After several disappointments with other cabinet companies/kitchen remodel companies, my husband found Western on a google search and we decided to reach out. Although we had been trying for a year to get new cabinets, by the time we found Western it was in the middle of the pandemic and many people were doing remodeling so companies were very busy. Kelli included and yet she made me feel like I was her number one priority. She was patient with my changing design ideas, spent a lot of time answering my countless questions on the different cabinet brand styles, quality, colors etc and did not put any pressure on me to buy a pricier cabinet - instead just gave me the facts and let me decide what would work best for my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest and kind. My new cabinets are awesome, look better than I even anticipated (and I had high expectations) and I definitely recommend going to Kelli at Western for your cabinet needs.
