I never write reviews but my experience was so horrible I felt it was my civic duty to warn others....I was sold the wrong item and realized it when I walked out the door. I returned to the store two minutes later, package unopened and was told I could not get a refund or exchange it for the right product. The manager was uncompromising, brash, unapologetic and only offered to give me an 800 number to call for assistance?? I felt scammed and will never return.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a set and realized the smell was just awful (from the sample we tried). Didn’t even use anything in the set and went back 10 minutes later to try and exchange. Wanted to purchase even more than the original amount spent but they would not budge. We were told repeatedly, “No returns or exchanges. It says it on the receipt.” Oh really?! On the receipt you don’t get until AFTER you buy a product??? How peculiar. Don’t go here.

Make sure you check your product yourself. I purchased a $20 dollar Urban Decay eye pencil the person that sold it to me opened and checked it. Unfortunately got home checked it and the pencil is broken called to at least get it exchanged Whey wont finals sale she said, so basically Im stuck with a broken product.

This store has a very inflexible exchange and return policy. My husband gave me a perfume gift set for my birthday that he purchased at this store but unfortunately I did not like the perfume. I went to the store to attempt to exchange it for a different one and they refused to allow me to do so. Now Im stuck with a very expensive perfume I dont like. Dont bother going to this store, buy your beauty supplies at another store that cares about their customers satisfaction.

This is the best store in the mall for some amazing deals. They have LANCOME Kiehls Urban Decay and Giorgio Armani and Yves St Laurent YSL. I read that they have do have final sales but the deals are amazing . I found 30.00 Lancome lipsticks for 9.00 and I got Urban Decay for half price and then an extra 20% off everything when they had a sale. They have one every month. Black Friday week the entire store is an extra 35% off. Great customer service and AMAZING DEALS!!!!!

Best place for discounts on kiehls products

Worst customer service and return policy. My wife bought a face scrubbing thing and it didnt work right out the box. Brought it back and they would not take it back.
