Lili is an expert we couldnt spare. Shes very knowledgeable. Ty his branch will make your shopping experience more interesting. Very neat and has lots of bargains. Michael Kors is one of the all time brands. It not a fadeaway brand. Outlet priced MK quality throughout the store.

Came in with my mom yesterday nobody greeted us at all when we came in and no one asked if we needed help, girls were all just gossiping where all the watches. Everytime I come in, its the same situation. Horrible customer service its sad, & its funny how they are supposed to be sale girls!!!!!!!!😡The cashiers were friendly & at least helped me with prices & questions but management seriously needs to have a talk with the girls that work up front & need to hire actual employees that know how to help and engage with customers. Instead of standing & being lazy! Looking pretty isn’t working and it isn’t going to take you far! Get moving!! Hopefully its different next time

The material for michael kors bags is very bad. The last week of December of 2020, i bought a bag from there. I walked in very happy but was welcomed with very horrible service. I would be ignored on several occasions. The workers would treat you like as if they were gifting you everything when we’re paying customers and should be treated as customers and respectfully. If that wasnt enough, i bought my bag, and till this day, almost all of the stitching is tearing off. Yesterday i went to the store to show my bag and had my reciept. They told me that they cant do anything to help me or do anything. Without a doubt, i will never go back to that store or buy anything anything from them.

No men’s apparel. Was trying to get my hubby a nice fitted jacket. So difficult finding clothes at outlets for dudes. Disappointed. Stop catering to women so much.

Today we bought several bags and purses and when we asked for a separate bag they wouldn’t give it to us. Since it was a gift for my sister I needed another bag and asked for it but they wouldn’t do it. They shoved all the bags in one giant bag. The person that was at the register did not have a nice attitude. This has never happened to us before and when we usually buy things, the workers there would usually be happy to give us another bag.

I really want to give the Salesperson Yesenia Credit, she was very kind, polite extremely helpful. She greeted us as soon as we stepped in the store and was always so attentive to gives us that little extra help we needed to make our final decision. Its rare to find a sale person with so many good customer service. I really do mean it when I say that Yemenis overpasses my expectation.

The manager was really awesome and the salesladies aswell. Was there almost closing but they still let me in and let me shop.finished about 15min after closing and they still had a smile on their faces..

I came in hoping to find some apparel for men in this store, as I own several items from the mens line. Other than watches, this store has no mens apparel and doesnt deserve the rest of the stars from me for this reason. Im sure its great for women. But being discluded is disappointing for me.

Must visit and look around. Wide variety of items that cater for all ages and life style. Staff are wonderful. Bought 3 items and super happy with it.

I had ordered a bag from a stylist named lilly and she told me whatever there is is what we have, she didnt even bother to check or help me or find something similar, she was very rude and conceited. It made me and my family feel uncomfortable. If you dont like people, you shouldnt work in retail. Arent they there to help? But luckily when I went to the cashier a girl asked if someone helped me and I told her about the situation with the previous girl and she apologized and went to get the bag I asked for and she sure found it and fast too. She was very helpful and kind! Clearly the first girl was being lazy and didnt want to sell me anything and even lied to me about the bag. I should have told the manager how nice one was and how rude the other was.
