Even though there is a MMP right around the corner from me, I choose to go to this location as they are way more professional and friendly than the Encinitas location.They listen closely to your instructions and their quotes as far as price and time frame for turn around area on point!They are a good business to work with and have never caused me any trouble.

I have worked with Minute Man Carlsbad for over 10 years - on literally tens of dozens of projects ranging from collateral, direct mail, signage and print projects for my organization as well as for personal printing needs. They do great work, are incredibly responsive and often go above and beyond.

Poor experience. I called yesterday for a quote for a extra large paper poster print, after describing what I was looking for I was quoted $55... This morning I submitted the order and was promptly replied with a new price 2x the quote... When I responded about the phone quote, they basically told me that was misquoted... I offered to provide a recording of the call since I called from my work line if they would honor the phone quote and their response was NO.... I ended up calling another local printing company in Carlsbad Village and was given a quote for $50 for the same order I submitted. I recommend to shop around and only call this place if its your only option

I always give a big enough cushion of time for my orders so as to allow a reasonable amount of time for my orders to be completed. This company does very clean work and has always had my orders completed on time.Communication is very important to me as I am a detail type. If you communicate, they will come through every time.Give them a try and you’ll be happy to be a return customer too.

Weve been using the printing services of Minuteman Press in Carlsbad for many years! In addition to traditional printing services, we have used them as our go to source for t-shirt printing and embroidering. We lack an in-house graphic team and have relied on their graphic designer. They always exceed our expectations. Recently we had a rush order that needed printed the same day and they came through with flying colors! If I could give more than five star, I would have. Highly recommend!

Minuteman Press has been our vendor for awhile. They are always so accommodating and efficient. Jeff S is one of the best guys to work with because he listens to your wants and needs and also includes any opinions and ideas that he thinks would improve the look of our products. WOW - WOW - WOW! At 9am this morning I was in super stress mode as I had just received a last minute change required for a presentation that was scheduled to begin at 12pm! Minuteman Press to the rescue! They not only bound the presentation yesterday (when I thought I was done - 20 copies) but when I told them of my emergency this morning they were happy to help! I brought them the change and they un-bound (is that a word?) the book, inserted the change and re-bound the presentation in plenty of time for my board meeting. Top notch customer service right there! And did I mention, they had several other time-sensitive projects in the works! THANK YOU for saving my a$$ Minuteman!

This office used to be really great, I would drive 20 minutes to this one even though there is a Minuteman right around the corner from me. I had a small order for a regional trade show and they totally dropped the ball. When I placed the order on a Monday I gave them my deadline of Thursday, they said no problem. I called Wed. to check and they said Thursday by 1 oclock. Thursday at noon rolls around so I call to check status, by 3 oclock they said. My event started at 3 so I had to cancel the order. They couldnt have cared less. Disappointing.Update, Jeff called me. He does indeed care and is a stand up guy. He asked that I give them another try and I will. This is how a professional responds and good on him for that. Thanks.

The team at the Carlsbad location are very unprofessional and dont stand behind their products. They dont proactively communicate, miss deadlines, miss obvious mistakes, and provide horrible work. My client would not recommend them to anyone, Ever.

This company has always come through for me. They are fast, efficient, and responsive. While I normally place order in advance there was a particular time I was in a pinch and they were able to help me get what I needed within hours.

My asking to earlier review of Tony, speaking of these guys : how many owners after the first owners are these? I remember the original owners that went bankrupt. Bankrupt, soon after moving into THIS building.
