I went to the Theory outlet store on Black Friday. The rack I selected my coat from was marked $299.00. There were several of the same coat on that same rack. I didn’t realize until I got home that the salesperson gave me 60% off the suggested retail price instead. The difference was $19.00. On my way home, I examined my receipt and realized I was overcharged. I explained my situation to the manager the next day and she would not acknowledge the store mistake. I find situations like this very aggravating. The rack was clearly marked $299.00 and there were several identical coats on the same rack. I am finished with this store. Word to the wise: double check your receipt before leaving the store! They will not acknowledge a mistake. When you spend over $800.00, a $19.00 discrepancy doesn’t jump out at you.
