My laptop is old but he replaced the drive and then cleaned my outside so it looks like a brand new computer! Love that customer service. I took my few years old Microsoft note 4 in because I had lost my password. ( I let it sit a few years) I was referred by a friend and I am very thankful for his referral. Levi was very professional all the way through. everything was explained to me in detail and the pricing was fair. The service was 5 star and they had my computer up to speed with updated operating system and virus protection overnight. I can without reservation fully recommend!

Excellent service and very timely. They had to deep clean my machine because I got teriyaki sauce all over it. They got me cleaned up and back to work. I will definitely use them again, if I ever have the need. The price was great. I really thought it was going to be more.

Had a laptop that wasnt charging while on vacation and took it in to Laptop Plus. They diagnosed the issue as a broken 3-prong cable for the AC adapter and gave a free replacement within 10 minutes. Great service.

Laptops Plus may not be the cheapest option in town (They might be, I dont know) but I have used them three times in the past, and each time they were prompt, reliable, and honest. This last time, I opted not to use them after they provided me with a quote, and they were still honest and helpful.I have used them to get data off a broken flash drive, I have used them to pull data off a dying laptop, and I have used them help me with old towers.I value honesty and reliability. I value fairness and integrity. Laptops Plus meets these criteria.

I really did find the experience pretty good. I was told to speak with Levi but he wasn’t available, so spoke with and left my laptop with a tech. I ended up purchasing a laptop because mine was needing so much work, I didn’t think the cost would be worth it. All my data was transferred and it was ready withIn 9 days. The price was what surprised me. I’m newly retired and should have planned better. It does works very well. Levi ended up sitting down with me to explain the process and what’s different.

Nick was patient, sweet, kind, helpful and just a pleasure to work with. He listened to my concerns, he was patient with me when I couldnt remember my passwords so he could re-install software and sweet when I lost his call because of where I live.

The guys here were great! Brought in an old hard drive to try and retrieve data, they came through. While what was on there definitely wasnt worth the price (haha) the work and service was.Returned within a month for a noisy laptop fan issue, they fixed that and installed new battery. Got 1 month free support if needed. Never felt like I was being upsold, pressured or scammed, everyone here was very nice and awesome to deal with! Especially Nick 😀

I was panicking over being locked out of google and g-mail. They said they would call me back in two hours or less, which they did. Thankfully, I had finally gotten back into google a few minutes before the tech called, so I didnt actually use his services.

Its been three months since I had my computer repaired at Laptops Plus Carlsbad. I am very satisfied. The computer had a serious virus and was repaired completely. My computer is an old laptop Toshiba Satellite and now runs like a new laptop. These guys are great, my laptop was repaired ahead of schedule and is in better than new condition. They fixed an issue that a separate repair shop could not figure out regarding the monitor cable for my screen. Ill definitely be recommending business to them!

Best Buy told me I needed to replace the DC jack on my laptop, but the cost for them to replace it was as much as a new laptop. They referred me to Laptops Plus, and although I called around first and talked to some other places, I did end up taking it there. Laptops Plus came through on the best price and the least amount of turn time--and the Plus part was that they were really nice to deal with!

I use my computer every day and when the hinges started to crumble (thanks HP) I got worried that Id end up needing a new laptop and this one is less than 2 years old. Laptops Plus switched out the hinge and replaced the bottom of the unit and its just like new. I had it back in exactly one week. As an added bonus the fan is much quieter now.

Laptops Plus did a great job fixing both of my laptops, one of which is a decade old and had serious internal issues. Both run like new now. They even fixed a broken key that I did not even mention free of charge. Great work.

Went there to have my computer worked on a couple of weeks ago. They told me it would cost no more than $50 dollars to clean it up and make it faster. Got a phone call the next day and they left me a message saying it would be $150 dollars because I had 4000 viruses in my computer that needed to be removed. Seriously ? Thats absurd ! I told the man on the phone that someone else had told me it wouldnt be more than $50 bucks and I was not going to pay $150 dollars so I was going to pick my computer up. He said he was going to speak to the man I spoke with and call me back. Bottom line: They ended up doing it for $50 bucks but the fact that they wanted to charge me $150 and told me a had 4000 viruses is just scandalous ! I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE !

New Keyboard, cooling fan cleaned out and also re-saudered the battery port that was well past due for repair just under $100. Was surprised cost was not higher for the multiple repairs/labor items.

They were apathetic to answering any of my questions and vague with their responses. They wanted me to leave my laptop with them WITHOUT an estimate, WITHOUT a price range, and WITHOUT a time limit--Im suprised they didnt ask me to leave my wallet with them as well!There was a complete lack of interest in my business, and they didnt pull their eyes away from their video game.Bottom line: Dont waste their time!
