentive and the facility great. Heck you can even txt back and fourth with your service guy instead of phone calls and voicemails during busy working days!I recently went in to get a wheel repair (pothole on freeway!) David the service guy was awesome as always and got it sorted. Curious at the amazing new models on the showroom floor I asked David for a recommendation on a sales person - he pointed me to Esther. Esther was AWESOME!!! Super friendly, very understanding, great communication, no pushy sales nonsense. We went for a test drive - and within 24 hours I was able to trade in my previous Audi (at a very fair price!!) and drive off in a brand new Audi (at a GREAT price) - that had to be moved from another CA dealership. Esther was amazing - backed by the sales manager and finance guy who were all a pleasure to deal with. They worked to my timeline, communication was great and getting me what I exactly wanted was effortless. This team make me proud to have been part of the Audi family for a good decade and using Audi Carlsbad as home base.Cannot recommend above - this place is the whole package.

I went in to take my Audi A4 for a service repair that wasn’t able to be taken care of at the dealer I got my car at right away, however Audi was such a success they immediately took care of me and David was the right person to do that. He was very professional, quick and made everything much better, he offered me a complimentary loan car at no extra charge since my car was going to be at the Audi service center during the weekend.. and he even offered a wash and vacuum service upon my car pick up. My extended warranty ended up covering my fees, but in all honesty the service was what really impressed me. Thanks to Audi and David for making this small car issue a no issue at all.
Audi Carlsbad’s Service and parts department are as good as it gets.I am a very high maintenance and meticulous custom and they know just how to handle me and my R8 to keep me comfortable and happy.Their attention to detail and genuinely caring about the customer and their work is as good as it gets.They are always fair with their pricing to be competitive.I would only trust Audi Carlsbad with my R8.

Mostly good experiences on both my Audis from the service team here Unfortunately, uncaring and unresponsive General Manager and sales management. I stopped by on a Saturday to discuss selling one of my A4s that is 2 years old, serviced here, with low mileage. I received a very cold response from the sales person on site. I reached out to the sales management team to confirm they were not purchasing Audis unless I was to buy a new car since the policy communicated by the sales person seemed so strange. I never received a response from the sales leadership and GM.Both Audi Escondido and Audi San Diego had great sales staff and team. Since I never received a response from anyone at Audi Carlsbad I sold my A4 to Audi Escondido and dealt directly with their GM. Very friendly and smooth process. I never heard back from s ingle person at Audi Carlsbad even though I also mentioned I will be buying another Audi early 2021. My current service needs and all future sales needs will now be handled by another dealer.Overly pretentious staff here and unresponsive leadership team--I would recommend you avoid.

Audi Carlsbad over delivered on service. I had two minor cosmetic parts that needed either repair or replacement during my standard mileage service. One was a lug nut cover on a wheel and the other was a shifter knob that lost the red decorative ring. They managed to find them both, and one was quite uncommon to have in stock, and replaced them under warranty (as in free). Way to go the distance and keep the customer satisfied and smiling!
I recently traded in my car to Audi, and the service is good, but for a company that is suppose to hold them selves to high standards on a professional level is severely lacking.once the sale of my car and buying a car off there lot was final, with in 48 the person who bought my car and called me about information on the car I turned in to Audi. To me that is the most un professional thing you can possibly do for any company. Not only did they not ask permission if they can give my phone number the the person who bought my car, I feel that was a breach of my personal information. I didnt authorize this dealer to give my phone number. when I asked the person how he received my number he said Audi gave me your number I dont think id ever return to buy or lease another car from Audi again. If it was that easy for a company to give my phone number with out permission I dont know what else could be given to an individual so easy.the only reason for the 3 stars is there helped me get a car I wanted easily and with out a hassle. but on the profession level of somesones information being given was the most unprofessional manner I have ever had to deal with..
As always my service appointment with Audi Carlsbad was outstanding on every level! I have been coming to this dealer for the past 10 years. Even when I owned my older Audi and used to limp in with lots of service needed and not a lot of money to spend they treated me and my car as if I was a brand new owner. That says a lot and was the reason I purchased my brand new Audi A3 from them. I love Audi and I love and trust this dealership.
As dealer service goes, AC does a decent job. Unfortunately, they spent way too much money on the building so the food goodies while you wait are a little lacking. Coffee is pretty good, tho.

Had a wonderful experience at Audi Carlsbad, from the minute we walked in. The staff at Audi Carlsbad was great, friendly and accommodating.Our sales guy, Lucas, was awesome. Very friendly guy with no sales pressure. Lucas was very professional, but very easy going (just what I prefer when buying a car). He showed us a few cars, did a test drive, and worked out a reasonable price for our car. I typically despise the whole car buying process, but Lucas made it as enjoyable and painless as possible.Even their finance guy, Josh, was wonderful to work with. As with the other staff, there was no pressure from him either.I cant recommend Audi Carlsbad/Lucas enough. Their no-pressure approach is a nice change!!

I always drive from Moreno Valley to Carlsbad and have my Audi serviced at this location the reason for it is because at other dealerships specifically Audi of Riverside, I wasnt satisfied and endured many issues with pricing and lack luster customer service. Nothing compares to the etiquette and professionalism that I receive from Carlsbad service providers. Each time Ive been treated with respect communication was always on point and my service provider David Kept me well informed of any changes and every time was willing to accommodate me if needed. If you decide to utilize Audi of Carlsbad I can guarantee you will be more than satisfied with their work done on your vehicle and the presentation of customer service.

Great shop and service I have been working with Mike on my Audi S5. Mike and his team are great and very efficient. They quickly repaired my engine and helped me diagnose the issue in my transmission. Unfortunately a prior shop caused some damage and I am now dealing with that issue and the other shop. Word of advice go to Audi Carlsbad spend a little more directly from the dealer and don’t waste time with out side mechanics that might cost you more in the long run. Great dealer, shop and service.
Good selection of new and used cars. Great service department! Ask for Mario. Mario always goes out of his way to be helpful. Helpful sales department. Very clean and attractive facilities.If you have to leave your car for service they have late model loaner cars. There are snacks, coffee, and water for you while you wait in the very comfortable waiting area.
From the minute I dropped my Audi Q5 off for its 45,000 mile service, to the loaner car to the pick up it was all good. I do have to say that the guys or girls who do the detail work are exceptional, my car looked brand new.Thanks everyone for a job well done
We were passing by Carlsbad looking for a place for lunch and stopped by Audi Carlsbad to take a look of the new Q7 2018 since we just purchased a new Q7 in 2017. Lucas came to greet us as we walked in the showroom. After going through all the inventory check, Lucas helped us to find the Q7 that we would love. I opted to wait for my car to be serviced and appreciated the area being conducive to working (plenty of comfortable tables and chairs) during my wait. The work on my car was completed in a timely manner. The service managers are friendly and respectful of my time. The dealership is always quiet and clean. Complimentary snacks and beverages a bonus!
I have had three Audi cars now and one of the reasons I stick with these cars is the fact that they are so reliable, and when they do need service I know that I will get excellent service at Audi Carlsbad. The service dept is the best, bar none. Mario is especially attentive to the needs of the customer. I have never ha a negative experience. They bend over backwards to make sure the car is perfect and the service is timely.

I was very pleased at my overall experience at Audi Carlsbad. It was my first time there so I was a little nervous admittedly but everyone was incredible efficient, professional and courteous. Making an appointment was fast and easy, when I dropped my car off for service it took no more than 15 minutes. Staff is friendly, was given all my options up front with a brief explanation of the pros and cons of each. Loaner vehicle and clean and practically brand new. Dealership texted me updates on status of service every couple of hours and answered all my questions and concerns. When I picked my car up the service was so fast I didn’t even get a chance to sit down. Amazing service, this was my first time for service at Audi of Carlsbad but definitely not my last!!!

Also, if you need a courtesy car, theyll happily loan one to you (just make sure you refill the gas tank back to full!).However, you should know that dealerships in general are pretty expensive. I recently got my 95k mile service and it was about $630. About $560 was for almost 3 hours of labor, at a rate of $175 per hour. They also diagnosed that my brakes and battery needed to be changed (which came out to be over $1,200), but I got a second opinion and the battery was in good condition and brakes didnt needed to be changed for another 5,000-10,000 miles.If you can afford it, go ahead and get your service here. Otherwise, you might want to shop around for cheaper places. I give this place 5 stars for service but 3 stars for being pricey and for inaccurate/exaggerated inspections.Thanks Raymond for always being friendly so early in the morning and expediting the orders!
Best Audi I have been to or had my car serviced at. I live closer to a different dealer but still drive to Audi Carlsbad because the service is top notch. The service advisor David is great, would highly recommend
The Audi service team is top notch in terms of responsiveness, communication, and service! In particular, Aaron Corp was friendly, professional, and patiently answered my many questions. He also offered future recommendations for my car, along with the reasons for the recommendations, which I found very helpful. I will continue to entrust my car to this team for all of its maintenance needs.
Excellent personalized service. I had no waiting at drop off and pick-up. Service was performed perfectly and my service manager found an extended warranty to cover previous costs! The car was spotless when picked up!

Audi Carlsbad provides the best service possible. The minute you drive up you are met with a customer service representative. You are then escorted to your service advisor who goes over your needs. I grab a quick cup of individually brewed coffee and go to my loaner car which in most cases is the same model car I own. I am called when my repairs/service is completed and advise them when I can return the loaner. I have purchased many cars from Hoen Carlsbad Audi and their personal service is what makes them my dealer of choice.
Very professional service, the problem was covered by my warranty. And, I could pick my car up as late as 7:00 PM, that was convenient. David Sheeran, my Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful at the same time.
Prompt and easy. Car was in for a recall part replacement and they were nice enough to do the complimentary wash and the fluid and tire pressure checks, too. The car was ready before the estimated time.

Have never written a review before but this was probably the worst experience I’ve dealt with. Audi tried to charge 300% more for a simple part exchange. When I refused to pay as I could get it done cheaper basically anywhere else, they slapped a 200 dollar fee on my account for figuring out what I already knew was wrong. Asked for a car wash before I even dropped the car off and it came out looking dirtier than how I’d left it. Employees seemed like they were working at the DMV. Abysmal all around. Would rate negative stars if possible.
I visited Audi Carlsbad to purchase my 2015 S4 from the lease. I was in a few weeks prior to browse some of the their vehicles for my mom and was greeted kindly by Lucas. I remembered him and reached out a few days before my lease end.Lucas was happy to setup a time in advance for the day and reserved the appointment especially to accommodate my busy schedule. When I got there he and a black coffee waiting for me and some water. Very kind of him to offer and think of this as small gestures mean a lot these days. He was professional and attentive. We made some small chit chat while he put together the paperwork.From there he and Joel (one of the Finance managers on staff) worked to get the finance and warranty pieces together. They worked quickly as my wife was coming to sign the paperwork as well and only had a small window of time available.While waiting for Lucas and Joel I was greeted kindly by TJ their GM. He was very kind and authentic and I felt the genuinely appreciated my presence and business.I’m just over an hour they had he deal sealed up and put together. It was quite flawless the way it all played out.I can’t recommend Lucas and his team enough and would highly recommend anyone in the San Diego or La area to visit their dealership if looking for a who Le. They are much better than many of the other dealerships I have worked with in the pastThanks again Lucas and Audi Carlsbad!

It pays short and long term mechanical dividends to work with the BEST and Audi-Carlsbad is the very Best. Although i have an older A4-2.0T Quattro which is at times, indicative of trying to save money when repairs are needed, my experience with Independent foreign car repair shops is less than stellar. You never know if their parts are Audi approved parts. Audi-Carlsbad repaired my A4 with Audi genuine approved parts. Five stars is not not enough stars to rate this Audi facility. From the GM to the technicians, it was an exemplary experience. My recommendation is as high as it can be..
Highly recommend David Sheeran for the service adviser.He resolved all issues I had which other Audi dealer could not resolve.Provides frequent updates and most of all, got all my concerns fixed.

I needed urgent tire service while traveling from Tucson, AZ to Los Angeles. Audi Carlsbad did a terrific job of replacing my blown out and ruined tire and had my wife and I back on the road within an hour and a half. The only thing different from my Audi service at home was Carlsbad put air in the new tire and my Audi dealer uses nitrogen. Of course, I cant tell the difference. Thank you Audi Carlsbad for your prompt and courteous service!!
Hoehn Audi is a great dealership to work through, whether purchasing a vehicle or getting service. Ive had several cars through them and each experience is better than the previous. Customer service is very important these days and they definitely get it!

I took my A8 in for service and was blown away by the level of care that I received! They were quick, thorough and very nice and accommodating . I received a complimentary A4 as a rental car while mine was being serviced. They checked and filled all fluids and even put on free pair of windshield wipers. Hoehn Audi is AWESOME!
