Great olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Looking forward to trying some of their spices and rubs as well! Seems the shop has recently combined with the home decor shop that was next door, and they have some very chic items.

Great selection, taste testing allows you to buy what you like, and the owner and their mother are very nice and informative folks. Did you know that sweet balsamic vinegar pairs amazingly well with vanilla ice cream? Me neither, until stopping into this lovely establishment. I’m even asking a friend to buy and ship a few bottles to Arizona!

Oh my.... where to start! The oils and balsamic vinegars are top quality! The owner is fantastic and super nice. This is my go to for the best oils and great tasting balsamic vinegars. They have a good variety of sizes. They have great prices too. I go in at least every month. Time for a visit again!

Great store, huge selection! Incredibly helpful owner with endless recommended variations of oils and vinegars! The only drawback is that the store is in a very hot section of Carlsbad SO parking can be difficult! Plan for at least a one block walk on weekends- its worth it!!

Excellent store with even better customer service! Sampling is encouraged, the pricing is fair, and the owner had wonderful tips on how to use each different flavor! Plus, I wasnt going to make it to the store before closing time, so I gave them a call and they gladly stayed open until I arrived, and I wasnt rushed at all! Hands down, the best olive oil retailer in the area! Thank you!!

This place is awesome. The oils and vinegars are so good I could just drink them. Coconut vinegar and lime olive oil was my favorite combo. Owner is awesome, cool place.

Amazing! Cooking with these oils raises the level of my food to ambrosia. My favorite is the Myers lenon infused oil with the mushrooms and sage coming in a close second. Stumbling upon this place is why I love to wander around towns like Carlsbad.They also have all kinds of infused balsamic vinegar that my mom loves for saladsThe store owners mom is sweet and helpful and the store owner himself will negotiate with resturaunts for bulk orders.They ship to US so if you cant go back for more make sure you pick up a business card because you wont be able to resist reordering.
