This was our first time using Rampart and the service was great. Tom came to our house within about an hour of my call. The door was stuck and crooked. Tom noticed that the wrong size springs had been installed previously which caused the problem. One side of the door track was bowed and had to be replaced. Tracks are sold in pairs, but he was able to purchase a single track to save money. We also needed new springs. The pricing was fair and Tom even cleaned smudges from the white garage door before leaving. Top notch service!

The service was amazing and Tom did exactly what he said he would do and then some. You cant go wrong by using them and this is just the kind of business we need to keep around. I am not a first time customer of Rampart Garage Doors. After my previous unpleasant experiences with other garage door companies I finally called to Rampart Garage Doors. Sins then I even never consider calling anybody else. Tom is very honest about the job, he is explaining everything very clearly and professionally, and he charges very reasonable price for his great work. Today Rampart installed me a new garage door and motor. And just yesterday I had appointment for an estimate! Rampart employees always on time, they do outstanding work and affordable. I absolutely recommend this company.

Tom was amazing. He came right on time the day following my late call in the afternoon. I had an oversized, old, wooden, two car garage door that I had accidentally backed into with my Suburban. I know, not the smartest thing to do! But the hardware had literally been ripped apart on one side. Tom had to drill out the broken part, drill a new hole, put a lag bolt in, and lower the door without tearing everything apart. He put new hardware on the door and cleaned everything up before he left. I have to say he was one of the most pleasant workmen Ive ever had over at my house. His price was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again if I ever need any kind of garage door repair.

Had an issue with a garage door installed about year and half ago. One of the springs snapped. I called Thomas on a saturday morning and left a message. He called right back then came out took care of the issue and didnt charge me anything. This kind of customer service is which why i will always use Rampart.

What can I say? Tom came when he said he would, gave me an honest evaluation of the situation with my garage door, gave me several options and allowed me to make an informed decision with no pressure to spend more than I wanted to. As a result we have a properly working door for a change, with new properly sized, properly adjusted springs. In addition Tom tightened every screw in the door and lubricated every hinge. Tom was very pleasant to work with, and Ill certainly use him again if I have need.

Great work and a great human! My garage door had been giving me intermittent problems of not sealing at the ground, leaving just under a 1ft gap for a long time and I was concerned that it wouldnt be acting up at the time of my appointment and be left with an unpredictable issue again. Not only was Thomas punctual and courteous, but he was able to find and fix the issue with ease and now my garage is secure once again! He was also able to add a keypad entry for me all within my predicted appointment time. I would rate 10 stars if I could!
