Not one person asked if I needed help but walked right past to ask someone else twice. I was there for 30 minutes and left without finding what I was looking for.

My brother has cancer. And hes paralyzed on one side. They gave him no bag, help. He dropped a can of stain. And gentleman told him. He would have too pay for another. Just disgusting. No more business with you all.

Got asked three times if I needed help as I was walking around. The center isle for $1 and $2 sales is always cool to check out. Surprisingly the 2x4 studs were way better quality and straighter than other local hardware stores.

The people are friendly and very knowledgjeable about their products and eager to help. I went in to get paint matched that I made using house paint and car paint and they had no problem matching and walmart wouldnt even

Bought paint for the porch and didnt have enough paint to finish so I went back to buy more and they dont stick that paint anymore, AND they cant mix me any of the color I used..so that was a waste of money. I will have to start all over and go buy paint and start all over..never start a project using Sutherlands material again!!!

My husband and I went to the Carlsbad, NM store #2408 on 02-21-2014 to pick-up our brand new couch that was on a rain check sense December od 2013. I was so excited to have the new arrival then after having it all loaded up onto my moms truck ( who traveled 22 miles round trip to help us pick up the couch).I was wondering what was taking my husband so long in the store and find him over at the service desk with 2 other managers trying to figure out why they drained our whole debit card even with an additional sale of $236.99 of items wed not had purchased in the store. Then the managers stated they have no record in there store of any these purchases that were separate transactions. saying were very sorry you cant have the couch (which was already in moms truck)and according to our debit card company there are 2 pending payments to Sutherlands. I waited for months for a couch and now according to our debit card company we have to wait up until March 1, 2014 and maybe even longer to get reimbursed. BEWARE of there business practice because it was all their fault and not our debit card.
